I traveled 2.5 hours from Lake Havasu to see Dr. Richards. Dr. Richards and his staff are professional and take the time to answer all your questions and needs both before, during and after my procedure.
While I just had a pretty invasive procedure recently (10 days ago), I m really happy with the result and look forward to the final product after all the swelling subsides.

Dr. Richards is seriously THE BEST surgeon in the Las Vegas area. Your search is DONE! After nursing my 3 babies my breasts were left deflated and saggy. The consultation with his friendly staff helped me choose the perfect size for my body and the results are PERFECT. I went with full profile 485 cc (the higher end of what is considered natural for my body according to their chart). Recovery was a breeze, I am so pleased. I feel incredibly confident and feel like myself again. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Richards. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him and his staff completely. Their facility is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in very good hands. I wish I could give more stars!!

I made my appointment and filled out paperwork a week prior to my botox appointment. All of the staff were welcoming and professional. Trevor did my botox and he did such a great job! He is so nice and you can tell he loves his job! I will go back again!
I have been looking for over 10 years for a great surgeon to help me with some items that require a skilled and experienced doctor. Dr Richards was very knowledgeable and made me feel secure and welcomed into their facility. I will be having my procedure in October and excited to finally live pain free. I saw Diana after my initial consultation for some skin care and she was amazing. Her skills and professionalism were bar none. I m definitely excited to continue as a permanent client of both Dr Richards and Diana. Las Vegas has a wide range of plastic surgeons. However; I have never met such an amazing team of professionals and I highly recommend any one looking for that perfection to meet the staff and Dr Richards. I would just be repeating previous clients' comments on the excellence of Dr. Richards' expertise, staff, and business operation, so I want to add an observation that even the little things demonstrate the commitment to a good experience. A heated blanket on morning of surgery as you're prepped. Explanations of what's going on during the process. A hand up to the operating table. Post-op nurse adjusting your socks during recovery. Their commitment to a patient's comfort and easing of apprehensions appears to be an innate quality of the entire staff.

Once considering a tummy tuck I reviewed so many doctors and prayed that I made the right choice after all the last thing you want is to be unhappy with your results. First let me start by saying he listens! I had so many questions and he took the time to answer them and break everything down for me. Not only that MY SCAR!!! I was terrified that I would have a horrible looking scar. It s Very thin, clean, and low. Also my belly button looks cute and perfect!! Now in my case I had some extra swelling on my lower abdomen (just how my body was healing). He checked on me every week!! Even the days he doesn t see patients until it disappeared !! I have never felt more happier with my decision to pick him as a doctor. I was that one person scared that I was making the right decision in picking him as my doctor but he is the THE BEST SURGEON IN LAS VEGAS!!!! 2 months after my surgery and I am extremely happy with my results!! Dr. Richards and his entire staff are absolutely amazing! You can talk to literally any person on his team and get an informed answer whether they know it off the top of their head or they ask the doctor for you. Everyone there truly cares about your health and overall wellbeing which is fantastic given that we're in the middle of a pandemic.
I had a breast augmentation 4 days ago and I'm truly happy with the results already. Dr. Richards placed them so perfectly that they looked natural as soon as they took the wrap off the day after surgery! That's insane. He must also have some magical skills in the sense of delicacy because i haven't needed any form of pain meds since day 3 and haven't noticed any bruising either. I'm excited to see the final result as they continue to settle into place.

I had my first lip done in Scottsdale , It was very painful and i was swollen for a week and to make it worse I didn t like the result . So I got Groupon and did my research about Richards Cosmetic They have 5 Stars on Yelp so I made an appt and was hoping I could get a better result .
I got Trevor that day , I explained him about my experience and my expectation of the new one . He listened to me and gave his opinion . Trevor was very gentle , he made sure I didn t feel pain and he made sure before I left the place that I like the new lip which I love it .
I love the look of my new lip and it looks really great !!

I cannot recommend Dr Richards and his team highly enough. I flew in from England to have my breast implants replaced after meeting him for a consultation at his clinic earlier in the year. I was so impressed with his clinic which was immaculate, warm and welcoming. Misty answered any questions I had via email promptly leading up to the sugery and nothing was too much effort. The team were highly professional and made me feel at ease. Its been nearly two weeks since my surgery and I love my new breasts. Despite the implants being considerably larger than my original implants the new scar is half the size of my first scar. The after care was amazing and the team are so friendly. If you are considering surgery you will not be disappointed. Put it this way if I needed further procedures in the future, I would travel all the way from England.

1 day pre op....Everything was very great from staff to doctor. But, I was told during pre-op visit that the doctor uses 3D imaging to give you a general idea of what you'll look like after breast augmentation. Its even mentioned on the company's website. This absolutely did NOT happen and I was looking forward to it. NO BEFORE pics taking at all. I was told the office was kinda busy that day, but I thought taking pics of the patient "before" was standard protocol to compare to the "after" pics..... Nurses were hilarious while setting me up for the actual procedure. We all had a great laugh then then anesthesia kicked in... Other than the 3D pictures not being taken, excellent customer service from first appointment to follow up appointments. All around A+++ staff! Will be returning!

Usually my past experience at other surgeons offices I have had to go back after the 2 weeks for top ups as my forehead would still move, I have NOT had any movement (which I LOVE LOL) my Botox was administered by the RN
