Fair and necessary ... and a little more, is located in a nice and safe area, breakfast 10pts. It has a shuttle service that leaves you wherever you want as long as you do not pass 10 miles around the hotel

The Residence Inn by Marriott is a lovely place to stay when you are in Beverly Hills. Unlike the stereotypical "posh" style hotels in the area, this place is rather laid back. I really enjoyed the great breakfast and made to order omelette. The rooms are also nicely appointed.

I got upgraded to a nice room clean room. I had an inside room 619 so the view was the other side of the hotel so I kept my curtains closed. Only thing I was missing was a shower cap. They had everything else. Good thing I had a cap in my overnight bag from my last hotel visit.( Different Brand hotel) Good area. You still have to drive to where you want to go. Valet was $36 and self was $34 I believe.
The 4th floor parking garage at night had a great view. I loved the kitchenette. Bed was very comfortable. They have free Netflix. BONUS POINTS!!

This is an outstanding Residence Inn conveniently located in downtown Los Angeles. Rooms are a little smaller that are residence in you might find in other towns, but still spacious and comfortable, well-appointed, and clean.

Nice location. Hotel rooms feel like a small apartment. Gym and jacuzzi area is 24 hrs. Only complimentary breakfast i have ever seen that serves brie, fancy! 24 hour foodmart across the street. Hertz rental car right next to the lobby. Plenty of ubereats choices with good traffic flow enabling a quick delivery. Not a cheap hotel though, but sure is reasonable for the area.

Stayed here for several days. Very friendly staff. Clean comfortable loft setting. Nice having small kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove burners, sink, dishes & dishwasher), dining table and couch. Liked that you can choose each day whether you want housekeeping service by putting a magnet on the door. Nice breakfast buffet and comfortable lobby with plenty of seating & areas to work with your computer. Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel, its rooms are very comfortable with everything you need for a good rest, I thought it was great that if you want to cook in your room you request the products and they take you to make it in the fully equipped kitchen; good and varied breakfast options

Clean rooms and polite service as always. Docking one star since this is the second time my room hasn't been ready when I've arrived, and I've had to wait close to an hour for it to be done. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience.

I stayed here in the Summer of 2010 and remember it being very nice here. The best part is the location. Nothing seems too far away. In the morning, the complimentary breakfast is great. Even better, Factor's Deli is right across the street and is super convenient. The WiFi here is fast and there are a lot of computers to use in the lobby. No complaints and would probably stay here again whenever I return to Los Angelas.

My wife and I came here for an extended 10 day stay. With all the unknowns and pressure of the reason for our trip...the stay here was a blessing. A God sent to ease our worries. Everyone was professional and caring. It was more like being with family. This is the place to stay if you have to spend a lot of time or if it is just for one night. I have traveled the world over while in the Air Force...and have stayed in a lot of hotels. But this has been the best overall.

Very easy to work with. Great for groups. Rooms were clean and had everything you might need with a filt stocked kitchen. Good kosher options and they understand the Shabbat experience. Family friendly.

Stayed 2 nights for work. As I was checking in, I could tell something was not right with my reservation. The lady at the front desk had me taken care of in record time. The room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable.
Each time I passed through the lost she created me by name and made sure I had everything I needed.
I'm looking forward to my next trip!

Somewhat convenient location if you have a car or use Uber. Not much to walk to. Clean rooms but street (motorcycles late at night) noise a problem. Buffet is just ok. Car rental on site a plus.

Nice staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Flat screen televisions with Netflix. Little details were appreciated, such as candy in room, popcorn with microwave. Full kitchenette. Extra blankets and towels. Nice bedding.

Excellent staff. Breakfast and Wi-Fi available. The location is a nice walk to Beverly Hills shopping. Near bus routes that can get you everywhere. I stayed for an extended period for work and would do so again.

Very clean residence hotel, with a kitchenette and living area in our free upgrade to a 2 BR/2BA suite, thank you very much! When we tried to get an upgrade based on our Marriott status, they informed us that stays made through 3rd parties could not be upgraded. We reluctantly accepted and went to our smaller 1BR/1BA studio suite.
We were taking in the courtyard view, which was reminiscent of our Marriott stay in Zurich a few months ago, when we were surprised by the phone ringing. Management decided to upgrade us on their dime anyway, since it had not been made clear to us during the reservation process. We graciously accepted and enjoyed our stay with the included breakfast buffet, which remained open an extra hour due to the guests that kept a steady flow to the buffet. The friendly staff remained smiling and kept the chafing dishes full of options, without any show of concern for the overtime.
The location is a bit removed from the action of the city. You will need a car or Lyft wherever you go, with the edge of Beverly Hills proper being almost a mile away. If you drive there, look closely or you will miss the vehicle entrance.
If you want a quiet place to stay with plenty of creature comforts of home, we highly recommend this Residence Inn!
