Franca was always easy to contact and very helpful. I would recommend this company. However, I do wish all agents would mention the significant item of Title Insurance (optional, but strongly recommended) when providing quotes for a settlement service.

Wayne, Sara and the rest of the team did a great job with our Mount Lawley settlement. Efficiency and helpful, we would certainly use them again. Recommended! :)

Kate took the worry out of the settlement, when I was required to do something, she let me know, sign this fill this in, look at this etc. Any questions I needed answering were attended to extremely quickly and efficiently with very little fuss, I am a control freak when I don't trust in the ability of someone, in this case Kate had my full confidence.
