Package just not delivered. After repeatedly calling I received NO answer to my questions, mail is not responded to, not via the website, not via NIKS customer service.
Finally my package was sent to a third party, after which I was able to receive it, 2 weeks late.
Extremely poor service and even worse communication.
I am still waiting for an answer and compensation for my telephone costs. I just cannot believe that I will not receive an answer and therefore cannot officially submit my complaint.
If I have the choice for delivery: Reviva never again.
Not really worth this one star.
