I have used this company for the last 19 years, ever since they had a small, yet inspirational shop in the centre of Harrogate. Since then the company have moved on several notches, now showcasing their wonderful collection of products in a purpose built, magnificent (and huge) showroom just outside of Harrogate. Whilst I don't expect the firm to be at the bottom end of pricing, I do understand that, with this showroom, I am offered more choice and inspiration and that this, combined with advice from the experts always on hand, is extremely important as mistakes are certainly very costly. The quality of products on offer are second to none and the after sales service received guarantees not only my repeat custom, but that I will also happily recommend La Picida without hesitation.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, you must visit the Harrogate showroom. There s a vast array of display tiles with helpful staff on hand. We wouldn t consider going anywhere else for quality, statement tiles. Customer service is excellent, from initial enquiry, design service, quotation through to delivery and after sales support is second to none. Our tiler commented on the quality of the tiles they supplied in comparison to other brands on the high street. Highly recommended. They ve supplied tiles for our entire ground floor and three bathrooms.
I am very pleased with the service received, the ordering and delivery process went like clockwork. Communication both verbal and online was good. Most important of all the floor tiles purchased are excellent. I have recommended to several friends already.

Thank you. A fabulous porcelain floor provided throughout my new house. Beautiful fireplace I adore. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and so helpful. Couldn't do enough for me. Everything they sell is tasteful and hardwearing. I wasted so much time trying other places but wish I had come straight here. The floor is exactly what I needed in a house full of children, pets and boots trundling in and out. I have had so many compliments.
