I recently ordered one of the new Swift Nano Pillow and a CPAP Hose Lift for use with my CPAP machine. I can't tell you want a difference these two items have made in the ease and comfort in using my CPAP nightly. The Nano pillow is a real improvement, it is so much more comfortable and fits better with less pressure around my nose, and doesn't leak. In conjunction with the Hose Lift holding my CPAP hose free from tangling with me and my bed pillow the Nano stays in place all through the night. I am sleeping noticeably better with these two items, well worth the money.

I had the misfortune of purchasing two faulty CPAP machines from Respshop. I had to pay for postage on three seperate occasions to send the machines back to get them diagnosed. Because I live outside the USA, this ended up being US $160. This was a hugely frustrating experience and while they reimbursed my money, the last emails where extremely rude and unsympathetic to my situation. I would definitely not shop here again.

terribly customer service. Too many lies, one after another. Call in for a question, said she had the best deal if i placed with her. Lie. Their website gave u 15%. Email complain, another lie, slow respond, same person telling absolutely lie that i already found out. Called in, HORRIBLE attitude. If u purchase from here, wish they got all correct, otherwise it's all waste of money.

I bought a coal part yesterday. When I tried to get the 10% discount it did not work. I chatted with a customer service guy who said don t worry about it , we ll fix it by giving me the discount afterward. That dodn t Seem like a good answer but I needed the part and didn t want the hassle of arguing for it to be applied immediately. So I went ahead and bought the part hoping against hope that the customer service person would honor their word. Since yesterday I have not seen the discounted reflected in my bill.

I contacted Respshop looking for a reliable service center. Their personal reply was a sinple set of options. I sent them my BiPap machine for them to process.
They discovered it was still under warranty and arranged for a new machine. Saving me thousands! Really!
They are knowledgable, efficient and personal. My experience is great.

I am new to this whole CPAP thing and was trying to locate a cloth nose mask....had some various issues but Respshop was very helpful and helped me locate the item I needed and shipped it the same day! Now I just hope I can get used to this mask!
