Order to be back pack for my oxygen concentrator. My PayPal transaction went throug and I was expecting my backpack soon. I was just notified that the Backpack is out of stock and that I will not receive it for three weeks or more. Very poor customer service. They should not take payment for items that they do not have in stock. Had I known it was out of stock I would've ordered from another company. I need this sooner than a month for an upcoming vacation.

I live in a rural area of Alabama. I have been on CPAP a very long time. In the past couple of years my life changed dramatically. I no longer have a regular pulmonologist. My primary care is managing my CPAP now and unfortunately my insurance requires a pulmonologist to sign off on CPAP orders, therefore I have been unable to get new supplies. This company has been a Godsend. I love the fact I'm free to choose which mask I want. The prices here are such that it doesn't break the bank to purchase out right. I was able to find a mask here that has been very difficult to find on the rest of the internet. It came about a week after I ordered it, which is pretty fast in COVID-19 times. Most things I ve ordered from other companies have been taking at least 2 weeks. I did have an issue with the mask, but they upheld the 30 day guarantee and shipped my replacement the same day that I contacted them about it.
No money-back guarantee here. They told me that if I open the packaging, I own it. No matter how far off it is from what I expected. You should be very careful when ordering. I found a replacement much cheaper elsewhere.
Your item departed a transfer airport in HONG KONG INT'L, HONG KONG on August 14, 2018 at 7:27 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination. HKG to SIN is only 5 hours by flight but it was already 48 hours....... LOL

My order was shipped and arrived within 24 hours! I was surprised 1, how cheap the shipping was and 2, how quickly I received it.
Saw their mask guarantee and bought new mask. Should have paid better attention as their mask guarantee only is for select masks and comes with restocking fee, So I emailed them asking if they could do anything to help me as the mask just did not work for me. No reply. Since there are dozens of CPAP suppliers available I would suggest everyone go elsewhere.
I bought a CPAP mask from them. The mask did not connect correctly to my CPAP extension hose. So I took the extension off.. It was very loud and I really couldn't move in bed because I didn't have the extension. When asked for a refund, they said no - I could have credit minus the fee to restock and send back the mask. Other CPAP stores give you the opportunity to try the masks first. I will never purchase from there again.

On the 8/8/2016 I ordered from RespShop a Nasal Mask + a spear Gel Cushion,
On the 8/24/2016 I received the package from RespShop, but when I checked the contents of the package arrived I realized that the Nasal Mask does not match my order. Immediately I informed RespShop, and on the same day RespShop sent me another Nasal Mask, No questions asked, without charging me and they send it to me in the quickest form of transport possible.
Indeed the proper Nasal Mask ordered by me arrived to me, from the US to Israel in less than a week.
RespShop earned from me excellent impressed, and I would recommend RespShop warmly.

Im writing this because the below reviews weren't great, BUT I'm here to say the opposite.
I called right when they opened on a Friday 8 PST(they are located in Washingyon). The young man on the phone was very helpful and made sure they actually had the item I needed in stock. (Rare car charger cord for Airsep 5 oxygen concentrator.) The reason I say rare is that most places have to order it, which means additional days of waiting.
The young man doubled checked that I could get this item delivered over night on Saturday to our address(not available on all areas).
Product arrived by 11 EST to our Michigan address, works great!!!

Ordered a cpap machine and faxed the prescription at the same time on May 1. I was,told it would arrive in 5-7 days. Ee had hoped to get it by May 8 when we were travelling. Instead, yesterday, May 15, I emailed to find out why it was not here yet. I received a message that it has now shipped on May 15. Poor service. I guess I am used to Amazon which when you place an order, it promptly ships.
Product did not work as described and charge me for return shipping. I will not deal with these people again

I ordered a $16 part for my CPAP on thrusday. I needed it to sleep so i checked the next day air box for $34 shipping cost (double the cost of the part). Respshop shipped it on the following day, Friday, " next daay air" ($34) knowing UPS does not deliver on weekends!!!!! So $50 for a $16 dollar part that they knew would not be delivered for 3 days!!! Very bad Service, Let the customer BEWARE of this company !!!!!
Very disappointed! Received my XT Fit travel CPAP and while the size and weight are great for travel the machine makes a whistling sound all night long that makes it hard to sleep but it also smells awful. It is like inhaling smell from a spray paint can. Called customer service and got no help. There are no returns and that was that. Money wasted and very unhappy.

But the customer service support made a mistake on my goods delivery date and I have to contact Fedex directly for clarification, which is a little bit troublesome for me.

I ordered some filters for my CPAP machine. Less than an hour after ordering they sent me a tracking number and a day and a half later my filters were here. Great price for OEM filters, great service, and super fast delivery. Will definitely order from again.
This company has great inventory. I have ordered only twice for supplies of my sleep apnea. The first one was air filters, who seemingly have the best deals. I had to order a lot to get the deal, which could be a humbug, but the key point to remember is that you do not have to order particular supplies for a very long time. It is worth every penny and when you notice their sales/clearances, take advantage. For my 2nd order, I did this for the F & P Simplus full face mask by ordering 2 which each mask can last up to 6 months, thus, I don't have to worry about it for a year!!!

I ve ordered from these folks for years and I realized yesterday that I didn t receive a order I placed... weird right? I call today and they look at the order number and it was not sent out! Oops actually it was my fault because I used AFFIRM as my payment source and I didn t follow through and it was not processed.... So they canceled that order; placed a new order for the same items and I can t believe it but I went to the grocery, came back and saw the email that told me the order has shipped!!! I ordered my item on April 24Th and i received a Tracking number and The only thing that the email said was that my order has shipped but when I try to track it there is no information on it.????? Paid extra for 2 day shipping. They stated it would arrive 7/12. Well, UPS doesn't even have a delivery date and the package just left KY on it's way to TX.

I placed an order on September 12, 2018. On September 21,2018 I called to check on the order as I had not received it. I was told it had not shipped because it had not been paid for. I told the lady I had paid for my order when I placed it. She then said, " O, I am sorry about that and we will ship it today." I have been waiting on this mask for my CPAP machine since I placed the order. I am not happy with the service. I would not have given any star but it would not let me post without at least one.

I found this company via Google search after another vendor; Cpap.com was unable to fill my order for replacement parts. I got phone calls and emails BEFORE 9 am CST (Although I work from home, that is just an ungodly hour to call ) explaining why they could not fill my order. I have been a Cpap user for over seven years. Getting a copy of my Rx was not going to be easy. The Friday before Labor Day, I contacted Respshop.com after I placed my order. I got my cpap mask and supplies quick. Everything was perfect and the mask fit great. I will order all my supplies from Respshop.
Unfortunately my purchase of October 11 has not yet arrived (today is October 18). I paid the fastest service (about US $ 70) to get "INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY" service. He urges me.
The problem} is that RESPIRONICS used the USPS and not a courier service as I requested, which is faster and more efficient.
Order shipped without my apartment number. Had to call and email twice before there was any response. Was then berated via email and charged a restocking fee on the refund I eventually requested after the terrible Customer experience.

The Transcend EZEX Travel CPAP Machine with Exhale Pressure Relief is a great improvement in CPAP therapy. The size is less then 1/4 of my previous CPAP. Just getting through the airport checks was worth the price. The multi-day battery pack now makes camping and other non-conventional vacationing much more pleasant and convenient.

My Mask turned out to be a nightmare and worst of all I couldn't get a refund or they would not refund my funds back to my Debit Card seriously if you wanted me as a return customer your shop would of reimbursed me the 99 dollars I spent waste of my time and money and I just threw almost a hundred dollars away. Not a way to treat a first time customer I understand you couldn't take the mask back since it had been used but your shop could of refunded my funds. After all the mask was a horrible choice for me after wearing it two nights my nose became swollen and red and infected with pus coming out. The mask I had gotten that I had a reaction to was the Res med Quattro Mirage that I now have to throw away and its useless to me my advice to others is to not buy from this company on account of how they treat their customers very disappointed now I have to wait for my other mask I love to arrive in the mail and its already been a week without wearing any mask.

I just wanted to thank RESPSHOP for the excellent and guick resolution to my new purchase issue. My Phillips Dreamstation Go was an expensive purchase, as I did not go through Medicare.
Upon receipt of the CPAP machine I was not able to configure or adjust settings. After numerous hours of research, attempts, etc., I contacted RespShop support. After several failed attempts by Customer Service to assist me in resolving the issue I was placed in contact with Susan and a Technical Support staff member (name I forget). The touch screen was unresponsive and the power light kept flashing on/off. My conclusion is this was a manufacturer fault, not the provider s.
We determined that a new machine would be shipped (overnight) and I would return the inoperable unit (which was also new). Less than 24 hours later I received my replacement DreamStation Go Auto. Everything worked perfectly. I was able to re-register the machine with the DreamMapper on my phone, tweak some settings, check mask pressure, etc.
So . . . I am extremely pleased and give RespShop major kudos for terrific service and resolution. THANK YOU!

I ordered 3 things, one turned out to be backordered. I got a phone call the next day asking how I wanted that handled, I opted to wait for the full shipment as restocking was hoped to be fairly fast. It wasn't. I emailed an enquiry after the 'worst case' period of time had passed, and got an immediate response offering several options. I opted for shipment of first 2 items (which I needed), and waiting for restock on 3rd item (which I just wanted rather than needed). My needed items arrived in 2 days. The 3rd took quite awhile longer, but at that point I knew the manufacturer was lagging, not RespShop. It eventually arrived just fine.
Here's the important things-
1. They perceived a problem, immediately contacted me with choices.
2. I emailed about delay, swift response, multiple options offered.
Customer service like this is rare it seems, and wow was it nice.
Their prices are good, selection is excellent, I highly recommend this business for Cpap needs.
By the time the mask arrived yesterday I had already ordered and received another one from another vendor. I paid Respshop for Fed Ex, however they took too long to mail the mask. By the time the mask arrived, it was too late. I am very upset and I disappointed with Respshop. I have asked them to reimburse my Fed Ex payment. I would also like to return the mask I need information about how to go about it. I have asked Respshop but they haven t responded. I wish I could rate Respshop less than one star.

Poor customer service. Mask with 30 day guarantee a scam. Required to pay shipping back and only 85% refund because I opened it and never worn since it was clearly to big. Wouldn t even send a shipping label and didn t have a printed invoice included. Good luck to anyone who tries this company. Go to amazon!
