Well kept establishment, staff was polite and courteous... Only downside was that something related to their licensing which enables them to serve hot meals had expired and therefore the continental breakfast was much smaller then usual with only cold items available for consumption.

WARNING- BEFORE U BOOK READ THIS. WORST hotel experience I have had. Terrible customer service, overcharged us- and for our troubles and complaints gave us FOUR DOLLAR DISCOUNT. Basically a slap in the face. The front desk lady was very rude, had major attitude issues. The cleaning service did NOT want to provide us with enough towels- we called a total of five times and only twice they brought us 1-2 towels, and only after two hours. Had no toothbrushes, and again had to wait hours for those. Really rude staff. This is a Marriott, not a back country inn. Terrible and will never book here again. Please do not book!!!

I'm very nice places done a very nice place to stay. The breakfast was very good. Surprisingly, there was a large kosher selection. The staff was incredibly nice and willing to bend over backwards for each and every request. Very well situated as well in the Pico Robertson area. I would definitely stay there again if I need to go back to Los Angeles.

Great location for our trip. On site parking for a fee. The staff was very helpful with everything thing. Very pleasant. People staying here from all walks of life. Everyone we met were very friendly. The included breakfast was not bad at all. Lots of choices including made to order omlettes, and fresh fruit. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and cozy little motel. Garage parking means single covered garage under your room for convenience. Cookies for the pooch and people was an added bonus. Front desk at check in and out was very friendly. Definitely will have to return when bringing our dog.

Great service! All the employees including the housekeeping ladies were very polite and always smiling! The breakfast is hot and they have a good variety for being a hotel! It changes a little every morning so you don't have to eat the same thing every day. Only downside is that you have to pay a little fee for parking but the upside of that is your car is safe and away from the sun. The room is neat and everything looks up to date. Comes with a full kitchen and a big fridge so you can cook if you want to save money and not eat out everyday! Also they provide you with the basic kitchen utensils! The microwave was useful for leftovers! Bed is comfortable! Nothing. It great things to say about this hotel!

I travel frequently for work and typically stay at Marriott hotels as I collect their points. I have to say that this property is a little worse for wear. Although the reception and breakfast areas on the ground floor look as thought they were update not too long ago, the actual rooms and hallways are rather dark and outdated. The view outside my window was another building just 10-12 feet away, again ensuring that little or no light actually made it into the hotel room. The matteress was rather hard and cabinets, couches and tables all looked to be on the older side. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. gentleman named Christos assisted with check-in and he was extremely upbeat and helpful and the free breakfast was very good. I am not saying that this is a bad hotel, I am just used to something a bit more refined from Marriott.

Marriott gold rewards member and it means nothing....

Marriott gold rewards member and it means nothing. This hotel makes you valet and they don't have the staff to accomodate. If you park here you'll be prepared to wait and wait for everything.

Only one working elevator and if two are working it will take you forever to get anywhere. The stairs are even worse a convoluted system makes you go down and over once you get tondlopr one. How this passed fire code? No idea.

Worst experience I've had at Marriott in sometime and the attitude upon checking out was even worse. Requested late check out on the app and apparently it doesn't even talk to them. Pointless because they called mad that we were still in the room.

Why do you offer something then. These reward programs are bull. Pointless and will never stay here again.

The rooms were clean HOWEVER:

The rooms were clean HOWEVER:
-The manager (African American, Female) has a deplorable attitude and made it obvious she was not enthusiastic about being there or engaging a customer.
-Breakfast eggs included cooked Liquid Egg product, stale bagels and the oatmeal had a hair in it.
-Elevators operate abnormally slow
-Parking costs $40 per day
-The gym is very small, in the basement, and has no windows
-The TV displayed an image that occupied 1/2 of the screen size and they were unable to fix it.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom. Bed was nice. Bathrooms were clean and spacious enough. The fridge and microwave were useful. 3 LCD TV in the room. Didn't request room service, so no experience there. Overall, it was great.

There was nothing special about this hotel but it was in a nice location convenient to the museum of tolerance (which I highly recommend). The room was clean and neat and the service staff was helpful and fast. Checkin and checkout were seamless and many restaurants are within walking distance down by rodeo drive. Would stay here again.

Room was clean and customer service was nice but the internet service is horrible. They charge almost $10 a day for their "high speed internet" that drops signal with horrible speed. If you are staying and need better service for internet meetings and such stay away. I get better service using my phone as a hotspot then the one provided. Just eats up my mobile data.

I was happy staying at this hotel. Has a 60 s vibe going. I would suggest having luggage carriers for guests. We did stay several days and it was a hassle to take all of our things up (elevators are slow and we were in a three week journey so we did have a lot with us). I don t know if it s. California thing, but the A/C is not central. There s a sort of machine with tubes that you turn on or off as you prefer.

My room was clean and spacious. I had a great overall experience. The pillows were not all that special though and the complimentary breakfast was just alright. My coworkers felt like it was less desirable and the valet parking is a little expensive.

The Residence Inn is a decent hotel that doesn't quite match up to other Residence Inn's I've visited. The location is nice and the size of the hotel means there is usually a room to be found. But it doesn't offer the amenities of the typical Residence Inn. They have a more basic breakfast that's always the same. They don't offer evening snacks or small meals. The exercise room is two floors below ground and tight and constrained.

The rooms themselves are clean and in good condition. The staff is nice but doesn't go out of their way from a customer service perspective.

Overall, it's an OK place to stay but it's not the best of the best when comparing similar level hotels.

We had our meeting with our bosses here in this hotel. They have meeting and event space for exclusive use. They catered us their delicious food and drinks that sums up the best quality we had here. I will back and bring my kids because they will surely love their pool. It was a great experience I had in this elegant and stylish hotel in the city!

The hotel is relatively poor. Furniture is very old, corridors are narrow and dark, and the entire hotel has an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was good and that's why I'm giving 2 stars as it has good variety. I was booked for 6 nights but had to check out after my first night. Prices ware also overrated with a daily parking fee of $27.
