You are Among Friends, Better Yet Family
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Beverly Hills. They have a way of making you fall in love with their kind kindred spirit, and family-like atmosphere. I felt welcomed and appreciated the CONSISTANT PROFESSIONALISM and ability to provide the pickle of a customer service experience.
Everything from the smooth and seamless check-in process, to my room accommodations, and the hotel robot named Beverly. Their service has been TOP-NOTCH to say the least.
Even though EVERYONE has been AMAZING at this hotel, I must give special acknowledgement to the OVERACHIEVERS Sofia, Jerome, Sherita, Jacob, Manny, Richard, David, Isaac, Frank, Juan-Carlos and Andres! After staying in various hotels around Los Angeles I have found my Go-To hotel of choice. I am so happy to have found this hotel and will be a consistent customer.
The hotel is quite old and would need a refreshment.
There are carpets everywhere and little light coming to the room/ lobby/ corridors. Service is ok. Location is ok - but not great, you'd have to drive everywhere. Minimal amenities and they ones they have are not that great (gym, indoor pool and lobby).
Would not go back - in fact we left earlier than planned as we did not like it there.
Nice hotel. It's exactly what you would expect from the brand.
Bethany at Front Desk was very helpful with a restaurant recommendation. I'll stay here again.
The rooms were clean and very spacious, the staff was warm and inviting and the breakfast was delicious. What more could I ask for?
The staff were welcoming and alert. Beds were soft, clean, and we'll maintained.
The room was good but the breakfast was poor and the hotel did not accept international credit card.
Pretty standard Residence Inn. I will say their complimentary breakfast is way better than other locations I've been to. They have an omelet bar! Location is ok. You're about a mile south of Rodeo Drive so not bad but wish it was a more reasonable walking distance.
Nice good and clean room. Great service and pleasant personnel.
The rooms are beyond nice and the hotel is very accommodating!
Very nice and clean breakfast was amazing and front desk was very helpful
Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and smart TVs
Great experience with this covid virus goinv on.. Very responsible with social distance...
Great 5 day stay. On the south edge of BH. Across the street from the BH Marriott. Breakfast and evening snacks were good. All staff was excellent. Laundry on site.
We stopped by to visit a guest of this hotel and were invited to enjoy a cup of coffee. Guests of the hotel are able to enjoy a breakfast and a hot tub on site as well as a miniature kitchen in every room. There is no metro stop nearby, but the Uber Corporation is only a phone call away.
PERFECTLY FINE - but missing the extras to get five stars. No pool. Photos of room 601, 1 BR suite.
Spacious room, nice staff and close to Beverly Hills. Great place to stay.
Very Cute, comfortable, clean convenient !!!! Very good attention !!!! Happy to have stayed at this hotel !!!
Solid property, nice service and friendly staff. Beds are comfortable.
Very clean and the people are super nice! They were relentless to help out. The rooms are very clean and the layout is amazingly homie
I had the best time, everyone was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Hotel.
Good overall service and quality of room and food. Room was clean and odor free. Breakfast had hot food, clean environment and the employees kept the food stocked. No "wow" factor otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
Pity google doesn't let you split things up but the property is a little older and tired, but clean rooms and extremely friendly and proficient team....
Good extended stay hotel
Pros:
-good breakfast including omelets
-rooms are in good shape
-great staff that will remember you
Cons:
-king rooms have elevator noise
-gym is in basement and depressing
Big rooms, clean, and stocked with candy and microwave popcorn! Love it. Great location too!
Very nice hotel, room was nice and breakfast was good for a free buffet.
The rooms are nice. They're smaller than the typical residence inn places. Comfortable beds and couches.
The service anf roome are WONDERFUL!
The rooms are clean and have great little touches.
Location is in a convenient area. It's only an 8 minute drive to my destination. The room is kind of small. Great friendly staff
Hotel staff was very, very nice Rooms were great. Had a small meeting there and everything was perfectly set up.
Comfortable and clean. Beds are very small though (full, not queen)...I was pretty surprised by that!
Basic needs are covered. Breakfast has few options. Rooms are fine.
Perfect location to get around LA, cozy and accommodating rooms, and best of all - free breakfast! I only deducted a star because parking is a pain. You'll probably have to pay for parking wherever you stay in LA, but the garage you can self-park in (you still pay), is super narrow, awkward, doesn't have enough spots, and requires walking to a different level just to get inside the hotel. Other than that, would stay here again.
Tracy on reception in particular is a credit to the hotel. Thank you.
This Residence Inn is a little older and the building is a little dated, but the rooms have been refreshed. I like that the rooms are modernized with furnishings, but their small and the kitchen in the studios is a little corner where you have very little counter space to work on. It seems like they cram everything that you need in the 4 cabinets, but that means if you bring or buy spices, you're taking up a lot of counter real estate. I felt like I only had about 4 sq ft to work with.
The employees are super nice and professional and this property is located really close to Rodeo Drive.
Another issue I had with this property is the parking garage. Between certain hours, you're supposed to park tandem. I'm not sure how exactly that works when the hotel is full and you're a guest. Most people parked between the 2 spaces and left it at that. You can only access the hotel from the garage on the top level of the hotel, but most of the spaces on the top level are handicap and compact car spaces so you're more than likely going to need to park on a lower garage level. The issue with this is if you have a lot of stuff, you have to climb stairs to the top level of the garage to enter the hotel or go all the way down to the lobby and use the elevator.
I'm not sure how to re-vamp the parking garage, but it's really impractical if the hotel gets busy.
I came to visit a friend in this hotel who had a room on the 7th (top) floor. Parking is $8/hr so best to try something on the street although the local parking is very limited due to permit restrictions. The hotel itself has a spacious lobby, modest design, clean, but nothing ostentatious. The view is nice from the top and is a good location in proximity to many sites to LA. It's a decent "Central" location between downtown, beach, and the Hollywood hills
Parking is weird, but the rooms are nice and staff is great.
I hear a certain Mr. Kelly uses this hotel to keep his multitude of ladies on lockdown while he is out of town. What a cheap bast@r&. It's a 3 star hotel for a media millionaire. By the way, parking is like 40 bucks here. It's worth more than the room.
Parking is valet and expensive, but the staff is professional and polite. The property is faded but clean. Desk staff were very friendly and competent.
Rooms are clean and staff is friendly but beds are just plywood wrapped in blankets, rooms AC didn t work, towels are like sandpaper and then on top of that the remote for the tv didn t work(not the end of the world, batteries die, it happens but was the icing on the cake). I only stayed the one night but if I had more than a night booked I would have canceled and booked else where.
Service has been as well if not better than expected, considering the circumstances
Amazing hotel. Great service and very accommodating.
Terrible place. I booked a room, got there at 4:05pm but I didn t actually get into my room until 4:50pm because my room was not ready when I arrived. Not only that, but on their Marriott app I specifically picked a room that advertised in the fine print that it had an oven, I paid extra for it specifically for the oven so that I could bake some stuff for my Labor Day weekend and share them with my family. When we got into the room first thing I noticed was there was no oven. I called guest services and they told me that the only rooms that had an oven were the ones with two bedroom. I mentioned to her that I saw on their Marriott app that this room advertised it had an oven and I specifically picked it for that reason. She told me all she could do was give me a refund. There was no effort made to try and put me in a room with an oven only to get rid of me even though it was THEIR MISTAKE NOT MINE. I had brought groceries that went bad because I assumed I would be in my hotel by the 4pm check in time and I ended up having my groceries out for 2 extra hours. Thanks for nothing Marriott.
Very nice hotel, restaraunts within walking distance, pleasant staff
Staff was very nice and clean rooms at a reasonable price
I went to visit a friend that was staying at this Residence Inn. The one bedroom with kitchenette was very nice and clean, however there was no "view" from the window. According to my friend the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast made to order a great plus. The location is good with many stores and business within walking distance.
Wonderful staff and make sure you meet Beverly the robot
Unhelpful staff. Additional charges get added to your bill.
Friendly staff and good location. Not in Beverly Hills though..... In the city of Los Angeles.... False advertising... Breakfast is average at best. Orange juice machine says 100% orange juice but it actually 80%water and 20 % juice. Low quality food for breakfast. Not worth it for the extra high cost for a room at this hotel. overall not a good value.
Extremely friendly staff. Great rooms. Great location for us.
Very nice and clean establishment. Staff very friendly.
Great experience here! Comfortable rooms. Receptionists were willing to answer any questions we had.
Very nice. The front desk check in guy had an attitude, and the floor we were on reeked of weed, but the room, hotel itself, and bed were wonderful and clean nonetheless
I was intrigued to stay anywhere other than the Beverly Hilton, but this hotel was great! Centrally located, quiet, and friendly. They also had breakfast!
Was a very nice stay, even let us check out late at 4 PM. Studio room had all the amenities needed. Only problem was that our room keys stopped working multiple times and we had to get new keys.
Super nice staff.. Awesome rooms, you will love your stay here.
The rooms are nice, and they allow dogs. The self parking lot is pretty tiny, but the staff was very personable.
This was a dehydrated fantastic hotel. Service was great, room was amazing.
Great place! I love staying here - the people are terrific, nice, helpful, and my room is beautiful! And really nice neighborhood. I'll be back.
Older hotel, could use some updates, annoying steps on my floor that are not suitcase compatible. Good breakfast.
