Open until 1:00 am, friendly service,and if you want extra onions on you're Krystal just ask.

They r always slow at filling my order. I order the same thing every morning and my total is always different. I don't understand. I love the sunriser combos or I would just go some where else.

I had to wait 40 min. to get my food this Krystal needs more employees

Great food and service...one of my top 3 fast food spots in the south.

The service was lousy and the lady at the counter looked like she was either on drugs for high on something or cough medicine or something she'd should not have been at work and the food was slow but it was good

Rude cashiers and had to have them remake burgers. They were old and cold. Will not teturn.

Whoever owns this Krystal should be ashamed. Repeated visits over the past year have all been the same: Extremely dirty eating area, very slow service (they focus on the drive-thru), cold food. Yesterday I was given the filthiest tray I have ever seen - encrusted with dried mustard, sticky drink residue. I've gone back several times because I'm a die-hard Krystal fan but I'm done here. No telling how nasty the food prep area is. The Soddy Krystal is worth the drive.

Like all other fast food places they got busy and messed up my order. I was charged for item that I didn't receive and no forks No napkins and,jelly. For,my sick husband in the hospital. He was so disappointed. Thanks krystals

Probably the worst tasting Krystal's I've ever been to. The inside is dirty and needs remodeled. They also messed up our order several times.

Waited at the counter 15 minutes and nobody ever tried to take out order. Dining room was filthy. Kitchen looked even worse. They only had 2 employees working at 5:30 in the afternoon. The drive thru was backed up. There were people waiting behind us inside. I finally just took my son and left. This place is the worst and unless management does something soon it will be out of business in no time at all. Ridiculous!

It was very dirty. There was dirt, small dead bugs and food all over the floors. Tables and chairs hadn't been wiped down. The garbage was over flowing. The women's bathroom was...ok. There was at least 3-4 flies in each window seal. I believe I saw a new species of fly on one of the lamps. Not a joke!! The flies were so use to human contact that they didn't even fly away when you'd swat at them. I've been in waffle houses cleaner then this. I'm only giving it a star bc Google won't let me post without giving at least a star vote.

Have only had a few orders wrong but they have always fixed them and been polite about it. Great food! Cant beat krystal chicks with extra pickles or the chili cheese pups!!!! Dont care for the fries much cuz they usually arent hot when i get my order but other than that a great place to grab a bite to eat

Placed my order, was asked to pull up. They brought my order or to me twice having to return in the store for corrections. Then I was still missing my fries. So I turned around and went back through the drive thru.... Upon getting my fries the cashier presented me with two expired coupons for BOGO Krystal sandwiches. I asked her to prepare me two more sandwiches only ketchup, holding the $2 to pay, I am instructed I can't use the coupons at that time, I didn't ask to use the coupons, besides I showed them how I appreciated the expired coupons but just wanted the food to feed my child. I was served my two sandwiches. To my surprise they were fully dressed....I don't have any more time for this place.

Horrible service all the time. Mostly understaffed 90% of the time. 20 minute wait times with only one car in front of me. Then got home to realize that the entire order was wrong and I paid quite a bit for things I didn't receive.

It was through the drive in window, n when we got home we found that are order was wrong an not right on top of that. I give them a 3

Extremely rude to customers in the diningoom! Employees will walk away from counter when you walk into the store, &completely ignore you while your waiting to place an order...even when business is slow. Will NOT be returning!! This store has seriously gone down hill over the years!! Burger King may cost a little more, but SO worth it!!

The place was absolutely a dirty nasty place... they were trying to clean the floors by dumping the entire mop bucket on the floor..?? Why don't know but suspect they were waiting for it to go thru the floor drains...yuck

The food was standard Krystal. The store lobby needs a lot of attention. All of the tables really looked like they needed cleaning. The chairs are rusty and many have holes or are torn.

Krystals is hands down the best food for when your not sure what you want to eat. And the best food for when you get drunk or after a hangover. It's a hangover remedy. And reminds me of my home town slug burger. Good ole Mississippi slug burgers is a soy version of a krystal. So it's perfect for me.

Its krystals. I dont have high standards for such a small burger .

I wasn't good at all, had to wait forever, and watched an employee wearing gloves put her visor on, then go back to handling with food wearing the same gloves!!!

May look like they are busy but they're a lot faster than other Krystals! And good food!

It was busy food was cold and forgot the shake and sundae.

Didn't get near as much chili on my fries as I did at most places and no self service drink machine. Food immediately came out and the fries were cold which tells me they had been sitting under a light for a while. Overall I'll skip this one when I'm in this part of town again.

The food was good and came out quickly. Dining room was clean. Jonae took my order and was courteous from order to delivery. Well run!

Consistently the slowest Krystal location I've ever experienced. Also, how they have a positive health department rating is a mystery.

I don't know what these were but it wasn't a Krystal. I felt like I was eating a container of salt! The worst fries in America hands down! If I could give them no stars I would. I and believe they passed this out the window. Should have known when they crammed everything in one little bag that it was staff working that doesn't care about their service to the customer!

They haven't fixed my food this good in years. It was awesome today!

Snotty customer service. They left an item out of my order after I repeated it to them 3 times. I just accepted that andcdtove away. Not a good experience.

Hot wings were not cooked very long skin was soft and the Krystal buns were steamed to much

Food was awful. Chili tasted like it was a week old .we won't go back

This Krystal has been going down hill for a while. I had the absolute worst meal I have had in my life there today. I know the buns are supposed to be steamed but these were dripping like the had dunked them. It was so bad the boxes were getting soggy. I had to try to eat in like a push up pop and still couldn't get out of the box. They also had about three times as much mustard as the should've had.

The girl that took our order was rude. We had to park and wait for part of the order to be cooked. Which is fine. When the girl brought out our order I thanked her. She didn't say a word, and walked away with a "tone" of being inconvenienced. Food was mediocre. Order was wrong.

Have you tried the breakfast platter yet? I did and I loved it!

Some of the People that work there seem very unclean. I saw one woman who dipped out the chili into a bowl, some spilled on the side. She used her finger to wipe it off...burnt her finger..put it in her mouth and then proceeded to put a lid on the bowl and bring to the customer. I used to go to this Krystal all of the time but never again! Even the cash register was nasty. I never give reviews..but when prompted by Google..after my experience..I felt I had to.

Very friendly and was able to prepare our food as requested without any issues and without making it sound like a big deal. I will continue to drive across town because of how friendly courteous and awesome they were. Oh and they actually carry everything on the menu unlike 23rd Street yet again with out any issues or complaints. Hixson location is across town but well worth my gas and time. Thank you Hixson Location for the amazing visit, the awesome employees, actually having the menu and preparing the food as requested.

Used the drive thru for this visit. Asked specifically for crispy fries. They didn't even try to get them crispy. The krystals were cold. Sad!

Fries were hard and old, burgers were soggy like a sponge, this isn't the first time this has happened, only this time I went and got my money back. Not eating here again unless they fire who ever obviously broke health code regulations. Come on, you can obviously tell when food has been sitting out for too long, and if not... then you definitely don't need to work in the food industry.

Took 25 minutes to take the order. After they finally took the order they only listened to my part and didn't take my husband's order just told us to drive around. Needless to say we just left and went somewhere else

I ordered a large fry with my meal just because they have the sign out saying $1 large fry every Friday. I was charged regular price & asked the guy at the window about it & said it didn t ring up as $1 & apologized. I called & talked to the mgr & she said it ended last week. I explained the sign was still at the drive thru speaker. She said she didn t know it was still out there she would have to take it down. What should ve happened is a compensation for the sign being left up. The fries were old & not fresh, so that was a double negative. I took a picture of how wrinkled and old they were.

Those lil things have gotten smaller have they not? Fast service but could have done without the white chick with ghetto mouth

Took very long time order was wrong my corn pups had melted into a styrefome container and wad burnt like they were cood double and fries cold and over salted

The food was hot and really good and especially the chocolate milkshake keep up the good work

Asked for double steamed and the onions were not warm.

Always Hot & Fresh; Best Krystal Ever; My son tells his Granny " I want to go to Mommy's Krystal, Please" We pass up closer Krystals to go to Hixson Pike location!

Hours my husband and I have been working leaves very few options for late night / early am food needs. We've always been waited on by friendly employees and food prepared in just a few minutes.

Hot small square sometimes you just have to have a Krystal

USED FAIRLY OFTEN BY MANY PEOPLE THAT I KNOW. USUALLY GOOD. CERTAIN PEOPLE CAN MAKE THE VISIT REALLY GOOD THERE. CAN BE SLOW AT TIMES.

Always get good fast friendly service at this Krystal

JERRY WAS RUDE!!!!!And we had to wait about 30 mins for our food and it was still wrong and Jerry got another attitude with me when I told him it was not right and when I said thank you after handing me my food he just walked off no your welcome I'm sorry for the wait nothing.
