Dave and Mari were very responsive and made the process seamless. I really appreciated the prompt responses and help with all of my questions at every step. Really appreciated the manager of the building (Joe) for his quick responses and help as well. Lived in a lot of buildings in Sf and so far have found these guys to be very professional.

Kind of wish I had interacted with a professional mature and motivated leasing agent this morning. Nolan Justus made looking at three potential buildings unbearable with his aggressive disrespectful attitude and demamor. After already discussing previously via text what I was looking for through questions he wanted me to answer prior to viewing, he seemed to be extremely irritable and pushy, resulting in making looking at these units unbearable by negatively complaining about the units I was attempting to view and rushing people. Super unprofessional...he attempted to threaten me by saying I need to find a different leasing agent and that he's going to tell management not to rent to me. Sounds like DISCRIMINATION because this arrogant unprofessional tenant doesn't know how to appropriately interact with the public. How do they expect to rent properties with people like this represented their company. So disappointing...I'd rather been sleeping this morning at 9am instead of interacting with this child.

Working with Steven from RentSFNow couldn t have been a better experience. He was prompt to reply to all my messages, happy to return back to the apartment after lease signing so we could measure, and overall incredibly on top of it. He made things easy and fast for us and communicated clearly & proactively. Thanks so much Steven!

I had a fantastic experience working with Laura from RentSF! This is my third move in the past six months within San Francisco and my easiest. I ve spoken to leasing agents and property managers across the city and honestly no one was nearly as helpful or knowledgeable as Laura was. I cannot recommend her enough! She went above and beyond for me and I m so grateful and excited to be making my final move. :) Not only is Laura prompt to schedule and consistently available for questions, but she took every one of my requirements into consideration and presented me with options that hadn t even made the market yet. Again, you won t go wrong if you re working with Laura!!

Had an outstanding experience finding an apartment to lease with Steve Shutler from RentSFNow. I had set up a showing for an apartment with relatively low expectations. Steve met me at the apartment and showed it to me, but he also asked about what i was looking for specifically. After learning what I was hoping for, he took me to see three different properties, with one that he thought would be a particularly good fit. He was right on the money - the apartment was exactly what myself and my housemates were looking for. Steve clearly set honest expectations for how soon we needed to act to get the apartment and he helped answer questions and allay concerns throughout. Within 30 hours we had done a second showing and signed the lease on the property. What stood out was how Steve really took us under his wing and looked out for our best interests throughout. He was really honest about shortcomings and strengths of each of the properties we saw and emitted an authenticity that's rare. He was constantly helping us to actually avoid unnecessary costs that we could've been charged, and he clearly let us know the steps we needed to take each step of the way. It was probably about as quick and seamless a house search + signing could have gone - we were all stunned and impressed. Thanks Steve!

First time mover to SF . Was predictably dazed and confused before we met Steven Shutler from the RentSF team. Steven was quick to gather our requirements and provide a shortlisted set of apartments for viewing. Steven also went about fixing appointments for our walk throughs. Within a week we were set! Lease signed , contract closed. For anyone looking to move to or in SF, please use the rentSF team. Their support really helps see through the clutter and chaos of apartment search in SF.

Be wise and stay away from this company owned by Veritas. I asked the leasing agent at rentsfnow if there was any apartment under my unit and he said no, there is only a laundry room. After signing the lease and two weeks into it they gave 3 days notice about making a unit legal right under the unit of mine. They were doing major construction ie lowering the floor level and my floor was litteraly bulging in front of my eyes.

The first lesson i learned with my cross country move is that I should have contacted this organization immediately. I waited to closer to move date which was my mistake but they were more than accommodating and connected me with a great place to live

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE place to rent from. They are predatory!! They sent me an invoice for $1300 for a place I lived in for 1 year for move out fees!!!! I didn't make any messes or scratches in my place. I contacted them giving them proof that my place was left in good condition on the day of their walk-through of the apartment, and they said they will get back to me. They never did, and SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS! Just don't rent from this place.

RentSFNow posts questionable listings on Craigslist and urges you to give them your credit card number without viewing their apartments first. When you enquire about specific things they stop answering your e-mails. Do these places even exist?! It reminds me of a Nigerian scam where they want you to wire money to Lagos. The number one rule on Craigslist: DO NOT RENT SIGHT UNSEEN. I strongly advise you report shady posts to make Craigslist a safer space for renters.

They charge $125 if you forget your key in your apartment get locked out, or tell you to contact a locksmith. They can't just come help you get in. Greedy and ridiculous. Not going to lease another property from Greentree or RentSF.

After sending an email to inquire about a couple units I was told to contact Nolan. I ve been interacting with Nolan and he s made the experience of looking for apartments an unpleasant one. He s rude and disinterested in doing his job. I was rushed to see one of the units because he had another appointment and we were in and out of the building in 2 minutes. Didn t even get a chance to ask questions. I reached out to see another unit and his responses are tactless and rushed as if he was doing me a huge favor by doing his job. If that s a reflection of the company s way to treat their tenants, I d be weary of renting anything from RentSFNow.

My boyfriend and I were recently looking for our first apartment together and found a listing through RentSFNow at 381 Turk. We loved the apartment and went through the entire application process, including viewing the apartment, and never received any contact after applying for the apartment. I myself had to call every time I needed a question answered and there was no direct link to any agent able to help, just offsite receptionists with no knowledge of anything to do with renting from their company. I finall was able to reach an agent after searching for a proper phone number, and was told that I would be contacted by the end of the next day for next steps if we were to get approved. That was on May 20th, and I never heard from anyone from the company ever again after that last phone call. Luckily we found an apartment through a much more accommodating company. Don t use this unprofessional company when looking for apartments.
