Lousy experience in the rental process! They don't answer the phone, I had to call several times, when I tried to contact them by e-mail, even worse, they don't answer e-mail! They don't know how to pass information, or, they pass incomplete information! Opening hours, without closing at 12h is a lie, because nobody from the sectors is there 12h to assist you!
