Cozy suite with all the luxuries of home. Sleeping rooms were a bit tight for my taste and ended up banging my foot and leg a couple of times due to the close proximity of the furniture. The living room area was plentiful however.

Parking is 40 bucks overnight, with limited / no other options near by if your driving.

Breakfast bar had a wide variety of eats that most people will enjoy even with strict diets.

Fun jacuzzi area made to fit 20 people. Gym area is small and cramped.

Solid hotel. Rooms are nice little suites with a small kitchenette, fridge, etc. Good service, parking adjacent and connected to the hotel on the 4th floor. Valet parking available. Location is great. Pet friendly though you'll pay an extra $100+$10 per day. Solid hotel though a little pricey for what you get overall.

This is by far my favorite restaurant/hotel. The ambiance is eclectic, with a great genre of different music . The burger and sweet potatoe fries were perfectly prepared. Definitely a must try !! Hey what do you have to lose? Absolutely nothing!

Do not stay at this place if you don t want your things stolen. If there s anything lower than 1 star I would have given it to them for the safety and for the poor front desk service. I checked out and was waiting for my ride to pick me up and realized 5 minutes after I left that I forgot my expensive sunglasses in their bathroom by the waiting area. I called immediately as soon as I got in my ride and informed the person who answered me Carlos that I forgot my expensive sunglasses. He put me on hold and said it wasn t not there. I explained that by the bathroom where I was waiting for 40+ minutes no one was there except myself and two other gentleman working on the their laptops and no one else, and that it definitely should be there since it s been quiet and only few minutes ago is when I forgot them. He put me on another hold then came back and said the same thing, and said that they wouldn t know who basically stole them cuz there are no camera. He didn t even ask me what my room number was nor asked for a phone number to contact in case they turn up!
I came back to the hotel and had to pay $30 for a taxi ride just to talk to someone in the front desk and the lady Jessica was just blunt and a bit rude repeatedly saying loudly well, we looked for them, is there anything I can do for you? when I m trying to express my frustration.
Really disappointing to learn that either their guests or workers steal things of other guests.

Typical Residence Inn. The front desk is knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are large. The work out facilities are barely adequate (and were crowded a couple of mornings). The breakfast is unusually good with an omelet station.

I stayed with my family for over a week when I had surgery at Cedars- wonderful place! It felt like a home away from home. Great breakfast, spacious and comfortable suite with a kitchen, everything was always very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Tons of restaurants within walking distance.

Small bathroom and bedroom, living room/kitchen are OK.
Our room was on the inside of the block, so hardly any light and privacy.
Air conditioning is extremely dirty, when switched on, black dirt is blown into the room. (Really )
Don t go there when you have allergic or respiration issues.

The manager of this location is so incredible! He helped me through an issue I was having with a promotion on my Marriott app. He went above and beyond and his entire staff provided such great service. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here!

The hotel was plesent to stay at. Had free breakfast which was decent for a hotel breakfast. The only downside is the bedrooms are very small with about 8 inches from the edge of the bed to the TV stand.

It's not a hotel. It's a residence! I really felt like I was home. Rooms and accommodations were fantastic. Staff were pleasant. Great service, parking, complimentary breakfast. Wonderful experience overall.

The Residence Inn is a very comfortable hotel with a great location, located in Bervely Hills, very close to Rodeo Drive
It is a room with a kitchen. The Hotel also includes a very good breakfast. The only problem, in my point of view, is that there is a kitchen, people cook and there is a very strong smell in the corridors (do not enter the other rooms).

My son is a patient at Cedars-Sinai and we were in Los Angeles for outpatient treatment for 33 days. He is on peritoneal dialysis which we do at home every night. There are tons of supplies required to do this and his dialysis fluid alone takes up tons of space. The hotel was very accommodating, allowing us to store his dialysis fluid downstairs in a storage room, which I was able to access as needed. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for 4 days in October and for the entire month of January, 2020. We will have to travel to LA once a month, and we will stay again at the Residence Inn in Beverly Hills.

Great hotel. The staff are amazing. Parking staff were incredible. Best I've seen. Took great care of the car and returned it as it was left with them. This important to me.

I booked the room last minute (family emergency) but was treated as if I had reserved weeks in advance. The concierge gave good advice on food and a massage spot, which I desperately needed after being at UCLA Med for a while.

The room was clean, orderly, and all things were present and working. I only used the room to sleep and shower but it was a needed respit from the hospital chair and comfort was a big deal to me.

Lastly, I'll say this is exactly what I expect when I stay at a Marriott! Great job to everyone!

I only went to drop off a scooter for a costumer but the valet was helpful and the front desk was accommodating as to where to leave the scooter and making sure the guest was going to be there.

Last January we had a trip. We went to this so-called 5-star hotel in their area. We chose a room for 2 and it really went well. We love the accommodation that we had and the place was so pleasant. They also have free rides for us to roam around the place. It was really awesome, the food taste really good. On our 4 days of stay in that hotel, we experienced a lot more of a 5-star hotel.

Place was nice, very clean. Not much going on in the neighborhood, but it's not far from neighborhoods with things to do. Staff was also friendly, but I have to give 3 stars because of technical difficulties - elevator was basically out of commission for several days, and to take the stairs you have to do laps around the building. Also had to have a new key made almost every day because of how their system resets. Last day it took me almost half an hour to get back in my room after breakfast.

It was okay. The room was normal. But it was housekeeping left a towel on the dresser it was either left behind by a guests or housekeeping. it honestly looked yellowish. The check in was greate, he was very helpful and energetic.

I was having issues with my credit card. The woman at the desk was so patient and walked me through the solution. I was able to get in my room quicker thsn expected. The housekeeper, Anna, was awesome. Our room was kept and clean each day of our visit. Juan the maintenance engineer gave us a tour of the weight room and spa and informed us of the 24 hour service. Beverly the robot was impressive. Breakfast was awesome!

Thanks
