Dr. Richards was such a comforting and reassuring surgeon! He was my first consultation but encouraged me to visit other surgeons as well to make sure that I was making the right choice. I went to FOUR different surgeons and although each one of them was wonderful in their own way I felt most comfortable with Richards. His facility was always so clean, comfortable and welcoming that I never felt awkward sitting in the waiting room. Misty was such a patient and understanding coordinator. She took so much time allowing me to try on size after size bouncing back and forth and really understood how impacting the decision-making process was going to be. Trevor the OR nurse was simply wonderful and the day of my surgery was flawless. It is the one and only time I have undergone anesthesia and woken up completely happy and tear free. My recovery is almost two weeks out and I feel AWESOME! The results are everything I wanted and the feelings of satisfaction I have are indescribable!
I started the journey with natural breast tissue that after some weight loss five years ago never really managed to look perky again. At 25 years old I wanted to feel like I had 25 year old breasts and without having children I really felt insecure with the look that I naturally had. I went with the 450cc full profile under the muscle silicone implants to fill the upper pole that I was lacking and to lift my natural tissue into a more attractive position.
I have had Botox like injections before back home and liked the results so it was way past time for me to go somewhere in Vegas to get them done again. I have been following Trevor online for awhile and I was finally able to get in to see him and get my fillers. I m an actor so he suggested I get an alternative filler to Dysport that has more movement in the forehead and so far I am very happy. I got lightheaded during my appointment and Trevor and his staff handled everything better than I could have ever expected. The office is so nice you could live there! I found Dr. Richards after months of doing extensive research. My entire experience with him and his team was AMAZING. I had a breast augmentation + tummy tuck and I couldn t be happier with my results! I flew in from out of state, and the office staff was very helpful in assisting me with the entire process. Both Ariana, and Cadia, the patient coordinator were fantastic. Cadia was able to get my surgery scheduled quickly and managed to work around my hectic schedule. I had THE BEST experience with Dr Richard s and ALL of his staff. I had a breast augmentation ( gummy bear implants under the muscle) on Oct 21st and could not be happier with every single step of the way leading up to my suture removal appointment today. I had a cosmetic procedure with another doctor here in town and my experience there was also good but Dr Richard s takes it to another level. During my free consultation I filled out paperwork and waited 2 minutes to be called into an exam room. I changed into a robe and 2 minutes later I met with my treatment coordinator, Misty, and Dr Richards. He answered my list of questions with just the most pleasant bed-side manner that you could ever hope for in your doctor. Each time I see him he is always as caring and not rushed at all. He really listened to me and made sure I felt like he understood what my goal for my BA was. He asked me questions to assure that we were on the same page. Dr Richards took a 3D image of my body then showed me a before and after 3D image of my torso with the different sized implants I was considering. He emailed them to me so that I could mull over it at home. I would say that the sizers were still the most accurate gauge of how my BA actually ended up looking although I really appreciated the 3D images. After I spoke with Dr Richards I spent some time with Misty trying on sizers. She will give you a bra and some silicon sizers so that you can get a sense for what size you are interested in so that you can choose. I then went with Misty to her office where we discussed the details like price, surgery days that were available, she thoroughly went over the consent forms with me and went through a surgery booklet with me which I got to take home. I let her know that I was a bit undecided about the size but she really reassured me by letting me know that I can pick multiple sizes that the Doctor will have on hand on the day of my surgery so that, if I don t decide until the last second, the one that I choose will be ready for implantation. As I awaited the pre-op appointment I thought I had decided on one size but then, of course, became not so sure as the days went by. Misty invited me to come back in for some more time spent with the sizers. I brought a bunch of different shirts to see what size looks like what in different shirt styles. Picking the implant size was certainly the most stressful aspect for me but after that second sizer visit I felt so much more confident in my decision..On the day of the surgery I was so excited. They made me feel very comfortable as they (Trevor and Diane if I remember correctly) placed my IV catheter and took my vitals. Just before surgery Dr Richards came into the room again with the 3 different implants I was considering. We spoke some and I ended up telling him to do whatever he thinks looks best as I know there are so many factors and he is the professional. I wanted good proportion and he gave it to me. I was walked into the surgical suite where I saw the anesthesiologist, Dr Bowman, who had called me the day before to say hello. He is board certified and super friendly and professional. They got me all comfortable on the surgical table and I began to feel SO peaceful and relaxed as they slowly gave me the anesthesia IV drugs. I am sure I went to sleep with a smile on my face. My breasts are looking fabulous and they are EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not be happier. I always loved my body before and was very confident in it but just had always wanted larger more womanly breasts. Dr Richards and his staff made that dream come true.
After seeing how happy I am and how great my breasts look, I now have 3 friends who already booked their procedures and a couple more considering making a consultation appointment. Go see Dr Richards and staff! You will NOT regret it.

I am an out of town patient who had Breast Augmentation done by Dr. Richards 2&1/2 weeks ago. I saw his yelp reviews (& promotion!) and decided to book my consolation in June. They were very flexible and was able to accommodate my dates since I am from out of town. Consultation went great and I decided to pay my deposit to book the surgery. Originally, I wanted the soonest surgery date and Misty, who is very sweet, was able to squeeze me onto a July appt. Unfortunately, I was not going to make it into town those dates, so I asked to postpone my surgery. Fast forward to early September, I called to reschedule, and Misty accommodated my requests.
RN Diane, made me feel comfortable pre-op. She even helped me decide on the final size of my implants, and I am so happy I listened to her advice! I think she was also my post-op nurse, but I am not sure since I was still sleepy when my husband picked me up.. lol.
Dr. Richards is very kind. He makes you feel comfortable and safe, especially since it was my first time having elective surgery. He gives you his personal cellphone number for any post-op concerns/questions.
The anesthesiologist, Dr. Boman, talked to me before surgery, and made sure everything was going to go perfectly, (allergy questions, family history, etc).
Surgery went perfectly, I am healing very nicely and I cannot wait to see the final results, when I am completely healed!

On September 11, 2019 I had a Mommy Makeover consisting of tummy tuck with diastasis repair, a second mastopexy, and re-augmentation of my breasts with larger, cohesive silicone implants. Dr. Richards and his staff are amazing! They are all considerate, professional, compassionate, and truly friendly. Two days after my procedure I was able to take a shower and seeing the extremely early (and even very swollen) results I was blown away! I had very realistic expectations of what my results would be based on my height, weight, and age and the reality is my results are so far superior to my expectations it's a miracle!!! Dr. Richards work is phenomenal/superb! Had an implant explantation done by him December 2016, and breast lift with NO implants March 2017. I was quite nervous concerning the potential outcome as the breast after explantation was hideous looking. Flat like pancakes, full of stretch marks from the oversized saline-filled (595-600 CC McGann over the muscle) implant. Initially, wanted a breast-lift but was talked into filling the loose skin after birth of first child with the over sized implant 2004. Was never happy with that doctor who is also here in Las Vegas (both sisters had work done by him, neither were impressed either). Richards exceeded my expectations and I will stick with him for all future work. I can't stop singing his praises and know quite a few women who I will be sharing my experience with. Business thrives on referrals and I will be referring clients to him. No questions asked. His staff is also truly amazing from front desk to surgical team. Misty was/is also fantastic and highly informative. The staff/team is professional, down to earth, and genuine. I could not be more satisfied!! There are many plastic surgeons that don't specialize in arm lifts- I was so happy to meet Dr. Richards in Lake Havasu. From the very first time I met him, I knew he loved what he does; he was so enthusiastic, supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process! I am now 4 weeks post-surgery and my arms are beautiful. He was always available for questions and attentive throughout my recovery. It was a great experience from start to finish.

The last three times I have gone in for Botox, I was terribly disappointed. I'm not sure what product they use, but the results were very disappointing. I even went as far as going up to 100 units for $800 the second time...again you think for that kind of money I would see significant result. Because I like Diane, I thought I would give it another try for the third time. I got zero results. I might as well had been injected with saline solution. The receptionist was very rude and made me feel like it was all me. She told me that other patients never complained which basically made me angry. She made me feel like I did something wrong. She told me that she would talk to Diane and the other nurses, but no one ever got back with me. She told me it's probably useless since I've been getting Botox for so long. I was very upset by her remarks. Again no one on the staff got back with me. I have spoke to the front desk twice even emailed them. No one ever returned my calls. No one offered any solutions. I've gone to other places to get Botox and surprising they work just fine.

I ve been to Richards cosmetic med spa twice now and each time I go the experience gets better and better. My first appointment was to get lip fillers and the second appointment was for Botox. At each visit I ve requested Trevor to be my injector. Trevor has seriously been the best at each appointment. Prior to getting my lips and Botox done I had a breast enhancement surgery but for some reason I was more nervous for the simple lip injection than my breast surgery! Trevor walked me through everything he was going to do and he gave me his suggestions but also took the time to ask what look I was going for and made sure to do his best to achieve that for me. The staff at Richards cosmetic are amazing and they go above and beyond to make you feel beautiful and comfortable in their office. I trust the staff so much I ve decided to have my next breast enhancement surgery with them because I know my results will be better than I could ever imagine. I needed a breast lift and implant revision. I did a LOT of research before my surgery. I researched extensively online, and I went to 6 consults with doctors in Las Vegas and California. I chose Dr. Richards not only for his skill, but also for his compassion and bed-side manner.
Before surgery, Dr. Richards met with me several times and kindly answered every ridiculous question I could come up with. Most importantly, he listened. He listened to exactly what I wanted and told me honestly about the results I could expect. He was compassionate and made me feel comfortable that he understood exactly what I was looking for.
My surgery took longer than expected; Dr. Richards had to completely reconstruct my pockets and repair stitches a former doctor had placed. He basically re-built my chest from scratch. The results are amazing, even better than I could have expected! The lift completely reshaped my torso and made me look 5 lbs lighter. Dr. Richards's stitching is PHENOMENAL. It's been 2 weeks since surgery and my scars are flat. If someone stands back about 10 feet, my scars are invisible. I was expecting to look like Frankenstein for a year; I am honestly amazed at how fantastic my incisions look. I could not have asked for a better surgeon.
Dr. Richards's staff is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and friendly. They knew me on a first name basis after my first appointment. They're always on time and never make me wait. The surgery center Dr.Richards uses is wonderful, as well. The nurses were so kind and compassionate that I sent them a gift basket after my surgery.
After surgery, Dr. Richards called me the same night to check on me and gave me his cell number in case I had any problems or questions. He made me feel that he was honestly concerned about my well-being.
If you're considering cosmetic surgery, you are doing a disservice to yourself if you don't schedule a consult with Dr. Richards. My friend came with me to my post-op appointment and after just a few minutes in the room with him, she knew she would go to Dr. Richards for her breast augmentation. I highly recommend Trevor for botox/filler. He takes great care in making you comfortable and clearly has pride in his work. I love how he see's everyone he encounters as "beautiful". As he explains it," there is beauty inside, outside, the energy around you so everyone is beautiful". I am afraid of needles so he was cautious about making sure the numbing cream was in effect. He thoroughly explains every step and is so kind that the experience is actually painless and enjoyable. The person who was checking me out with my bill was exceptionally nice. Very inviting entrance and comfy waiting rooms, with fireplaces, coffee and bottles of water. I have been going to Lynette for skincare for at least fifteen years and am so happy she has teamed up with Dr Richards, who draws patients even from out of state, and his congenial professional staff.

Dr. Bryson G. Richards performed a facelift on me in July 2016. He is truly a gifted surgeon and I am ecstatic with the results. He removed my dreadful turkey neck and, in the process, I now have the added benefits of looking at least 10-15 years younger and feeling so much more confident. He genuinely cares for his patients and his entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Dawn and Misty (Dr. Bryson s Surgical Assistants) are incredible assets to his practice and have graciously and skillfully answered my many questions. I have such faith in his talents and abilities, I am planning to have two additional surgical cosmetic procedures from Dr. Richards in the near future.
I had Botox here. The office staff is kind and the documents you sign before are very informative. Diane the women that injected me was amazingly informative and kind. She talked me thru it all cause I was very nervous and hate needles. It didn t hurt and the way she talked during the whole process felt so comforting. I plan to go back for separate treatments that I spoke to her about. The way she spread the treatment was ideal as well, resulting in perfect (in my opinion) results!

I had breast implants. I absolutely love the work that Dr Richards did. I also get Botox with Denise. Dr Richards is so professional, I was so shy and he made me feel comfortable during the consultation. I've had my implants for 5 months and everyone gives me compliments and says they look amazing. Denise does the best Botox, she helped fix these creases under my eyes that the last person who did my Botox told me was impossible. Denise has 30 years experience I highly recommend her. I am currently 1 week post op love dr Richards and his team every time I have a question they are a quick call away. Even on surgery day they assured me I will be ok I was ready to walk out cause I was extremely scared but they are amazing and that same day dr Richards called to make sure I was okay. Overall any other procedures I will ever have will come here I am even getting fillers done tomorrow ! :) oh and I have to say it is easy always getting a apt when needed there and not a hassle ! I got breast augmentation 450cc and 485cc on my left I am about 5"7 160 :)!

I needed to find a doctor out in Las Vegas. We live here for the winter during hockey season. The front office staff is fantastic. The nurses are awesome. The office is very clean and just minutes from our homes in Summerlin. Trevor has been amazing as well as Diane. The whole experience is great until you have to check out and pay the back office receptionist. I previously had such a great experience that my best friend flew out for some Botox and filler by Trevor. Upon checking out, the receptionist was rude and very unprofessional. She embarrassed us at checkout and went as far as making copies of my passport in the back office. We both were confused and thought she was having a very bad day. I came back. The office was clean, front desk was kind, great nurse, and then this horribly rude woman at the end. This is the VERY LAST TIME I will ever step foot in Dr. Richards office. This woman leaves a terrible last impression after such a great experience. She actually took my credit card (after several visits to this location-NOT a new patient)and left for several minutes. I finally told another lady to charge my card. I have never experienced such rudeness. I plan on telling my pals, friends at our club, and our hockey partners NOT to go here. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There are lots of other places to do business. I urge any of you to reconsider going here. Best of luck!
Dr. Richards, Cadia, and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing. I had done a lot of research for years trying to figure out which doctor would be best for me. My husband must of found a dozen plastic surgeons and i kept saying no because I didn t like their work. I am very particular on what I want and it had to be done perfect and asymmetry to the tee, there couldn t be any flaws. I didn t want uneven breasts. When I found Dr. Richards I must have reviewed his work on his website a million times.. and let me tell u..... I was very pleased. I went in for my consultation and met with him and his assistant Cadia. They both were extremely friendly, honest, informative, and all around amazing. From the beginning all the way to the end of the surgery they were there by my side every step of the way. Clean and sanitized surgical room, made me feel comfortable, and very supportive. When he did my augmentation and lift I was soooo excited to finally have nice breasts again. His work is incredible and will definitely make any patient happy with their results. I highly recommend Dr. Richards and his team to anyone who is considering undergoing breast aug and/or lift. He is a perfectionist at what he does. I was brand new to cosmetic procedures, and chose Richards Cosmetic Surgery based on amazing reviews across all ratings platforms. I am so glad I found them, as I could not have been happier with my experience and results! The entire staff at Richards Cosmetic are stellar! From the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, to the injector, who clearly knows what he's doing and treats his patients like gold. Even Dr. Richards, who I didn't meet during my appointment, provided me with outstanding customer service when I had a question after my procedure.
The injections:
Trevor is both incredibly personable and amazingly professional. I went in as a first timer for injections feeling a little nervous and unsure of what to get or what to expect. I had some wrinkles (that I thought were terrible) and was interested in Botox and maybe some fillers, but I didn't really know what I needed to accomplish my goals. As I'd never undergone facial injections before, I didn't feel confident in what to ask for or what I needed. Trevor was amazing for several very important reasons. He did NOT push product on me. His bedside manner was top notch. The office space and equipment were very clean. His and the entire office staff's customer service were incredible.
It was clear that Trevor was not just trying to sell me products. He actually told me that I likely needed LESS than I'd expected. He told me that my wrinkles were actually much softer than I thought they were, so he offered me a Botox-like product that he told me would be less intense and "softer" than Botox, and it was cheaper too!
I was also potentially interested in filling in some creases in my cheeks and plumping up my lips a little. Trevor was encouraging yet conservative with the amount of product he prescribed. I voiced that I was concerned with looking unnatural, and he was extremely receptive. He aimed to keep me looking like my natural self, enhanced. So he used one syringe of Juvederm for both my lips and my frown lines. I feel that he could easily have pushed me or even just encouraged me to use more product, but he was more concerned with my happiness and cosmetic goals than making money off a likely very easy sales target.
Throughout the entire process, I was made to feel very comfortable and confident with my decisions. Trevor has a light touch, causing absolutely no bruising or pain (obviously getting pricked with needles doesn't feel great), and it was clear he is very well versed in dermal injectables. He was also very comforting when I felt nervous, and made the whole experience much more positive.
I had one concern crop up after my procedure, so I called the office on a Sunday afternoon, expecting a return call when the office would open the following day on Monday. To my surprise, both Dr. Richards and Trevor responded to me in a matter of a few hours! They BOTH reached out on a Sunday evening out of regular business hours to answer my questions, address my concerns, and squeeze me in for a last minute consult about my issues. Honestly, this is next level customer service.
A week and some days later, my face looks more youthful and vibrant, but still totally natural! Nobody would guess that I've gotten any work done on my wrinkles, or even in my lips because it was so well done, yet all is much improved! Trevor is a miracle worker. I can't sing enough good praises, and I'd recommend his services to anyone! So glad I decided to invest in my face, and so glad I chose Trevor and Richards Cosmetics to do it! I will absolutely be returning for any and all cosmetic needs I have.
