Holy cow. No exaggerating...40 minutes to get to the window. I was 4th in line. Once I got to the window, I pay and am told to pull ahead and it will be brought to me when it's ready...does it take an hour for 5 Krystal's? Now there are 3 of us pulled ahead waiting. No explanation...just...pull ahead and wait another god knows how long.

UPDATE: the other two waiting after me got their food. I was asked what I ordered...they don't even have it...
