Very nice rooms and an excellent concert venue with really good acoustics. The steakhouse restaurant was pricey but absolutely delicious!

Clean room, comfy bed, but weird house keeping took ALL my towels. When I asked for replacements, they only brought hand towels.

Check in was a little rough. However they did upgrade our Room to an amazing Room to make up for the inconvenience. Attempted to go bowling however the bowling alley was full. Had a great meal at the cantina

So much to do all on property! Awesome pool, bowling, driving range and more. Good food too.

We requested a king bed in our online booking, but sadly they were out when we arrived. However they upgraded us at no charge to a very nice suite overlooking the mountains. Everything was very nice quality and clean.

Excellent resort! You can have fun here without going to the casinos! They are doing some renovations so things should be awesome once the renovations are finished! The food is delicious. This is a must stay in Reno!

Located near airport w/ free shuttle. Friendly staff, lots of restaurant choices. Pool recently remodeled. Diverse recreational activities.

Top notch rooms, friendly staff, along with SO much to do behind the casino including gokarts, minigolf, and the pool

Rooms were clean. Nothing special. The elevators took forever. The buffet was really good.

The pool was renovated recently and is AMAZING! Four hot tubs, and adults-only pool, and the large pool for everyone. Lots of lounge chairs and fire pits. I really like coming here in the winter because everything is nice and heated. In winter 2018 locals get in free!

Good variety of things to eat and the service is good

Came for a benefit show that was very entertaining. I stayed here many years ago when it was the MGM Grand and I must say they have kept the interior casino area updated and nice. The theater was much the same as I remembered it. I'd come back for another show if the opportunity presents itself.

It was a fun trip. First time I've won over $250. or so. Spent $7. on a penny slot, then hit.

I've stayed here 4 different times and each visit is wonderful. THe staff is accommodating and the rooms are clean.

This hotel has extremely well kept rooms and so much to do within the space. It's a beautiful place with a lavish pool, a theater, an arcade, many restaurants and shops, many great places to get a drink, friendly helpful staff, and of course a world class casino. So worth the trip!

Since they remodeled the hotel, everything is just better. Top to bottom it's a different place and it's great. One of my favorite spots in Reno to hang out.

Stellar property with amazing staff and amenities. Had an absolute blast with the employees and the other guests highly recommend!!!

Beware the bell desk and hidden fees. Had a package sent here during a convention. First off the package was held for a day with zero notice. I spent my time tracking it. Second, a "handling fee" suddenly comes up when I am finally notified. Finally, over three days and four attempts by phone to speak to a manager - I have yet to receive a call-back. Spoke to a total of seven people over these calls that kept transferring me, promising me that a manager would reach out, but nothing came of it. I travel often and understand that issues arise, but this was a complete failure from top to bottom. I will do no further business with this poorly run establishment and caution others.

What a great place, the food is amazing. The slots are loose. The rooms are great.

Today more valet's were needed but still reasonably quick and friendly. Staff members are friendly and room maids always go the extra mile.

Great location close to the airport, regular shuttles to and from as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the campus of the hotel and casino has a huge selection of places to go to and attractions. Only complaint is the room felt like it was designed to look nice on a cheap budget.

Very beautifully built hotel. The room was fantastic. The amenities were great. The service was exceptionally great considering that the staff were very nice and accommodating to all the guest. The food was delicious. I highly recommend Grand Sierra Resort and Casino

Three of the lights in the hotel were not working. Room service seems to be lacking employees, takes very long to get our room cleaned. They are at each room for hours, like they re on a slow work day to protest conditions. They removed the microwaves that used to be there. The phone/room service operator sounded like she hated her job. Hotel fees are about double compared to other hotels. Water pressure is much lower than it used to be. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

it is nice and a big holtelwe and my family go there 2 to 3 times a year

good hotel but not the good experience,last we went to stayed in this hotel ,and some their staff told me that i need went down to the next floor to got the ice, then i went by the exit door ,unfortunately that i didnt seen the wrote emergency exit and they didnt locked the door ,poor me, i went inside and cant come out and i try to call my husband but this hotel is big and i didnt know when i stayed, if kids go inside, and without cell phone ,how the parents can do and when i was rescued, the manager didnt says anything, i know that was my fault, and on that time it is at the morning that i just woke up, but the lady manager not very kind, i feel very upset, and the security was so so so nice and gentle ,keep asked me do i need help.

Biggest Casino in Reno 4000+ rooms. Vegas in size with everything from a small movie theater that plays non new release movies to a primo nightclub and theater w top name acts to Bowling!

So far the only thing that I can say about it isn't that the whole thing is not about the fact that it is the best

A perfect getaway Casino. Plenty of restaurants & bars, great pool, and the casino tables and Sportsbook are perfect in size just outside of busy downtown.

Very spacious resort. Resort has swimming pool, movie screening, kids play center, kids toy store and multiple shopping options. Fitness center was closed for maintenance. Rooms are spacious, neet and clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Better win big if you want to have dinner there. Restaurants are expensive.

Very nice casino and hotel. Staff is friendly too. They're anyways renovating here so that's a good thing. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Plenty of bars too. With a night club, golf, and more, there's plenty to do at the GSR.

I was very impressed by the quality and comfort of the room. The staff ALL were friendly and worked extra hard to make it a nice stay... So much so that we have decided to stay in the Grand Sierra Resort whenever we stay in Reno

I have always enjoyed Grand Sierra. It's a great place on the weekend for adults and a great place during the week day if you bring your kids. There is lots to do will; you do not have to go outside the casino. The ice skating ring, the new pool, and the new casino games kept us real busy. We will definitely return for another visit.

Family loves staying here. Great environment and lots of activities for the whole family.

The staff greeted us warmly and pulled our reservation immediately. Beautiful room on concierge floor. Only wish our stay had been longer to really enjoy the resort. Great staff. Well kept property we will return and recommend this resort for sure!

We only went to the Grand Theatre and I love their remodel. Every seat is a great seat and the sound was great.

It's a huge casino and resort. I loved the rooms. It was a great experience in here.

The new table limits were higher than I expected from my previous visits and the only table with normal limits was so packed I could not play. Furthermore, the buffet left a lot to be desired. The shrimp were frozen,the Prime Rib was chewy.but the deserts were good.

RV park is showing its age. There are electrical issues with some sites. Also, in the back there are large sections of pavement with issues
Overall, still a good place to stay.

It a great hotel and they have frozen yogurts it so good I really recommend you guy go there

I loved my room and honestly was surprised how nice it was I was kicking myself, thinking wow all this for me? It felt so nice to have a big bathroom and bedroom just so classy and comfortable. *I was on the 22 floor not their regular floors* view and everything 2 different rooms bedroom and bar room with lounge chairs. Also loved the scents of the lotions and etc.

It's nice , I love the place , ill be back with my family so they could experience the place ..

I just checked into grand sierra resort an hour ago and I feel like crying this room is horrible!! I originally booked a non smoking summit room which was great but my sister wants to visit so I switched to smoking figuring it would be just as nice... Huge mistake!! Its dark noisey and dirty. The trash isn't even emptied.. Ugh! Its the worst!! Last month I stayed and it was o er the top excellent service and a beautiful non smoking room.
