PMUSA is an organization that values their employees and listens to them. What I really like is the the family like atmosphere that creates a collaborative environment and recognizes success! It isn't only the big things that matter at PMUSA, but it is the little things that make the biggest difference!
Not the best company to work for. I left after the virus because of health reasons and went back but had to travel farther this time but loved my regional boss Mike over the year I was there he was the ONLY one I could actually get ahold of when I needed something or had a question.. They honestly don't know how to treat there good employees I had a employee recognize after 2 days of being at Kohls very first time working for the company and NOTHING not a Good Job Nothing.. I quit the Company because like I said they DON'T Know how to treat the GOOD Employees my Boss was let go so I left I definitely was not staying when Mike was the whole reason I came back and I am not going to go through 10 boss like I did the first time I was there INSANE!!!

J2121 Enid, Oklahoma Location My experience with this company started out positive. I was lead and found out communication is a major issues. Supplies were ordered, weeks went by with nothing. And I sent to 2 people who were supposedly in charge and not one response. Getting answers to anything was a joke. I quit a week ago and my former coworker has gotten paid already and I still haven't. I've recieved my check stub but not my actual deposit paying me for hours worked. Beware apparently getting paid is now an issue.

I worked for Prestige in Tulsa area , job wasn t hard but the lead Janitor is the worst person to work with ppl quit left and right cause she has the worst attitude and is rude and mean to ppl. Not only her but the the So called Supervisor for the area does too . The pay is not worth all the drama those two cause towards new employees.
I have worked at Prestige for over 10 years, for the parents and now for the next generation of ownership. Not only do I enjoy my work but I have had the opportunity to travel around the country far more than I ever would have. It is a family based business and if you work there, you become part of the Prestige family.

Nothing but friends and family working together. Management is unprofessional this includes the shift leaders. No training whatsoever and when you do get showed to do anything, you still have do a you tube search just to train yourself. No raises worked hard and team members barely came to work, if they did it's like they're still not there (no work/favoritism).
I ve been working with Prestige since June and I have had some issues with getting insurance benefits started and my rate of pay adjusted. Once I was able to speak to the right person, things started happening in my favor. Communication is the key with this company. I love my job and the place I work. This is for people who like to work independently and have a great deal of motivation. My store was #1 in the nation. Very proud to be here and be a part of the company.
I had over 8yrs in Retail Management 3 of which were district. I didn't know what to expect when I started, it was a completely different venture for me. However I loved the devotion and story behind the company. Everyone works as a team and if you do your job well it doesn't go unnoticed! I was very impressed to see how accessible and involved "Corporate" is from there weekly conferences' to improve over all experience for the Customer, to there emails directly to you. I know your waiting for the downside so here it is: I personally feel that the mileage isn't fair for the district and amount of driving wear/tear of vehicle. Other than that, it comes down to how you manage your time and team. I truly am PROUD to work for such a Reliable, Responsive, Respectful and of course Results driven company.

I accepted the job because of the hours. The store employees are nice and very welcoming. But a lot of miscommunication because the lead speaks Spanish and I speak English. Still their ok so far!
I've work for prestige maintenance in the past it's a very easy and played back job with flixable hours the only thing you work 7days a week off every other week for one day but you only work 5 to 6 hours a day I started off with $10 bucks an hour so that was pretty good for me and you get played every month

Horrible customer service they owed me money before cutting me due to pandemic then lied to unemployment and told them they gave me a severance payment and got my unemployment put on hold I cant get a answered call or returned message i leave messages everyday horrible company
When I first started working here the training was minimal and I was told to use incorrect products and procedures by the person who trained me. They don't provide all necessary supplies. I had to mop with the same dirty mop for a week because they didn't have more mopheads. I had to dust dressing rooms with a rag placed on an old broom that was falling apart, creating more of a mess to sweep up. The territory supervisor Ian was awesome. I'll give them that but that's the only positive and there were no on site Prestige Maintenance management to speak to if you had an issue or questions. Target's maintenance supervisor was a nit picking nightmare. Every day that I worked here I received endless complaints from him. I was referred to as "a waste of money" and insulted by him and I had to keep quiet and pretend not to be bothered by it. I think that's absurd because I've spent 11 years working in residential cleaning and never had any complaints. This was my first time doing business cleaning and this company left a bad taste in my mouth. If you like doing a lot of work for little pay and being unappreciated, this is the perfect place for you.
Horribly awful company to work for. Did not fill out an accident report when I got injured on the job. Failed to provide me with gloves when using a foaming acid cleaner. Did nothing further to investigate a claim of sexual harassment between employees.

I love working for Prestige. Everyone is very nice, the pay is good, great hours. Im mostly on my own, I like it that way however if i ever need anything or anyone their always there.
The worst HR Team ever! Ruled by the double standard guy. I don t blame the owners but big mistake letting the old guard get fired or made them quit with their new process which changes every 3-4 months. There s no job security at all, harassment by the high levels that can t practice what they preached.

Hi, my experience with Prestige was great. I work as a part time the hours and location for just fantastic for me. The supervisor was just wonderful and very friendly staff at their Plano office.
I was Hired in as an Area Manager and i was told we are not hiring you into a mess but it turns out that it is exactly what it was it was a mess i was told by a few different employees at a few job sites that i was the 4th or 5th Area Manager to be hired in the company in 2020 my experience working for Prestige Maintenance USA was not a good experience it seems like all they hired me for was just to have someone to blame when things went wrong and when employees would not show up to there scheduled shifts the Vice President of the company Hector he called me with the regional manager on the phone and said to me YOU GAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO EMPLOYEES TO GO OVER THE HOLIDAY SCHEDULE i then told Hector i dont even have your phone number so i dont have an answer for you regarding that and so he told me i am not happy with your service i should not be doing your job i have got nothing but negative feedback from Hector the vice president of the company i was still new and still needed training he expected me to know everything about the company only 1 month after i started working there they do not care about the employees they only care about the numbers and hours that are being worked and i always has employees complain about hours missing from there check this is a real lesson learned for me to just dont take the job when they say were not hiring you into a mess because that's exactly what this was i wish them well and i feel bad for the employees.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT work for this employer if the supervisor's name is Geraldo. He refused to communicate properly and train us properly. I ended up helping him hire two other people in. We were not trained at all really. The guys who did attempt to train us were awesome guys. They meant well. But Target was never happy with our service because we didn't know store policy and how to run machinery right. He had us work with two guys for two days and they left us to clean this big store by ourselves afterwards. Target is used to having him hire people and not train them, and the team ends up quitting.

As a spouse of a Prestige Regional Manager, my experience with Prestige isn't direct, but I am still impacted by my husband's experience. He has been with Prestige for over 10 years and hopes it is the place he retires from. While everyday isn't perfect, no job is, if he has concerns he has been given a voice, he and has been made to valued by the owners of the company for the conscientious work he does on there behalf. It really is a family business, where you can feel you belong.
