The service at this location was horrible. I don't frequent Krystal very often and it seems that every time I choose to give them another try, I get nothing but disappointment. I've chosen to not visit any location in my city ever again. Horrible customer service and the food has changed so much, it's not even good any more.

Went in order a crystal cheese burger and strawberry shake took 30 min horrible service

Usually has fast service and the food is hot, fresh, and the order has always been right for me.

They never get our food right. The Krystal s are always cold even when ordered off the grill. The burgers had a funny taste to them. Went in and explained and they didn t even offer to cook new food. I don t like to pay for cold old food or subpar service.

I like their food. But, the cramped kitchen and prep areas, probably in need of an upgrade

I will always love Krystal's. This one in particular was a whole lot better than my last Krystal's experience.

This place is a hit or miss....sometimes it's good sometimes you want a refund

Thank you for big styrofoam cups to keep cold drinks cold in The humid Deep South. I'm not a fan of the food, but I am also Gluten Intolerant. Because I sometimes stop in for an unsweet tea or a diet soft drink, the people know me & are kind to me. As a Midwesterner who has made The Deep South my home, Krystal seems like a Whitecastle Burger Joint to me, but this may be my perception, alone. I go here for unsweet tea & diet sodas only, but everyone treats me kindly!!!

I love Krystal! I can't wait to get off every night to eat them. The staff at Hixson Pike are pleasant and the burgers are great!!!

I do love the Krystal. Little burgers, frys and chili. Always the favorite. This Krystal is always clean and very friendly.

Not happy with service. Pulled up ordered the 3 for 3 dollars 3 Krystal,fries and drink. Said it would be 10 minutes and I was the only person in line. I work in fast food restaurants it takes 4 minutes for a pizza to go through oven put on toppings and everything 7 minutes fresh fries from McDonald's 3 minutes fresh quart pounder topped and boxed 5 minutes
I'm sorry Hixson Pick I was talking about the one on Brainerd Road. Serve there is great friendly service and fast.

Service and the food sucks at the one on hixson pike. Horrible.

Wanted to try the new banana pudding milkshakes. Waited in line for 15 min after ordering. When I got to the window they told me they didn't have any milk to make milkshakes. First of all there is a Dollar General behind them that has milk for sale. Second of all it was 101 degrees outside. Couldn't someone come outside and tell me instead of letting me sit in line all that time. Makes no sense to me

Over charged for my food. Instead of giving me a lg coke with my combo they gave me a water then charged me for the lg coke. Horrible service

Hixson pike store. Store was not crowded and service was fairly quick.

Honestly worst experience I've had at a Krystal. I ordered 10 Krystal with cheese no mustard. They had no cheese and mustard all over them after waiting 20 minutes. I went back around and told them about the mistake they said they'd fix it and pull back around. After several minutes he alerted me to pull to a space and a half hour later, with only one car coming through after my request for a remake, they bring my Krystal out with no mustard and still no cheese. Normally don't have these issues with Krystal idk what's happening

Horrible service and the food was disgusting. I don't expect five star cuisine at any Krystal's but this place was disgusting. Took them forever to bring the food out, gave us the wrong drinks and the bread on my burgers was TOTALLY soggy.

Understaffed, always messing up the orders and takes no less than 30 minutes for the drive thru

Poor service,under staffed. Waited forever just to be waited on. Them was told they were out of crackers. Temperature in seating area never right.

The burgers never seem steamed like Hixson location. I asked if they steam them and they said yes. I asked for them to steam them like Hixson does and the burgers were so soggy I could barely get them out of the box. My last trip to Soddy krystals until they can get with managers in Hixson and figure out the steaming issues.

Handicap accessible and handicap parking Associates we're nice.

On our visit, we were treated extremely rude . We were made to wait for at least 15 minutes in line without anyone approaching us , although there was a girl at the counter . There were no customers in front of us or behind us . I felt the girl behind the counter , didn't want to wait on us because we were not the right color as her . While we were still waiting after placing our order , we had to ask if it was ready . The same girl brought it out kind of slung it at us . We said , but this isn't 12 Burger's !! She walked back to the kitchen came back with other four burgers added . When we got home burgers were put in all kinds of container . Cheese containers , which we didn't order cheese kind . We had ordered Four without onions for our grandsons. But we had to open every burgers to find which ones didn't have onions . Hixson Tennessee , we won't be back there , we love Krystal burgers have ate them for about 60 yrs

Slow service, the food was gross and I asked for specifics and only one was done correctly. On the other hand the manager was great.

Got 12 Krystals and got home with them each had 2 pieces of onion on them

have tried to go here four times in the past seven days and every time they say they don't have the Nashville hot chick. If you guys are going to advertise something make sure you have enough of it. How hard is it to get more Nashville hot sauce to put on a regular krystal chick? Never going to krystal again.

Love to eat Krystals! Who doesn't love the little Krystal burgers!

Krystal is a pretty simple formula. If you're a fan of the cuisine, you will enjoy this location. It's a modern building with everything you expect from Krystal. The staff are helpful.

This place is hit or miss. A real 50/50 chance of your food being either awesome or disgusting.

There's a guy that works Thursday nights that prevents me from ever going there on a Thursday night again. He never, I mean NEVER gets it right.

Who can say no to that Krystal burger. It's one of a kind

I got the check deal. Not much mayo and seemed like old chicken.

It says dine-in is closed at 10 but if you try to go after 9:30 they deny service.

I added a star because they switched back to paper bags and now the fries stay crisp. I still stick to the basics of 3 krystal burgers and a fry when I have to satisfy the craving.

Good fast food breakfast. Seniors can eat for under $4 including drink. Casual dining good service

Everything great, but Chilli ,go back to original recipe, don t cut corners, go back to original crackers, don t know what Hixson, Tn is trying to pull, original Krystal s , original crackers, original chilli, and steam the buns, old school was a hit, add to menu,whatever, but don t destroy why your so great, thank you, losing customers not good for anyone

Krystals with cheese are hard to beat. This one is not convenient to 53, but you can make it if you have time.

Nice location. Fast drive thru and friendly. As always the chili cheese pups are spot on

Not sure if this is THE slowest location in the chain, but they're definitely in the running. Pull up, order 4 Krystals and a Coke, get asked to pull over and wait, at least half the time. A serious poke at "you had one job." Still, you're getting a Krystal burger, so it's got that going for it. Just don't be in a hurry.

I order from the drive thru for fresh krystals and waited on them to be cooked. I also ordered tots but they were left off the order! After waiting for awhile for my order, I got the tots and a large drink for free! Serve was good after all!

I just went there for 2 chilli chz fries... Both chili chz fries HAD NO CHILI OR CHEESE.... JUST FRIES ... Not too mention it took an hour just to get my food and there was only 2 other cars in the drive thru.

Refused to give a military discount. Every other location in the area does. I've frequented this restrauant for over forty years. Never again, and l will make sure all my vetern brothers and all my friends know not to go here again.

The management needs to go get creamer from another store and everything when my mom goes there for a senior coffee and yesterday the drive thru says that they are out of creamer and milk and my mom called this morning and they had milk and they didn't want to sell coffee to my mom yesterday morning early

Long wait to order with one cashier. So, I went through drive thru. I ordered junkyard fries. All the chili caused bag to rip and made a mess on my seat. They should have double bagged that item.

Took 20 minutes to prepare my drive thru order and other locations for chain seem to be the same. Krystal seems to be suffering from the low unemployment rate and customer service in the drive thru. Will start taking my business to BK whose drive thru is consistently quik.
