Magnificent SPA.
Supper could have been a bit bigger, but good.
The service is good.

Nice hotel; Room in order; friendly staff; as mentioned before: the fan in the bathroom is quite loud; Breakfast and dinner very good, the only drawback: the food at the buffet were individually refilled by the staff - without gloves! Hygiene?

Rarely experienced such nice staff. Friendly and helpful though we only visited the hotel with a small group and had to use extra staff. Thank you very much for that.
The decor of the rooms is a bit dated. They are big and comfortable. We are happy to come back

I really like the hotel and the staff. I'm there regularly for business reasons. Unfortunately I have to remove a star for the "fitness room" which is much too small for me and last time the room smelled so badly of floral perfume or the like that I got really bad (maybe too much cleaning agent or something). Unfortunately I will have to look for an alternative in the future, because sport is very important to me after a stressful day.

Nice hotel..a bit dated but nice views from dining room.
Main issue is that it does not supply Irons or have an ironing room to iron clothes. Ironing can only sent out at a charge between certain hours not convenient for business people travelling.

Really great! The pleasant staff, a super class spa in a separate building, spacious rooms with a magnificent landscape, well equipped and very clean. Not to mention the panoramic restaurant which is beautiful as well as the panoramic breakfast also
Only downside, ... the wifi is very slow (at least on the 5th floor)

Modern, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel, very close to the train station.
The restaurant on the 8th floor is excellent.

Lovely hotel and lovely spa but the reataurant is horrible. It's the worst risotto I've ever had. Therefore, eat somewhere else a hotel restaurant.

Too bad, on the phone extra asked for a suite and when booking on site at the front desk sadly found that they have only a double room available and the suite allegedly broken or reserved. 1st and last time here!

Well-kept and very pleasant hotel. The room was large and clean. Service very friendly and accommodating. Food great. Red wine was a little too cold.

Mrs. Z. at the reeseption was not ready to give us a suite. Although it was clearly discussed on the phone. Room was disappointing Very big would not book a second time here Book a room.

The hotel and the stay with you we really liked. The dinner and the breakfast is first class.

We have just arrived and had just got the feeling that we were rather unwelcome, even rather annoying. Addressed allergies are foreign words, questions about them are a nuisance. Friendliness seems strange here. In short: we also wonder how this hotel gets four stars !!

Too expensive for what it offers. Rainbow colors on ham at the breakfast buffet.

Very good hotel and super nice people and breakfast you can only dream of.
Dinner is also a dream.
Rooms are friendly and large, nothing is missing, just great, you can only recommend it.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. Nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, the staff are very nice and helpful and the chef spontaneously conjured up some vegetarian food as we did not forewarn that we would not eat meat / fish.

Just stayed at Hotel Alex. Dated hotel but it didn't matter as created a cosy feel loves the alex coat hangers nice touch .staff were super nice especially the young lady on reception with brown bob and the italian girl in restaurant. Room was to hot, mentioned at end and they said we could have requested thinner duvue but too late...should be in the guest book in room under additional requirements. Spa was the best, easy access to brig by bus no issues. Food was average/good depending on meal. Overall though I liked this hotel it wasn't a UK 4 star but definitely had a feeling that it was nice to be there. Thank you hotel Alex for a nice time. X

Nice hotel with large rooms and beds, friendly, bright and nice and quiet. The shower, however, has a very high entrance level (about 20 cm) and as you slip after use also like times.
Super beautiful panoramic restaurant on the 8th floor, delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff.
But I especially liked the spa: herbal steam bath, rock crystal steam bath, Finnish sauna, salt stone sauna, adventure shower with 4 programs, snow crystal shower, a wonderful pool with water jets, all rounded off by cuddly bathrobes and sauna towels ... I felt very well.
