Dr. Richards did my surgery almost 2 years ago, and it was one of the best experiences I have every had, He was great Doctor start to finish. Very detailed and told me exactly how everything was going to be, if he didn't think it was going to look right he told me and changed it. After my surgery he followed up and checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. Las Vegas will be happy to have such a Great surgeon. Good luck with your new practice!
