Worthless delivery service and customer service. 1st day appointment made, stayed home, nobody seen. I get a call from the delivery person that he has already visited. I indicate that I haven't seen anyone and he says he left a note. There is nothing. Then he suddenly says that the package was damaged and therefore he could not deliver.

2nd attempt stayed home for another day; no one seen at all, no phone call either (on site they say delivery person calls 15 minutes in advance). In the evening I receive another e-mail stating that the delivery person has visited.

Then call customer service. Waiting time started at 12 minutes; then 20; then 7 then 12 again, etc. I waited 40 minutes in total, after which the telephone rang and then the connection was terminated.

Now I have only made a third appointment: /
