I give a star because there is no way to give less. They say they will call and never call ... every time I call again they make me say all my data again to register ... I thought that registration was once, registered is registered ... but not in the Rial! I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FOR THIS REAL ESTATE. Terrible attendance. They gave us "bank tea" when handing over the keys when they vacated the apartment. They made undue charges and left us planted waiting in the middle of a pandemic season in my opinion for us to give up. The attendant Miriam went to call the colleague who was going to make the adjustments to the ticket that arrived 40 minutes later and didn't even know anything. WORST experience I have ever had with rents in life. They wind up, lie and treat you like they're doing you a favor. Officials treat you with contempt and with an insolent tone of voice, especially A *** e. The leasing process is ridiculously bureaucratic. NOTHING computerized. They ask for absurd documents and all have to be delivered physically after being recognized in a notary's office. Nothing exists to make your life easier. I was about to rent with them, I had already delivered all the documents, but I was so wrapped up that I found myself obliged to give up and look for real estate elsewhere. I do not know how this real estate company has not closed the doors yet.

It seems they stopped in the 90s !!! I should have run, but I liked the apartment. Even to get the apartment was a stressful madness, imagine leaving after 1 year and a half. NOT WORTH IT! They are tangled, they mess around with everything, they do not know how to answer simple questions. You have to go in person for everything. I left the apartment in SEPTEMBER asking if everything was all right and they confirmed it and in DECEMBER come to charge me rent. NEVER WARNED ME NOTHING !! NEVER TELL ME BOLETO!
