I called them to rescue a pup which was injured in...

I called them to rescue a pup which was injured in an accident and almost broke his pelvic part...it wasnt even able to walk or stand.. so when i called them, their phone was unavailable... even then i tried for 2-3 times... and all the times i called them, their phone was out of range...and finally the pup died..!!
