IMT has some excellent wines, in addition to a great atmosphere and friendly crew of folks. You wouldn't expect Colorado wine to be so refined, but it is the epitome of new world quality. Go have a look!

Love this place! Excellent wines in a modern, chill atmosphere. They have live music some nights, and plenty of little seating spaces to meet up with friends!
IMT is so cool! Before heading over, know that this place is more of an early evening location - they actually close around 10 PM. Perfect for after work drinks, IMT has a variety of wines on tap and in cans. Grab a seat on one of the many plush couches or cozy up to the bar. This place has a swanky vibe, leather couches and clear chairs alongside interesting art. I rarely pass up a chance to visit this place. Easy walking distance from other bars in RiNo.
Me and my girlfriends booked a last minute wine tour here and I'm so glad we did! Service was genuine and warm. Our guide was sweet, funny and knowledgeable. The tour is super fun and worth it if you have a little time and area stopping by. It felt the most local, in the best way, of any of the stops we made in Denver. The outdoor patio is fun and low key and they offer food trucks in the evening which is great after a few glasses of wine. Would say this is a definite must do on a short trip to Denver. Thanks for the great memory! xo
Okay place to come and have fun. Wine is overpriced by the glass but it can be because its the only place in Denver. Dj night is fun and very fun crowd comes out
Great place to catch up with a friend over a glass of wine. Plenty of options and comfy chairs, couches from Restoration Hardware. Children are welcome!
Very fun place to hang out! The wine is good (I really like the pear cider and the slushies), but not great. They have really great events (went to Parks and Rec trivia, as well as their Ice cream wine float night) and they are always changing!
The atmosphere of this place is so deliciously hipster/industrial and the wine is always amazing. A great hangout spot for out of town guests or for happy hour, the bartenders are always helpful and friendly. I personally love the dry hopped pear cider for summer or warm days.
I had bookmarked this winery before leaving California. Then on the Frontier flight I noticed that they were the wine on the flight as well. Their place is very cool and hip. Fun place to grab a glass a wine. We wanted to tasted as many as we could so we got two flights of three wines each and shared them. Very tasty. 80% Colorado grapes and the other 20% are California and Texas. Cab Franc and Malbec were our faves.
Great and relaxing place, but the food choices could have been better. Food truck had fast food style chicken wings. I would recommend to bring your own food and cheese, otherwise great place
Great atmosphere. Wine is so good. The reason this doesn't get a 5 and only a 3 star is because the bar service was SO bad. It literally felt like on a Friday at 7pm that the bartenders were not trying to make money, they moved incredibly slow, were not friendly (AT ALL), and they were requesting people who were standing at the side bar go and order from the front facing bar after they had already been waiting there forever. Doesn't make sense, just take care of people who want to spend money and would probably make more money in tips. Even the girl sitting at the bar where I was standing said something to me after I order about how strange the bartender attitude was and rude. Hopefully they can improve their friendliness and service time and I can re rate with a 5 star!
Great wines without the pretension. Large open space with a large back patio to match. A large selection of wines available on tap or by the glass/can. Host a rotating selection of food trucks/vendors.
If you call a place 'The Infinite Monkey Theorem' you can't be annoyed when the monkeys work out how to turn on the lights under the table. Good wine. Angry server. Bad times.
Very nice bartenders. We have gotten to know a few of them as we live across the street. Also-I believe you can order food from other venues or bring it in while you hang out and get a glass (or can) of wine. Great for parents who have kids old enough to get ice-cream (Sweet-Cow) by themselves while you hang with your better-half. Perfect to go to prior to a Stanley Sponsored special event.
My friends and I checked this place out last night and loved it! The wine slush was great but STRONG (pro tip: only drink 1). The space is so aesthetically pleasing, so much to look at, great art, neat furniture. We'll all be back!
I came in to buy two bottles and a six pack of cider. I was disappointed that the girl behind the bar was uninterested in describing the wines. This is my first time here and had really hoped to enjoy it.
Really great decor, very cozy feeling but still spacious. I read the negative reviews, particularly around the bartender, and all I can say is that our experience was that she was really nice to us. Tried and liked the on tap Malbec. Would definitely come back.
I've spent many evenings at The Infinite Monkey Theorem, and these folks have worked with me on hosting art events in RiNo. They're a truly urban winery, which is an interesting idea in itself, but more than that they've become a part of this larger community. The wine is really ridiculously good, and different. The venue is awesome, super cozy, and a great place to spend time.
This place creates a great party wine only. If you're looking for something higher class this is not for you. Their inside is kinda weird but the outdoor patio is superb on a summer's eve. You may even sometimes find an ice cream truck pulled up in their driveway. Their best drink is the wine slushy hands down. (ps you can also find their wine canned and sold around town)
Had a great Friday evening here with friends. They were out of a lot of items unfortunately but it was fun to try wine on tap and in a can. Liked the Malbec and the local food truck in the back. Try it out!
Cool place just put of downtown Denver. Not many windows around here but this is s could one. The wine is good and the venue is really cool. I'm still not sure about canned and kegged wine but I did enjoy what I tried.
Just a place to gather and chat, simple, no food served, wine can be a little pricey, but cozy place to get away to. Pretty sure you can find food if needed downstairs in the marketplace...will continue to go to.
The wine is great! The service is even better. I came in on a Friday night for a tasting. I didn't know they don't have tastings Friday through Sundays. They were nice enough to give me a little sample of the couple that caught my eye on the website. On a busy night they were nice enough not to rush me as I considered my selection. If I wasn't on a schedule, I would have found a spot in the comfy setting. This is a relaxed casual atmosphere. Last time I was in town during nice weather, we sat on the patio. The wine was excellent. I went home with two bottle bottles of varietals I can't get back home. This place is a must visit if I am ever back in the city! You should put it on your list!
An urban gem in the heart of downtown Denver! If you like wine, this place is for you. I highly recommend the tour if you haven t been before. You get 5 2oz samples, with the last sample being your choice. You need to email for reservations for the tour, but they are extremely accommodating. I highly recommend trying the bubbles at the end of your tour!
I would give this place 10 Stars if I could! I'm just an old wino, that likes really good wines. I think I found my heaven here. So if you come here, you're liable to find me here cuz this is a place that I find amazing!
YESSSSS 100/100 for the wine tour here. Our group had an absolutely blast. We learned so much about the urban wine making process and this winery is great! They really care about you having a good time and they really live that low key, non-pretentious lifestyle. I would absolutely recommend checking out this winery and consider doing the tour!
Great, informative tour from Dena! Wine was great, and the information was interesting and fun. The Infinite Money Theorem did a great job making the tour feel safe and Covid-free while maintaining intimate tour of the wine process. Will definitely be back!
Katie!!!!! Is the way too go, she is trully amazing, between having not only at haveing a a colectic palet in wine. She also has quite the talent in making robes, yes i did buy one there quite delight full i stronly urge ypu too mot only come in too sit and have wine or a bottle yet also a great conversation.
I love their wine. However, I HATE the way they've redone the place. It now has a trashy, dark, dirty hipster feel to it. I felt like I was at an old bar downtown as opposed to a winery that used to have a classy feel. It's also much smaller inside. I really loved the vibe before they remodeled. I'll keep drinking their wine because it's great, but I don't plan to return to the actual winery. The service is also horribly slow. Sad day.
Went last Saturday afternoon with my Mom. We walk in the bartender doesn't even acklowedge us. It was very dead, she had one table and no one at the bar. So I thought when we sat at her empty bar she would be excited.
She had a personal friend there and was having a personal conversation at the end of the bar. Her friend was standing and didn't even have a drink. Clearly a friend of the bartenders and not a paying customer.
So we waited a few minutes and couldn't believe we were waiting for her to finish a conversation. I even overheard her tell her friend how she makes no money at this job because it's dead. After waiting a good 5 minutes, and not even being greeted with a hello we decide it's time to go. So we didn't even have one drink and were never greeted.
On the way out we said "bye". She said "oh bye" to us. Like there was no problem. Didn't try to accommodate us, didn't offer to get us a drink, NOTHING. As we were walking down the stairs, HER FRIEND, not even the bartender herself apologized for ignoring us. She admitted she was friends w the bartender and they got caught up. So we left and sat on the patio of the Stanley beer hall and had the best time.
These guys certainly have alot of competition in the Stanley Marketplace, and they are going to sink fast if they have bartenders that ignore you for personal conversations while they have an empty bar. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I wish I knew the girls name but she didn't even talk to us, or greet us. Short, darker hair.
A really fun unique urban vineyard. We did the wine tasting tour and it was great. Very friendly staff who was very knowledgeable about their product. And most importantly... great wine!
Came for an 80s party and we got a private tent. Heat was spotty and no one else in the place got the memo that they had to dress in 80s gear. Nice vibe overall and funky atmosphere.
Incredible Colorado made wine! Along with occasional live music (that I particularly think is unnecessary and subtracts from the otherwise outstanding atmosphere) this tap room provides a delicate and "leather bound books and dark mahogany" vibe. The room itself is no match for the incredible wine you will experience. And I have yet to have a bad experience with the staff. There are times when your favorite wine is out - which can be frustrating, but they typically have plenty of selection. Buy a growler and visit every Monday for a 20$ refill. See u there!
GROUPS OF CHILDREN ALLOWED IN A WINERY??? I have had many great and terrible experiences at breweries & wineries and this is one of my top WORST. This place lacks in management, service, and quality. The wine itself is mediocre at best and lacks any robust flavor (and @ $10 a glass!) I signed up for a "wine tour" in which I was expecting at least a standard wine tasting. But instead neither the organizer nor the winery had provided any guidance and essentially had no tasting, not even flights available despite them being listed on the menu. Albeit, they claimed that their taps were out due to pressure malfunction. (Unfortuante but still a lack of service/ product). Moreover, the staff seemed confused and alternated between who was assigned to helping us and they directed us to one of them at any given time: the lady had just poured the glass for the gentlemen next to me and I asked to try it and she literally said "he [the gentlemen next to me] is special and gets whatever he wants, you may ask [other staff member] for a taste but not me." Not only was this incredibly disrespectful, but is plain unethical and bad for business. To top this all off, and why I am specifically giving it 1 star is THERE ARE YOUNG CHILDREN RUNNING AROUND AT AN ESTABLISHMENT SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR ADULTS TO CONSUME ALCOHOL. This isnt a restuarant, this isnt a Chuk e cheese or a Broncos game. I am shocked and appalled that an establishment specific for alcohol consumption allows children, no there was a group of about 10 of them having their attending one of their birthday partys there. What a real lame excuse to drink while you have your kids around.... and shame on business.
To summarize, bad service, expensive sub par wine, and total disruption of any atmosphere... I was actually going to give a pass to the lack of service and try it again sometime, but the children allowance is unacceptable. Consider me a detractor I will not be coming back EVER.
We made plans to go for national ice cream day to have the wine floats($18) they promoted from 6-9. We arrived at 7:30 and they were out of ice cream. There's a grocery store down the street. Humm bad management?
Very speakeasy type atmosphere, very rustic almost. Well kept. Outdoor seating is spacious and available. Still open during these times and serving up a great array of drinks. Only pitfall might have been the selection spread - for a sweet wine lover, it was a bit limited. Nonetheless it did not take away from a great time.
