You are Among Friends, Better Yet Family
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Beverly Hills. They have a way of making you fall in love with their kind kindred spirit, and family-like atmosphere. I felt welcomed and appreciated the CONSISTANT PROFESSIONALISM and ability to provide the pickle of a customer service experience.

Everything from the smooth and seamless check-in process, to my room accommodations, and the hotel robot named Beverly. Their service has been TOP-NOTCH to say the least.
Even though EVERYONE has been AMAZING at this hotel, I must give special acknowledgement to the OVERACHIEVERS Sofia, Jerome, Sherita, Jacob, Manny, Richard, David, Isaac, Frank, Juan-Carlos and Andres! After staying in various hotels around Los Angeles I have found my Go-To hotel of choice. I am so happy to have found this hotel and will be a consistent customer.

The hotel is quite old and would need a refreshment.

There are carpets everywhere and little light coming to the room/ lobby/ corridors. Service is ok. Location is ok - but not great, you'd have to drive everywhere. Minimal amenities and they ones they have are not that great (gym, indoor pool and lobby).

Would not go back - in fact we left earlier than planned as we did not like it there.

Pretty standard Residence Inn. I will say their complimentary breakfast is way better than other locations I've been to. They have an omelet bar! Location is ok. You're about a mile south of Rodeo Drive so not bad but wish it was a more reasonable walking distance.

We stopped by to visit a guest of this hotel and were invited to enjoy a cup of coffee. Guests of the hotel are able to enjoy a breakfast and a hot tub on site as well as a miniature kitchen in every room. There is no metro stop nearby, but the Uber Corporation is only a phone call away.

Good overall service and quality of room and food. Room was clean and odor free. Breakfast had hot food, clean environment and the employees kept the food stocked. No "wow" factor otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Perfect location to get around LA, cozy and accommodating rooms, and best of all - free breakfast! I only deducted a star because parking is a pain. You'll probably have to pay for parking wherever you stay in LA, but the garage you can self-park in (you still pay), is super narrow, awkward, doesn't have enough spots, and requires walking to a different level just to get inside the hotel. Other than that, would stay here again.

This Residence Inn is a little older and the building is a little dated, but the rooms have been refreshed. I like that the rooms are modernized with furnishings, but their small and the kitchen in the studios is a little corner where you have very little counter space to work on. It seems like they cram everything that you need in the 4 cabinets, but that means if you bring or buy spices, you're taking up a lot of counter real estate. I felt like I only had about 4 sq ft to work with.

The employees are super nice and professional and this property is located really close to Rodeo Drive.

Another issue I had with this property is the parking garage. Between certain hours, you're supposed to park tandem. I'm not sure how exactly that works when the hotel is full and you're a guest. Most people parked between the 2 spaces and left it at that. You can only access the hotel from the garage on the top level of the hotel, but most of the spaces on the top level are handicap and compact car spaces so you're more than likely going to need to park on a lower garage level. The issue with this is if you have a lot of stuff, you have to climb stairs to the top level of the garage to enter the hotel or go all the way down to the lobby and use the elevator.

I'm not sure how to re-vamp the parking garage, but it's really impractical if the hotel gets busy.

I came to visit a friend in this hotel who had a room on the 7th (top) floor. Parking is $8/hr so best to try something on the street although the local parking is very limited due to permit restrictions. The hotel itself has a spacious lobby, modest design, clean, but nothing ostentatious. The view is nice from the top and is a good location in proximity to many sites to LA. It's a decent "Central" location between downtown, beach, and the Hollywood hills

I hear a certain Mr. Kelly uses this hotel to keep his multitude of ladies on lockdown while he is out of town. What a cheap bast@r&. It's a 3 star hotel for a media millionaire. By the way, parking is like 40 bucks here. It's worth more than the room.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly but beds are just plywood wrapped in blankets, rooms AC didn t work, towels are like sandpaper and then on top of that the remote for the tv didn t work(not the end of the world, batteries die, it happens but was the icing on the cake). I only stayed the one night but if I had more than a night booked I would have canceled and booked else where.

Terrible place. I booked a room, got there at 4:05pm but I didn t actually get into my room until 4:50pm because my room was not ready when I arrived. Not only that, but on their Marriott app I specifically picked a room that advertised in the fine print that it had an oven, I paid extra for it specifically for the oven so that I could bake some stuff for my Labor Day weekend and share them with my family. When we got into the room first thing I noticed was there was no oven. I called guest services and they told me that the only rooms that had an oven were the ones with two bedroom. I mentioned to her that I saw on their Marriott app that this room advertised it had an oven and I specifically picked it for that reason. She told me all she could do was give me a refund. There was no effort made to try and put me in a room with an oven only to get rid of me even though it was THEIR MISTAKE NOT MINE. I had brought groceries that went bad because I assumed I would be in my hotel by the 4pm check in time and I ended up having my groceries out for 2 extra hours. Thanks for nothing Marriott.

I went to visit a friend that was staying at this Residence Inn. The one bedroom with kitchenette was very nice and clean, however there was no "view" from the window. According to my friend the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast made to order a great plus. The location is good with many stores and business within walking distance.

Friendly staff and good location. Not in Beverly Hills though..... In the city of Los Angeles.... False advertising... Breakfast is average at best. Orange juice machine says 100% orange juice but it actually 80%water and 20 % juice. Low quality food for breakfast. Not worth it for the extra high cost for a room at this hotel. overall not a good value.

Was a very nice stay, even let us check out late at 4 PM. Studio room had all the amenities needed. Only problem was that our room keys stopped working multiple times and we had to get new keys.
