Nybil is the nicest front desk guy he was very friendly to my daughter and I . This guy deserves a promotion beautiful clean hotel

Bed could be firmer. Everything else great. Get new mattresses

Hotel lobby is nice as was the room. Parking is a nightmare. Elevator tags as well as extended permits were expired. Forgot to inquire about that before we left. "New" water saver toilets did not work no matter who used it to flush whatever. Employees were friendly. May stay here again if in the area.

No hot tub, no continental breakfast but wants to charge almost $200 a night for 1 king size bed room. Horrible will never come back!

Very happy with courtyard. Harf day of moving out of apartment and something happen and we were stuck in town over night. Grabed food and eent there and had a wonderful sleep in their wonderful, comfortable, clean befs!!!

My stay was just over night, but it was well worth it. It was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows. It met my needs! It's near surroundings of restaraunts, foods you will love. 4/5/2018.

Really disappointed with this Marriott property. I'm a Titanium member, and this is the first negative review I've ever felt obligated to leave. I gave the property a chance to make the situation right, and the front desk person refused to elevate my concern to the General Manager. Contacted Bonvoy, but they referred me back to the hotel. I'm still a loyal Marriott customer, but I would not recommend this property.

Location is nice because BJs is right across the street. Close to airport. Room was clean, small TV, service was okay. Weird parking lot though, very few spaces were available.

This hotel is okay. It's "cleanish" or clean enough. I had just nestled between the covers when I found a long, blonde wisp of hair in my bed.

My shampoo bottle appeared previously used, and the coffee bar only had those godawfully pathetic coffee-condiment packs with one sugar and one non-dairy creamer. The room was quaint, but I liked the little pullout sofa decor. The floors and walls are very thin and shoddy, so everyone hears everything.

I didn't find the front desk all that welcoming. At check-in, I wasn't told about any of the property's amenities, and at check-out, I was handed my bill after asking. Not so much as a "thank you" or "we'll see you next time" was issued. I didn't get the feeling that Efrain even wanted to be there as he seemed bothered by having to deal with a guest rather than to carry on small talk with other staff. The night auditor, an older African American male whose name I don't recall, was kind and patient with my autistic son.

There's a $40 incidental hold for some unexplainable reason. I'm not sure what the function of the bistro is. It wasn't open at any point (that I saw) during my weekend stay.

There is barely any parking there and when we came the card keys didn't work. We went down to the front desk 3 times to exchange keys and still didn't work so the janitor came with a master key to open it for us. We stayed there for 3 days and the keys never worked. Was a bad hotel experience

The bed was totally uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud, to soft, my back hurts.

Then the Bistro, the cashier was completely rude and didn't care, and if it is not exactly like their menu says, they won't make it. So trying to get a biscuit with just Bacon is not possible.
Was told it comes with egg and cheese, I am allergic to eggs and can't handle dairy.

Older hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appears as a remodeling was done years ago but missed the mark for Marriott standards.

It's ok clean reasonable and located so that you can walk to dinner. They do not honor Marriott rewards or gold/platinum memberships.

While the hotel was nice, the projector for our presentation was extremely low resolution. Also, seemed that everything that could go wrong with technology did.

BEWARE!! This place will use your pandemic EDD card to make a reservation then when you show up deny your card refuse to take it because it's and EDD card but still charge your card even if you don't stay there it's a scam. Just happened to me.
The Chinese guy at the front desk is very rude aswell

The room was alright , just wished it would have had a kitchen and hotel would have offered breakfast.

The staff was great. We did find a long black hair in the sheets. We had really loud, whistling, yelling neighbors who checked in after midnight. We could hear a crying kid thru the wall.

Everything Was Great Except.... they gave us dirty pillow cases & sheets when we asked for more for our Kids.

This place was in a great location, by tons of stores and restaurants and fast food places as well. The lobby was really nice there is a bar and they serve Starbucks coffee. They have a pool, work out center, conference room, and a little market place. The rooms do give of an old attic smell, and probably need a good cleaning they are tidy but not clean, you know? They should also update the rooms a little, t.v.s are old, not box, but old and the carpet the shower curtains just little things would brighten up those rooms. I might stay here again if it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly too!

Stayed 4 nights at the Courtyard Marriott. It was the best stay ever! Very relaxing, peaceful, very clean and many locations for shopping and eating nearby. The hotel is very conveniently located to everything. Most importantly, I'd like to mention that the customer service was superb! Sydney at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart! She was very helpful and suggesting places to go to eat and Shop and was by far the best customer service that I have ever had at a hotel and summation Mark I travel a lot on business and I must say that she had the best personality! Thank you so much Sydney!

Stayed here a few nights and things were just fine. Rooms were typical for Courtyard and the hotel was in great shape. Only complaint/comment is that there is not a lot of close parking. The lot in front is pretty limited and yes there is parking in the back however there is no rear entrance so you have to walk around to the front. You can exit the hotel from the rear to the back lot but there s no way to enter the hotel from the back. Not a deal killer but....

Close to many restaurants and shopping and it isn t too far from ONT airport.

Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Good bistro for breakfast, but slow to get hot food. One negativr aspect, as much as it is important to save water, sanitation is of a greater priority. Low flow toilets are not a good idea.

Would be nice if the room included a microwave. Otherwise no complaints. Hotel is near the location I need to be at for professional training. Service has been couteous.

Good location near Ontario airport, nice restaurants nearby, Ontario Mills Mall provides good shopping experience. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and accommodating.

Well laid out and spacious bedrooms. Great eateries within walking distance BJ's, Famous Daves's, etc...Highly recommend!

Convenient to a number of restaurants, the Ontario Mills Mall, and Ontario Airport, this hotel has clean and upgraded room. There are no free meals, but an on premises bar and light restaurant, with numerous places to eat nearby. Service was okay, if a bit desultory. I would definitely return.

Clean hotel with great staff. The back patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the afternoon shade. The free internet works all over the hotel including the patio. There is a breakfast bistro selling simple breakfast items and Starbucks products.

Water wasn't working almost the entire time I was there. Which was 3 days.

Marriott's courtyard at Rancho is well located with good restaurants and several supermarkets nearby as well, all at walkable distance. It's only a few miles from.Ontario airport as well. I've been here multiple times and I find that the reception always responds cheerfully upon arrival and during the occasional meets. There is a decent gym that's good for those who'd like to work out a bit. The rooms were clean and well made with a worktable and adequate lamps that lights it up well. If I have a complaint it would be that in this age of multiple devices (phones, tablets etc) there is only 1 power point next to the bed itself, which is slightly inconvenient. There are a few power points around to the room but a few more near the bed and work area at reachable distances would have been better. I'd easily recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay in the area.

The beds are very comfortable, the room is spacious, clean and the weather is quiet, the bathroom is also spacious, with clean towels and everything you need to feel comfortable. It has a heated pool, gym, laundry, etc ... In general this hotel is completely recommended, it is not cheap but worth the luxury.

I visited Marriott's Courtyard in Ontario and attended a conference. It was a fairly small room but the right size for our meeting. Hotel was nice on the outside and really nice on the inside

Nice hotel. Rooms seem larger than most. The only drawback is the parking...not convenient.

Only stayed one night but the room was great and next to EVERYTHING. The mall is across the street along with movie theater. The hotel is surrounded by restaurant's and it's close to the freeways and airport. Yes I'll be staying here again

Nice hotel. I like the updated menu. Only issue I had was that they had to reprogram my key 3 times. They said it was a known issue that was being resolved.

Clean, well taken care, and friendly staff. But no included breakfast - they have a counter where you can buy breakfast. And the WiFi was free.

The place its new so its just fine. But the crew was the deal since i forgot my cell phn and they call me and savenit for mentil i went back for it.

Never had any problems with a Marriott. Always very clean and friendly. We came in very late like around 2:50am from a driving trip from Oregon. The doors were closed but the lady at the front desk helped us and had redone our reservation since we didnt get a chance to let them know we'd be arriving later than anticipated. She was great and we enjoyed our stay.
