Nice food and good service. The no splitting bills (to avoid counter congestion) is ridiculous (especially at 10pm when you're the only patrons left). In this day and age there is no reason not to split bills. It is a fast and easy process and the inconvenience to patrons is unnecessary and bad for business. Luckily the young lady was able to meet our request the second time when we asked otherwise I would not go back.

Visited this obviously popular restaurant while visiting Canberra recently. Even on a busy Saturday with a show on across the road, the friendly staff seated us and had drinks in front of us within minutes. The meals not long after. Really enjoyed the pizzas here, fresh ingredients, tasty non-greasy base.

SoLita Pizzzeria, Restaurant & Bar (formally "10 inch Custom" in Braddon) serves what may be the best pizzas in Canberra!
The service is consistantly very good, almost always approached by a staff member as soon as we've walked in the door. It's a great place for larger groups and familys. They have local beers on tap and a decent wine selection.
We have only ever had pizzas in the 6 to 8 times we've been there and they are awesome. Always very quick to arrive even when very busy.
Make sure to book a table especially Friday & Saturday nights as they can get very busy. If you need a high chair make sure they put that on the reservation as some of the tables are too tall for a high chair.
Prawn and chorizo pizza was amazing.. thin and crispy and very tasty. Very attentive staff and extremely welcoming. Will be back and will be recommending! Thank you guys :)

Food was ok, service was great but unfortunately the people who delivered such good service seemed to be treated quite poorly. My dining experience was ruined by witnessing the manager and chef treat their staff badly, yelling and scolding rather than treating them with respect and teaching them how to improve. As someone who has experience in hospitality I have sympathy for those who work in an unhappy environment.

First time I have been here. I was greeted by a very polite young lady who promptly showed me to a table and gave me a menu.
I was pleasantly surprised that i was not annoyed while choosing every few minutes like other restaurants do to hurry my selection.
I chose a chicken carbonara, and asked to make a change. The waitress had no issues in this. The food arrived very quickly, everything was fresh and I left feeling full and happy. While exiting all staff member in the proximity said bye to me. This may not seem like much to some people, but to me it shows very good management and a business that I will eat at again.
Really good food, good range as well. I'm a big risotto fan and there was only one risotto dish but was really good and would definitely recommend. It also felt a bit cramped inside, but was alright

Superb service and one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The only other comparison that comes to mind is Da Orlando, but I think this one narrowly bests DO. Decent desserts too and well worth the price.
hi. i don t normally write reviews but after visiting solita several times i decided it was absolutely worth one.
firstly, the menu has a huge variety of delicious meals to choose from. the pastas are full of flavour and the pizzas are exceptional. i have never been disappointed once while going there - solita completely exceeded my expectations when i went there for the first time.
i thought the staff deserved a mention. the staff at solita are exactly how you d expect a healthy, well-functioning business to run. they re attentive and polite, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. the waiters made sure to make me feel comfortable, and had no issues with moving me outside upon my request. the waitress who served me was polite and welcoming and had no issues with fulfilling the many changes i made to my order!
the restaurant was full and i didn t expect my food to come out for at least twenty minutes. however, i received my meal exceptionally quickly and i was astonished in the quality of my food.
solita has affordable and reasonable prices for high-quality food. i would absolutely recommend giving solita a visit!

Friendly staff with fast service. Desserts were highly disappointing, bland and overpriced. Nevertheless, the prawns and pizza were absolutely delicious.
Good food and staff but no aircon inside (or so it seemed)
Went there for lunch. Had the $18.00 large pizza a beer deal. Swapped the bear out for a Lemmon Lime an Bitters. Service was quick and friendly and the pizza was far better than expected.
The service was alright and it gets three because of the figs (delicious and well balanced). The gnocci and red sauce just weren't good, the martini tasted funny and the tiramisu wasn't very good either.
I'm going to try the pizza to give them one more chance...

SoLita Pizzeria & Pasta Bar on London circuit is a no fuss experience, with quick turnaround lunches that are delicious, with friendly attentive staff. They've a great lunch special with a beer and the coffee is spot on.
Best Napoletana style pizza in town! Pasta and the Vitello Tonnato were beautiful too. Quality ingredients and a respectful approach toward original flavour and balance. Blissful!

Best pizza in Canberra! I've been here several times over the last year and they always make exceptional pizzas. They're also very reasonably priced compared other restaurants in Canberra.
This is my favourite pizza joint in town. Expect to pay around $100 for entrees, mains and wines for two. The vegan cheese is out of this world and they will add it to any vego dish that already contains cheese. I highly recommend the pizzas!
Lovely night out here after they graciously let us eat in with the easing of social distancing. Amazing food (I had the beef ragu and my partner the Pollo E Funghi) and a great wine selection, and all the staff were a genuine pleasure to speak to. Definitely eating here again.
Only the third takeaway pizza I ve had in ten years...normally avoid because I m left feeling sick.
These however, were the BEST I ve tried in my life. Hubby who is happy to regularly have pizza is now devastated that we have to drive two hours to give these another try. Couldn t fault. Service was great too; as was turnaround time. Highly recommend
Visited before and after COVID-19 restrictions. Both times service was top notch, food was fresh and delicious. Plenty of options for my vegan partner. And the 5 year old son ate half a pizza so it must be good!

Mama Mia! Could well be the best pizza in Canberra. I was trying to eat my emotions as today was the anniversary of my good friend Dirk s 4th passing. RIP Dirk. Before I headed back to Melbs I ordered a Margherita and as soon as I held the box, the delicious smell wafted up and hit me like Tony Soprano hit Ralphie - bada bing! That first bite - What? How. I yelled at a pedestrian next to my uber. Tears of joy streamed down my face. Seriously Canberra. This is the sort of pizza I expect in Melbourne but finding it here... it s enough to make a grown man cry. And it did make me cry. 6/5 stars.
I love pizza and this place does good pizza. A lot of their ingredients are imported from Naples; I thought this was silly at first, but hey, the pizza was legit.
The service was second to non, I have not experience service like it in a long time. The food was 100% amazing!

The food here is to die for! The menu boasts a large range and variety, as well as plenty of options for gluten free patrons!
We hosted a group function here recently and each of our team members thoroughly enjoyed their food, were treated with above & beyond sevice, and our meals were all delivered within a few minutes of one another despite the size of the group.
I have recommended this restaurant to many people since my visit and intend to keep doing so!

The former 10" Custom Pizzeria of the Hamlet in Braddon has found a new home and the pizzas are even better than they were before! My funghi pizza packed a real flavour punch and the pizza dough was absolute perfection. The pork belly main was also excellent - tender, flavoursome and it had so much delicious crackling! Service was faultless and very friendly. I can't wait to come back to try the homemade pastas!

I really want to use expletives to emphasise how delicious my pizza was. I had a BBQ chicken pizza, plenty of high-quality toppings. The base was perfect; not too thin, not too think. Cooked perfectly, and my girlfriend thinks their GF base is she best she's ever had. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Whenever we go here, we leave satisfied and full of pizza and pasta. The fungi pizza is our favourite! And the spaghetti carbonara also goes down a treat!
Oh man. There is something special about getting a pizza base right. And these guys have nailed it!! We've been here twice and although the meals on the menulook great - it's just too hard to go past the pizzas!

Staff were friendly and helpful picking delicious gluten-free options. Whilst we couldn't sit in as we didn't covid-book, pizzas (GF) were excellent. Those who were dining in looked like they were having a good time with fun lively ambience. Recommend.
