Apartment with no on-site staff run from separate hotel 3 blocks away. Much construction noise.

It's the worst place and worst hotel staff I have ever seen. This hotel is a big disappointment. The staff is unfriendly and the rooms don't have anything and the kitchen is small and not useful. Even No tea or coffee bag. Only one towel for shower and face. The reception is in another building and to do anything. Internet. Adaptor. Check in. You need to go to the other building. The outlet doesn't match the charger which is given by the staff. Nobody remind you that your room is big outlet hole or small hole. You have to change it by yourself going to another building.

See it when you have a few hours to kill before you go home.

Very central residence. Reception at a hotel 150 meters away more or less. The location is the best thing about the hotel. The rooms need a modernized one. We had a problem with the dust (my girlfriend is allergic) and we managed to get us to change rooms. Unfortunately, there are no bath products, except for hand soap.

Beautiful residence. Elegant and easily reachable from the central station. Chosen for holidays and for a bit of fun and relaxation with my partner and I was not disappointed. Waking up with the view of the Duomo is something that everyone should do at least once in their life.

Great location in the center of the city, check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well-equipped for normal cooking. Recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Florence.

I'll start with the positives: the room was nice and big, and the location was very good, being right on Piazza dela Repubblica. There are quite a few downfalls, though. In the summer, the rooms are hot. You cannot cool the room while you're out because the key has to be in the room for the AC to work. Even when we did have the AC on, it never really cooled down. The shower made a mess in the bathroom, because of a weird shower door. The check in process is a little frustrating because you have to walk a block and change to the actual room from the check in location. I think the experience would've been better had it not been in the summer.

The apartments are excellent, except they do not have room service. And to change towels they charge 10 euros per person. Also, to check in and out you have to go somewhere else, and you screw up carrying your bags.

Super central, but still quite. Perfect home base for Firence deep dive.

This is a very room in the heart of Florence. We completely enjoyed our stay. Don't forget to book your golf cart tour, what a great way to see Florence in a limited time!

In the very center of Piazza della Repubblica, where ministries were held during the period of the capital Florence. It is located above the historic Giubbe rossi, a place of the intelligentsia of the beginning of the last century. , from via Vigna Nuova. Clean apartments, well organized, some furnished in a contemporary style, others more classic. Ideal for short or long stays.

We rented a studio apartment in this fantastic Residence located right in the center of the center of Florence: in Piazza della Repubblica. We had a great time. The studio is very nice, equipped with every comfort, very well furnished and even has frescoed ceilings.

A stay of 2 days very pleasant in this residence.
Some remarks to know:
This is a residence so the cleaning service is not included (we had a 2 day stay so it was not a problem for us) The electricity goes off when you get out of the room. This is good for the ecology but it is a genious when you want to arrive in a cool room or if you want to recharge an electrical device when you want to go out.

The privileged situation and the stay too, but there are missing details that make La Residencia detract from, such as not having soap in the bathroom, some water in the fridge, having reception in another place, etc.

The best thing is its location, you rent the apartment and you do everything during those days. If you are looking for a hotel this is not it. The apartment is spacious and beautiful with an impressive view.

Is an apartment. You check in and check out at a hotel just around the corner. They accompany you to the room and teach you. The staff is friendly and speaks Spanish. The room is big, you have a kitchen to cook. The wifi works quite badly, at least in the room that touched me. The location is perfect, the bad bed is not a big one, they are two small joints and the mattresses are very soft. You sink and notice the docks
