Veritas Investments Inc. Review

We recently had our closet door in our apartment repaired by GreenTree and it was an excellent experience. The repair was promptly-scheduled and sturdy.

Very disappointing to see such horrible business practices.

The maintenance department for my building is superb. They always keep you informed about your maintenance request. The workers are prompt, friendly, do good work and clean up before they leave. Great customer service and accommodating to work around your schedule. Very pleased with their service. Thank you.

They are worth 3 BILLION and applied for a SMALL BUSINESS LOAN during covid 19. These people are the bottom feeders in a garbage tank, avoid them more than covid 19.

Good experience with this group. Always quick to respond to maintenance requests, polite, and convenient ways of contacting and making rental payments. You could tell they invested a lot in their buildings and took pride in it.

Earlier this year I had some maintenance issues in my apartment. Lisa F. was quick to respond, asked appropriate questions to triage the situation, and immediately provided clear instruction to my property manager to start executing remediation steps. I raised a few safety and habitable condition concerns which were acknowledged and addressed. One s home is a very personal topic. Not only was she professional in her communications with me throughout the remediation process, she was also warm and sincere. A few months later, one of the issues reoccurred but in a different part of my home. Again, Lisa was consistent with her level of service. She treated the reoccurrence with a stronger sense of urgency. Lisa F. is decisive, exercises good judgement, and has the strong communication skills to kick-start action.

The worst property management company on the planet. Takes no responsibility for their actions, pushing out tenants who are most vulnerable, and solidifies my belief companies like these want nothing more than to line their pockets. Corporate greed at its finest.

I'm also sure they don't tell their investors that properties they've invested in aren't being well maintained. If I invested, I would want solid returns; sorry, because of COVID-19 and the mismanagement by Veritas/GreenTree, you won't be seeing your initial investment net you any return in the future. In fact, your property has probably depreciated in value.

Terrible company with no morals. Taking PPP Money from small businesses who have few options is not right!

Just saw a new report about how poorly this firm manages its properties and it has a local reputation of just being down right bad. Funny thing is they rejected me for a job because of previous credit history. Well, looks like the city and about to investigate them. Serves them right for screwing over their tenants.

Oh! Dear..pray this company never buys your building. Just horrible bunch of folks trying to pass themselves off as humans.
