Love krystals seems to never get my order wrong even when it can be complicated

The woman who was taking my order was confused. She took two orders when I said one. She had to go in the back to get the order corrected.

Eight Crystal all the time love the food and as long as they season the hamburger meat correctly the crystals are always delicious especially when the buns are that little bit of sogginess

Your employees are turning off Uber Eats. They obviously don't care if you make money or not.

Terrible service! Took 10 minutes to get food. I was the only person in line. No explanation of why there was a delay. From what I saw, all the food was cooked already, just needed to be packaged.

Even though I waited for "fresh" chicks they still didn't taste good. Too dry and not very tender. However, the staff was nice. And another time I waited for 10 minutes for fresh crystals and they were disgusting. No way they were fresh and they were a cold. I never go back to get my money back but I had to this time.

They didn't want to make hamburgers at 10:30 in morning. Said it would be 15 mins wait; took 35 mins. Then burgers were cold and soggy. Poor service and food. Zero stars.

Krystal is one of my favorite lunch go to. Great location. CC is a great manager. Good food and service.

The girl that took our order had to cancel the order 3 times before getting it right then the girl with me ordered a sundae they hand us the food and tell us thank you come again and still no sundae. I ask her where it was she looks around like she is lost and closes the window. She comes back to the window and says can you pull up they are putting ice cream in the machine o we pull up and it takes them over 15 minutes to bring the ice cream to us and didn't apologize or offer us Anything for the wait

Used to be one of my favorite haunts back in highschool, but last time I was there it was swarmed with flies. Very unsanitary

Our food was not very warm, but I guess everybody have bad days.

The associate was very pleasant. My son loves the low carb bacon/sausage scramblers.

The food was horrible, the employees did not know what they were doing, I had hair on my food I didn't want money back so I just asked could I get another Krystal (one) and took them almost 10 minutes to make that, the store was very sticky, gross, slippery and wet, and just dirty. I will never go back again.

Fast friendly accurate service. Paying attention to details and delivering a heart attack in a bag with a smile. Is what you'll receive here 24hrs a day 7 days a week

I went through the drive thru a few hours ago and the girl at the window was absolutely amazing! It's been a long rough day and she still managed to give me a good laugh. I ordered some chili and it was hands down the best chili ive had in a long time! Very friendly people and the best krystal around! I definitely recommend them!

Had car trouble so I pulled into Krystal to wait for my friend. While I was there, Laura came to check on me to make sure I was ok, offered to call for help or give me a spot to wait inside. I declined, trying to be easygoing, and she brought me a drink! 5 star service, I was lucky to pull in here! Thanks!!

Dining room floors and chairs are filthy..someone needs to spend some cleaning time

The food took forever to get and was cold. The chilli was horrible. Spicy hot and sweet. The floors are sticky and mold growing on the wall. We will not go back to Krystal. They have changed the recipe for the chilli.

They never put the right chilli on the chilli cheese fries, and anytime I have got a breakfast bowl they main ingredient is missing, the meat.. I am guessing it is managment because it has been at different times of the day and different days. The Krystals are never steamed ever, which I'd the only thing that makes them good.

Holy cow. No exaggerating...40 minutes to get to the window. I was 4th in line. Once I got to the window, I pay and am told to pull ahead and it will be brought to me when it's ready...does it take an hour for 5 Krystal's? Now there are 3 of us pulled ahead waiting. No explanation...just...pull ahead and wait another god knows how long.

UPDATE: the other two waiting after me got their food. I was asked what I ordered...they don't even have it...

All my food wasn't hot after waiting in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes. The only piping hot item was the fries.

I bought a sack full. Took 15 minutes. Most had no mustard or onions and the buns were stale.

Umm the peice of chicken I was served in my biscuit this morning was black because it is so burnt.... Very unacceptable to actually serve to a person. Like really??? I can't even go back because I had to go to work. Never going here again.

Let's just say the best thing about my food was the orange juice! This is THE worst Krystal in the Chattanooga area! Dont waste your time or money here!

Very slow . Watch people walk out because they cant get waited on they can only take one order at a time. Then when you get it its wrong .

Only had two people working. And was getting behind.

I love Krystal, obviously it's not the type of food you should eat on the daily but after a night out there is no better munchie food in my humble opinion, hot, oniony, mustardy pieces of heaven! My one complaint is that their fries are often kinda limp, delicious but limp , there is also a lot of other items on their menu so they pretty much have something for everyone :)

I questioned associate as to whether or not ice was in the two drinks. She quoted " I haven't had time to get ice". Ice was available to customers that followed my party, so I requested ice. I informed the associate that our cups were full of soda and needed an extra cup for the ice. I was then informed I would be charged for the cup, and essentially the ice. Never again will I eat here! Plus had to clean own tables.

If you like White Castle Burgers and don't have one near you ,l found for me it was just as good! The one I went to was very clean, good service, friendly workers! I'd definitely go again!

Food ok but service was very very slow. No apologies for the wait.

I absolutely love their junk yard fries. But after 3 different times they either leave something off or the fries were stale I wont order them from here again. The Krystal's are always good, and believe it or not the wings are good for the price.

It's Krystal, enough said. Is it the best food in town?, no.. But is it decent and quick with reasonable value... Yep.

We came to the Krystal on Hixson Pike this evening, was going in to eat and the doors were locked at 10:45 pm. The sign on the door clearly said the lobby was open till 11pm. So we left and went somewhere else.

Typical fast food. I was there late night and bun edges on the krystal burgers were hard.

Went last Sunday at bout 2am. 1 guy only working.. he's doing drive through and cooking.. 12 minutes to get 2 Krystals and order of chili cheese fries. Last time I ever go back. 12 minutes at drive through.. fast food, well Krystal's should be ashamed of their self.
