The Riad is dreamy. It has 25 rooms in 5 patios, most of them impressive. The decoration in our room was beautiful. Swimming pool. Very nice large terrace on the roof. Good breakfast Friendly and collaborative staff; They only speak French and English. Good location relatively close to the square and located inside the Medina but not very inland, which makes everything easier, especially at night. Nice experience

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely riad in the centre of Marrakesh. The riad is a beautiful palace the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was great. We loved sunset on the roof terrace every night views were incredible. Would definitely stay here again if I went back to Marrakesh.

I have stayed in my fair share of hotels, hostels, guesthouses etc... But never a former palace. This place seems to have been lifted from a fairy tale. Highly encourage anyone looking to stay in a mid range riad to book, or just to pop in for a look around.

Lots of lovely areas and terraces to relax, the rooftop is great with beds to use in the sunshine. Location is perfect, a quiet street that is easily found and only a few minutes away from the bystlbus souks and medina.

Breakfast was lovely and is served in the main courtyard, this is a beautiful area. From pancakes and omelettes to breads and fruits. There was also a tasty eggy meat dish that I'd never seen before.

I have seen a few negative posts regarding staff but they have were nothing but lovely and professional to us. The in house Hammam is small but lovely, don't expect a sports massage - this is purely relaxation.

My only negative point, it can be noisey at night. It isn't noise from the street but from in the riad itself; people walking around, talking, knocks on the main door; it all echoes. It is quite an open plan building, it's tiled throughout and there aren't too many soft furnishings to absorb them so sounds do travel. For me it was worth it and wasnt really an issue, but you should bear this mind when booking.

Oh, look out for the resident tortise and cat if you do visit.

Although well located ... Central ... Not enough. Other hotel units, within the same price parameter will be better.
The service at a general level is poor, the pool is more of a tank with water ...
the breakfast buffet is neither varied nor plentiful. The staff was not
nice. Anyway to forget.

Very central location. A bit difficult to find especially if you are driving a car. You simply need to park your car somewhere safe and walk to the riad. The place is beautiful and the stuff very polite and extremely helpful. Don't miss to have at least one time dinner by the small pool at night. There is live music as well. Alcohol is served here. Very nice experience. The room we stayed was quite big for 2 persons but most of the facilities were outdated and used and need a bit renovation. WiFi signal was not very strong and the temperature of the bedroom was set by an electric oil heater.

Excellent place, the restaurant is crazy, we ordered the lamb tagine and the chicken couscous, actually recommended, I rarely give 5 stars. It is difficult to get wine in Marrakesh approaching Ramadan, here they get it!

Mixed feeling about this Riad, not the best Riad I have stayed in Morocco.

Pros: The Riad have an exquisite courtyard and the rooms are beautiful decorated in traditional Moroccan way, probably the most beautiful Riad I have stayed in Morocco; breakfast provides wide range of options and lots of fruits, unlike other Riads just provide bread and cheese. WiFi signal was very strong in our room!

Cons: Staffs were lack of passion and close to indifferent, a robotic introduction of medina was provided by the front desk and that was our last interaction with any staff before check out, during 2 nights of stays we had only been greeted by one staff, other staffs just chose to ignore us. The staffs were so busy with other things during breakfast and we had to wait for 5 mins for new plates and cups; The room had bad odour; shower water pressure was so weak and the shower head was unable to hang on the wall.

I probably will stay in other riads if I am in Marrakesh again as I don t find this Riad value for money.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Pictures don't do this place justice. The breakfast was also the best we had in Morocco. A proper buffet spread with delicious hot dishes; not just the standard bread platter you get at other riads. The standard rooms we booked were fine - could probably do with a bit of TLC. Great value for money overall.

Everything okay so far.

Everything okay so far.
There are probably four room categories. We had 2 once and 3 once and that was a big difference.

Otherwise Riyadh is okay. Breakfast is a bit limited, you should have offered more.

On the terrace you have to take care of the service yourself, nobody else comes around.

Location to Gaugler Platz is pleasant.

It was uncomfortable the guides, drivers you order here, just like all the other 'guides', unload you at stalls, shops where you are then pressed.

A bit noisy the whole ...

So, overall okay -

Charming hotel with rooms all different decorated in local style. Comfortable room with all facilities. Excellent rich breakfast of fresh fruit. Go spaces with couches to relax as well as 2 terraces to view the city and sunset. Centrally because in Medina but very close to the street where the cars arrive. 10 minutes walk from the market square. Dear to the reception, and they offer you in the main courtyard a tea to welcome mint

This hotel was the best hotel I ever visited. The stuff was highly professional, hospitable and friendly. The ambiance made us feel like a part of Thousand and one night fairy tales. There was not a spot in the Riad that I didn't want to take a pic of. Breathtaking architecture, authentic design and above and beyond customer service experience made our first trip to Morocco a wonderful cultural experience and an enjoyable trip that we would definitely do again. Special Thank you goes to the hotel manager Yasim as his customer oriented skills were unbelievable and extremely caring. He made sure each day that we spent at the hotel was an amazing Arabic adventure. I have already reccomend this place to multiple people and would like to make sure that I will go back there myself again!

Magnificent

Magnificent
Well located
Good restaurant
Nice welcome (as often in this country)
- 3 stars because the information "parking" is a lie (book from Booking). Be careful if you come by car. Personally this element handicapped me.

Good location, very cozy and beautiful courtyard, helpful staff, comfortable terraces, as a bonus for ordering a massage at the booking. The downside is that the room was very damp and smelled damp, the bathroom was cramped and it was difficult to adjust the water, the sink was small, the water pressure was weak.

Charlatans who took my money and ran.

Charlatans who took my money and ran.

I had to cancel my booking due to the COVID-19 lockdown and had paid up front for this and two other hotels. The other two hotels were reasonable about the cancellation; one gave me a full refund and one gave me a voucher.

I contacted this hotel multiple times, suggesting I would accept either a refund or voucher - especially as a voucher would be *zero* cost to them. They refused to engage and forced me to eat the entire cost of the booking.

If you do book with this hotel, be aware they will screw you in a cancellation situation. Under no circumstances pay in full up front.

A fabulous large Riad with a good restaurant in the heart of the medina near the Jemaa el fena. All the staff were fabulous and helpful and the food was really good as well as occasional traditional entertainment on some of the evenings.

One of the best riads / mansions hotels in Marrakech.
The riad is far enough from the main street that you don't notice the noise and bustle of the city.
It is located on a pretty winding side street. The first time you feel like you're going the wrong way.
The specialty of the house is that the owner bought several houses in the block and turned them into a very large riad. It is actually a small world in itself, with comfortable sitting areas, courtyards flooded with light and several terraces on the roofs.
There is always nice and relaxed music playing in the background.
The staff is super friendly. I have never personally experienced anything like this in Germany.
You get a welcome drink: mint tea and a little cake. You can't have enough of mint tea. It tastes great!
The manager of the hotel is very polite and explains everything in great detail.
Arabic, French (native languages) and English are spoken.
The air conditioning is in the room.
The bathroom and toilet are only separated from the living room by a fabric curtain.
The rooms are cleaned every day and the bed is re-made. If you have left pijamas on the bed, it is folded up in a very original way.
I am very satisfied and can really be recommended!

The most beautiful hotel iv ever stayed in. The Riad is seriously out of this world. It's simply stunning and we fell in love the moment we arrived. The location is great and the staff were so hospitable and welcoming. We had such a lovely time staying here as the people who work there went above and beyond. Not only is it a beautiful place to stay, the food is incredible! The breakfasts were delicious and had a great selection. And the restaurant in the evening has a lovely menue with delicious dishes. The roof terrice is lovely duing the day and magical at sunset, such and idylic place to relax and absorb Marrakech. Me and my friends had such a wonderful time here and we can't wait to visit again

Exquisitely restored riad within the medina. Tranquil but only a few minutes walk from The Square; so perfect location within the heart of Marrakech. Amazing Staff. Great food. Palais Sebban epitomises Morocco; warm friendly and colourful. Room was perfect too.

We had a fantastic stay here! Amazing location in the Medina, fantastic dinner, and the decor of the general areas and rooms is great. The terrace was one of our favorite parts and is HUGE so that you feel like you have some privacy up there. Would definitely stay again, 5/5!

We have been there just for drinks, since it is one of the rare places you can get a nice beer in Medina. With our drinks, we got served little snacks like olives and peanuts, which were very tasty. The inner courtyard was very beautiful with nice and calm musik in the background. The waiter was so kind to offer us to show us around the hotel, which is over 500 years old and very artful. He showed us all of the beautiful looking halls and we had time to take photos from the halls and the absolutely stunning rooftop terraces! Next time we will be there for dinner or right away for an overnight stay!

Difficulty reaching the place and the impossibility of the car to arrive
Despite the spaciousness of the room and its beautiful appearance, there is an unpleasant odor in the large number of stairs, and the most disturbing reason for me was the presence of a pet cat running and having fun around the place for the hotel manager who did not respect the presence of guests who hate animals and was able to keep her away during our stay with them because of my great fear of her being forbidden to use the hotel facilities As for the hotel staff, they are very nice and helpful. The hotel is suitable for foreigners and cares about them more than others. A miserable experience in Marrakesh is not worth a visit.
