Dr. Richards was called in on a Sunday evening to close several lacerations on my 24 month old's lip and inside of his mouth. As you can imagine, my son wasn't the most cooperative patient. Dr. Richards was fantastic through the whole procedure. When he could have treated this procedure as obnoxious and rudimentary, the time and attention given to us by Dr. Richards showed his high level of bedside manner. After putting my son, who can be very shy, at ease and helping him feel comfortable in the strange surroundings, Dr. Richards moved swiftly and skillfully in suturing my son's wounds closed. The wound has healed wonderfully and Dr. Richards has even reached out to us on multiple occasions after the procedure to follow up on my son's recovery.

In summary, Dr. Richards sacrificed part of his day off and showed excellent bedside manner all while proving to be an excellent surgeon. Our family would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Richards to anyone we know.
