Watch a nice night view of Victoria Harbour while eating and watching the night.

Went for lunch with friends. Great simple lunch menu with a good selection. Gets busy so would advise booking. The food was good, well matched and balanced and portion size just right. There was a great view of the harbour as the restaurant is located right at the end of the pier. I would say it is a good value business lunch, in a great contemporary atmosphere with efficient and friendly service.

Disappointed with the food and service. If you just want to enjoy the gorgeous harbour view, go to the public area adjacent by the restaurant.

I came to Waternark tonight to listen to it, because of the wedding reception, the overall service is satisfactory!

Great view and great food! The price is above average but the food quality is great. You will feel occasional shake caused by the berthing of ferries.

At end of Pier 7 at Central, Hong Kong. Soothing water feature entrance. Small number of tables surrounded three sides by floor to ceiling glass windows. But note that you are not right at edge; there is a second set of surrounding glass windows, so your panoramic view of the harbour isn't completely clear. Enchanting nevertheless.

Not an extensive menu, and surprised several items unavailable with relatively low number of patrons that evening. We had scallops, half lobster and duck, all cooked to a high standard. Lobster smaller than expected; should have gone for the whole lobster.

Desserts also very good, but the charcoal pineapple is a little bit pretentious.

Wine offering is very good, even by the glass. Cocktail drinks were outstanding. My lychee martini had wonderful flavours, and potent! And our post-dessert creme brulee martini was thoroughly enjoyed, created to perfection, not too sweet, easy to drink.

Down marked because felt that some of the high price was going for location alone, which is very good but not perfect (double set of windows). Food and drink also very good, but limited selection and not outstanding. Likewise, service very good but could be improved -- our pre-meal drink arrived with the first course (and martinis and scallops don't mix).

Atmosphere was indeed romantic. But there are a number of matters that could make it better.

I would certainly return for the cocktail drinks!

World class view and great value for a fine dinning restaurant. watermark remai my favorite restaurant in hong kong. I take friend who visit hong kong the first time here and not once I miss a WOW

It's an awful place. The food is horrible. The view is okay. Services are great except front hostess is rude. Then again most hk women are rude

The environment is elegant, you can watch the night view of Victoria Harbour, the food has some characteristics, the only beauty is that the air conditioner is slightly insufficient!

Good food, great location but something was lacking. Food was slow but we were the only ones there, staff nice but not too helpful, steak came out a little too cold... Overall it was all ok but for the price expect more

Environment and convenient location!

Had lunch with my friend on an office break.
We order sirloin and squid ink tagliatelle. Steak s fine but the pasta is the worse-watery and paired with some Japanese salmon roe. Desert is great but the Moca is the most ridiculous coffee I ever had in my life. If it weren't the view of the waterfront, I would opt for somewhere else to have a more fancy lunch.
