I do not know whether I got the worst room in the hotel or all that, but it was pretty bad. The room was dusty, the ceiling on the ceiling, the ventilation filled with dust, the bedding was yellow rather than white with the hair of the previous guest, the carpet covered and gummed, a shower full of black mold. The towers are in dismantling, the bathroom is lightly illuminated without ventilation and heating, the walls to be painted and the wooden elements in the rooms to be renovated, the air conditioning control panel is defective and therefore nothing from the air conditioning. The only good thing is Internet & WiFi signal and a variety of breakfast. For half of a couple, there are twice as good hotels in Belgrade. Frustrating

Very nice non-chain hotel in the heart of Belgrade. FOH staff are high-quality, polite, helpful without being overbearing and with a high standard of English. Rooms and facilities are excellent - and as a plus, Belgrade's biggest and best craft beer bar is right across the street :)
Good location, varied breakfast. For 15 days I blocked a sum as a guarantee. I paid housing, consumption, we received the promise that amount is reversed. It has not been resolved
Positives:
- Central location.
- Friendly and accommodating front desk and room cleaning staff.
- Clean rooms and facilities.
- Garage space availability.
Negatives:
- Restaurant (we only had breakfast @ the non-smoking section) full of cigarette smoke...No physical barrier between smoking & non-smoking designated areas and ventilation was poor.
- Restaurant: stained tablecloths from the previous party had not been replaced. Generally: impression of inadequate staff training. E.g. no-one came to ask whether we needed anything or if things were ok.
- Bed: when one moved ever so slightly, the wooden frame noises were so loud, that one woke up several times every night. The entire frame and especially the legs were in very poor condition.
- Had to ask for towels, as only a set of two was available (we booked the family room with our two children).
This hotel is very good the workers are very kind and we receive an upgrade of our reservation for a more quite room on the fourth floor. The room was big and there is a very good spa included. The location is perfet 5 minutes from the center where is possible eat or drink something 10 minutes from the fortress. There is a parking for the car. Breakfast super
A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH LOVELY AND INDEPENDENT STAFF WITH WHAT I CAN LEARN ABOUT ALL.
I was in this hotel from 23.11.2019 to 24.11.2019. The staff is not very friendly and the room (208) was anything but the price. For 85 euros and alleged 4 stars there must be no mold on the bathtub. I have taken pictures of it. The carpet was so dirty that I considered going barefoot. By the way, the room on the internet was 25 euros cheaper. Overall, the hotel, which is right next to a strip club, very clairaudient. Unfortunately I saw that too late. In the morning at the reception was also corresponding Puplikum present. Never again!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The first night everything was fine. Well it's located next to a gentlemans club, the handle of the bathroom door is loose or maybe broken, nearly no water is coming out of the shower, but the staff was nice. The breakfast is ok.
The second morning i recognized a few red spots on my arms and during the day it got worse. We thought that I may have an allergic reaction to whatever. The third day we found bed bugs! I went to the staff at the reception, explained the issue and - of course - she reacted surprised and said that that was definitely not the case before our stay. I showed her my bite marks which she just said, that they do not look like bed bug bites... Well, now I read a few reviews with this issue. I would definitely NOT recommend sleeping in this hotel!
The hotel deserves its stars. Polite and friendly service. Ironed clothes without charging additional fees. The only minus - prices in the restaurant too high for the conditions in Belgrade. The quality of the dishes is not impressive either. I would definitely recommend going out for a meal.
Bad staff, nothing explained to us on begining. Arrangement we payed for contains breakfast, we asked for a room service to bring it to us, and then on check-out on reception they said we must to pay that breakfast again becouse of room service, noone till then told us that we must pay for breakfast if we want to eat in room.

Absolutely disappointing, the rooms are OK at first glance. Then no toilet paper in the bathroom, the sink drain clogged and the lamp by the mirror above the sink was also broken. In the corner of the room a whole tuft of hair. After the complaint at the front desk you weren't very motivated to do something because after the exit everything was still the same.
Something can always be forgotten or a defect occurs, but if such a complaint is received, something should happen immediately.
