Restaurant Crystal Review

All was good, but it was really cold in the dinning room.

Best Krystal around, idk why but theirs always just taste better than the other locations.

40 min to get 4 cold krystals. Workers are very rude when asking about where food is. Especially the girl at register with huge hickey on her neck

Food is good service could be better and it was freezing in there last time we went and numerous customers complained and they stated nothing could be done.

What a zoo yesterday. Service sucked with people leaving rather that wait. Air conditioning broken garbage cans running over trash everywhere fighting flies for my food.

Ok if you don't know what Krystal is think whitecastle with a southern twist. Get the chili cheese fries and Krystal burgers you can't go wrong. It might get a little crazy after the bars let out and sometimes before.

Took over 15 minutes to get food. And it wasn't fresh when I got it. Should have done drive through.

Food was way over priced and was nasty. The people there are very rude.

Terrible service, workers complained when they got the food wrong. Multiple meals were wrong. Had to tell a worker twice that the meal was not right. Worst Krystal experience ever.

If I could give this place no stars I sure would.. I m sittin in this parking lot waitin on my food and have been for 30 min now.. 3 people have paid, got their food and drove off.. me I m still sittin here like WTF?? Y all really need to get it together!!!

After a disaster ordering, when I got home all of my food wasn t there. I ve tried calling the store but can t get anyone to answer the phone.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Ill always love krystal anytime, any where!!! My favorite place since i was a little kid..The wait in the drive thru was long also the young man that was at the window working wasnt very polite when i asked about my reciept and where was my change i had asked him to use my card for this amount and the rest in cash .. he did not listen he took it upon his self to do it his way not impressed .. to sum things up even though that happened ill always come back to my favorite little burger . Thanks krystal for being a part of my life yummy !!!!

Worst. First. Experience. Ever. Bun on my burgers were gummy/ slimy and I sent them back and got the same thing. I understand that everyone makes mistakes so I was very polite but no one seemed to know what they were doing nor care.

One person working the front so service was a bit slow
