Brock and Mason and Brad did a very nice job installing our new windows. They took great care to assure the windows were properly installed. They also paid attention to safety issues and demonstrated a high skill level. They did a marvelous clean up job after the installation was complete. You would never know they were here.
All in all I am very happy with the results.

Every individual we worked with in person from Renewal by Anderson was great. Including the team that came door to door. Audrey M who came out for the consultation was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and possibilities. I can t stress that enough. She took time to ensure we made the best decisions to meet our needs. This included two custom windows we didn t realize they could do given the amount of work that would be required to open up the space. This solved a major problem for us with an old slider that was no longer functioning. When Andy came to measure he inspired a tremendous amount of confidence in any team that they would send out to hour home. Josh Z and Johnny R were excellent installers. They were friendly and fast. Definitely recommend having Josh do your trim which turned out beautifully. They have access to excellent material and it turned out better than if my husband did it (but don t tell him!). Needless to say it exceeded both our expectations. Although they can coordinate an electrician for you, per our experience I recommend taking the time to source your own and do a quick in person consultation prior to the installation if that is feasible. There is no time to have any in depth conversation about minor tweaks the day of.
We are giving them a four-star review though because there were some issues with the custom window order. However, their entire team reacted quickly and resolved them 150% to our satisfaction. We are now ready to sit back and enjoy our new high quality and beautiful windows.
The Renewal by Anderson team did an excellent job in replacing 18 windows and a door for us. They were professional, extremely polite, cleaned up each of the work areas, worked very quickly finishing a day earlier than expected and very honest about their work which we wouldn t have even noticed had it not been pointed out to us. We are very satisfied with the windows and the installation. Both Bobby R. and Nate S. arrived on the Monday we had snow and later that day Theo L. and Darren A. helped with the installation. I would highly recommend these four installers extremely polite, cleaned up every night so that everything was spotless, did an awesome job of installation and most importantly they were honest about their work. The entire experience has been pleasant.

Johnny, Mark, Johnny, and Hans did a great job! We had three massive picture windows to replace. The old ones wouldn't even close anymore. They removed the old massive windows and found some rot. Thankfully they were able to take care of that right then and there by removing the old wood framing, and replacing it with new wood. The new windows look great and function like they should. It was an all day project but they got it expertly done. Our home was left just as good as when they arrived. All the mess cleaned up!

We had a problem with one our our windows. I contacted Jesse Boyer and he sent out Charlie and Andy to review our situation. It was found that what was done did in deed need to be repaired. Charlie and Andy were so courteous and got right to work scheduling Jon C and Pete to come out and do the repair work. Jon C and Pete were the best. They did a fantastic job and even did a little extra to make things right.
7 windows and a four panel slider were installed in four days. The team of Austin and Cody did a top notch professional job. I am very happy with the work, the windows and doors. We are renewing our house and have another five windows to be replaced. I am looking forward to working with Renewal and plan on asking that Austin and Cody be the crew that does the work.
High quality, custom work at very competitive prices. Designer Josh M put it all together, and then Jon C, Nick, Oz V, Ryan B, Buddy and Andrew put in 6 long days in horrendous weather. I cannot recommend RAB of Seattle more! Every single employee is professional, upbeat and positive, looks you in the eye, and knows what they are doing. The installation was excellent and very high quality (meaning flashing in all the right places). They reframed a window and door for a new sliding glass door. They repaired dry rot when they found it. They came prepared for everything (which is good, since we live on an island!). Our furnace is running far less, there are no drafts, hell we are heating most of the house now with a fireplace insert! Hire these guys - they're really good.
Just had a large bay window replaced and a skylight removed and closed in. Brandon R and Jeff G were the installers. They were very efficient, professional, courteous and friendly. Five stars are totally understating the quality and professionalism we experienced with Renewal by Andersen. We had 21 each, 8 foot tall windows to replace in a schoolhouse built in 1896. The 120 plus years took their tool on the original windows & replacement was the only alternative. We had NO desire to use a "Modern - Plastic" window that would detract from all our efforts to keep the building as close to original as possible. These windows were made to look just like the ones installed back in the day.
From initial contact to final installation, we can not say enough about the workmanship.

We love our new Anderson windows! Paco and Johnny were great! On time, very clean, and easy to talk to. We ended up having some rot issues on two of our windows and they were great at discussing it with us and repairing what they could. We ended up having to have some additional rot repair beyond what Anderson could do but they were great with finishing the job once we were ready! When we had an issue they resolved it quickly. 5 star service!
It is our second time using Renewal by Andersen. Our house is old and has a metal roof which makes it difficult to change windows. Waylin and David came and evaluated the situation and just did a great job. they worked extra long days to finish in 3 days. They were very respectful and clean. Waylin is a perfectionist so we are very happy with the results.

We recently had a large slider and window replaced. Both were very old and dated back 50 years. When I say large, the new window alone weighed over 400 lbs. The lead installer was Chad A assisted by Chase D, Jamie N and Curtis H. These four guys did impeccable work, from not only backing their truck up our winding narrow drive carefully not to damage any plants to removing our old window and door. Once the products were installed they were very thorough to clean up and go over the instructions of how everything worked.

Justin K. and Anthony H. replaced 6 windows and swapped out a pair of windows for a bay window seat. They were very conscientious. It was a pleasure to have them visit our home during the 3day install, always leaving the job site wrapped up and tidy by the end of the day.
So, I met with at least five different companies before going with Andersen. Actually I had given up because no one wanted to to the job right. When I found that Andersen uses Cardinal glass I was half way home. But most importantly Andersen understood the challenges I faced and was willing to go the extra mile to do a proper install on one whole wall of windows that reach up to a 15' peaked roof. This was not an easy job to measure or install. The guys who came out, Josh Z, Johnny R. , Steve and Oliver, were go-getters. They knew when something wasn't right and they always corrected it. No other company was going to do the work these guys did to set the windows back so they were flush on the outside. There was nothing plug and replace, this was a remodel. I got what I wanted. Yes it cost a little more, but believe me, it was worth it. You have to know that the installation and drive was where Andersen shines. I'm a fan of the guys who came here, and of Andersen.

We live on San Juan Island, so our crew had a long transit time to and from the job. Even with a shorted installation window, they hustled hard throughout the day and completed our job with no short cuts and no missed steps. The team, Chad A., Bobby R., Curtis H., and Johnny G. were all very professional and worked without a single break until the job was done. They stayed until the work was complete even though it meant they would miss their Ferry back to the mainland. I am sure each of them put in a 16 hour+ day just to insure we had the excellent customer experience we were promised. Thanks Guys, we love the windows!
My wife and I agonized for a few years about replacing the windows in our house. We spoke to 2 or 3 companies and they were all disappointing. Hesitantly, we scheduled Renewal by Andersen to give us a quote. They sent a gentleman by the name of David D. to our home. He was precisely the type of salesperson that works for us - helpful but not pushy, expedient but not rushed and, best of all, realistic. He worked with us to come up with a fair price to replace 10 windows in our home. When he left we were very happy and excited about our new windows.
The company was then quick to send an installation supervisor, Chad M., to our home to get the final measurements. Chad did a great job of explaining exactly what they needed to do to replace our windows. Some of our windows were a bit tricky but Chad correctly and accurately assessed what we needed.
3-4 weeks later the Installer Team of Waylin and Casper arrived at our home. The plan was for them to install all 10 windows in one day. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. To say that they did a great job would be an understatement. Waylin and Casper did an amazing job. They were friendly, hard working and very considerate of our home. They completed the job in one day and left no mess behind.
Our windows look amazing and we couldn't be happier. The new windows have made huge difference in our home. No longer do we suffer in the heat. Every representative from Renewal by Andersen exceeded our expectations - especially David and Waylin.

We have now replaced all our double hung windows with Renewal by Andersen windows. Lincoln L. and Andrew H. installed the last five windows this week and did an excellent job. They completely replaced the window trim on one of the windows and the room has never looked so good. All the installers from Renewal have been excellent could not ask for better or more professional crews.
Lyle and Ryan installed our new windows. They were professional, polite, on-time, and there work looks beautiful. They noticed some of the boards for trim had a crack. They checked local lumber yards for acceptable replacements but couldn't find anything. So the next day a truck came all the way from Tacoma to Sequim (probably 60 or 70 miles) to bring new lumber. That's excellence.

Our home was built in 1929. A beautiful Brick Tudor in Ballard, WA. I received a flyer from Renewal by Anderson, spoke to my wife briefly, and make an appointment for consultation. Ryan S. came out within 3-4 days of initial contact.We sat down, discussed the project, went over costs, and signed the contract. Very painless agreement. Betty, our project manager, checked in with us, and kept us informed as to when the install would take place. Our windows were custom built, and the guys started the removal and install on Monday (20JAN20). Vantha M. and Eleazar T. arrived on time, walked the property, and began the project. They were very mindful of our yard, plants and trees with putting down protection inside and out. The first day, they had removed and replaced all windows on the second story level, as well as all windows in our dining room. The second day, they knocked out the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and one of our bedrooms. Today, they were done by 1:00p with our second bedroom (office) including a new set of French Doors. We had 22 windows plus the French Doors in total. I am still amazed how they were able to get everything done so quickly. Plus, I have to add, we had some serious rain and wind the past 3 days. But this didn't stop the crew. Once install was complete, Vantha M. walked the entire house with me, and showed me how to use the windows and doors. Before the install, our heater would run once every 20 minutes to keep the temperature at 68*. Monday night, with only the upper level done, our heater ran twice all night. As I type this review, I don't believe the heat has ran since they finished installing the French Doors 7 hours ago. Amazing value for cost so far, and I know our gas bill is going to drop tremendously. Excellent job by the entire RbA crew. I highly recommend, and would be willing to show off my windows to anyone on the fence with making a decision.

We are very happy with our French door replacement. The price was high but you get what you pay for and our installers, Zach and Estadon were great! Everyone at RbA was a pleasure to work with and I d definitely recommend them.
Johnny and Carl were the best. They totally respected the fact that they were working in my home. They covered up everything before and cleaned up afterwards. The windows were impeccably installed and they even walked us through the care and usage of them. What a great experience! I hope they can come back to install more windows in the future.
They prey on the elderly. My parents, who are in their 70's, paid for them to install a single window. They pressured them into putting a deposit down right away, and when my parents discovered that the price of $6500 was nearly double any other local company, and would take nearly a month longer, it was too late to get their money back. So finally, the day of installation came, and three men came and tore out their old window, before claiming that under the vinyl siding was asbestos, which would not be farfetched seeing as how the house was built in the 1930s. They gave my parents the number for another company, who gave them a quote of $3000 to remove the alleged asbestos.
I had to hire others to come and install the window, which they still charged $5500 for in spite of them not installing, and found out that the asbestos claim was a lie. Don't waste your money with these frauds. There are literally dozens of better companies to give your money to.

3rd time with Anderson
Vince C, Jesus M, Eli M, and Jeff all came to my house to replace the original windows in my 1940's home. They were professional, highly knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They did an amazing job and even finished a day earlier than expected. On one of the windows it was necessary to rebuild the molding to incorporate a different type of window that I requested. Vince did such a great job of rebuilding it while keeping it consistent with the rest of the home that I am in awe.
I would recommend this team any day of the week!! In fact, we are already looking forward to our next project (French Doors).

Renewal By Andersen replaced my sliding glass doors. The installation was so well done, I requested and waited for the same installers to replace three large picture windows. Lead installer Paul C., with his trusty and fun crew consisting of Tyler C., Shaden S., and Mark S, installed an oversized replacement patio door plus nine windows in my 1961 family home, starting their three-day task in snowy weather. Those original single-paned, aluminum framed windows had to go! These workers made their job seem effortless, yet they had to work with vinyl siding around the entire house. I am so pleased with the look and performance of the replacement windows. Financing went well, too. Paul C. went over and above by helping me with the scratched wood on the window sills and being helpful and communicative through the project. Many thanks, guys!
This is our second home to have Renewal by Anderson install new doors and windows and I highly recommend them. From the sales team to scheduling to install, it has been a very good experience. From the beginning of our project we knew we were in good hands. For the install, Ryan M. and Todd met some challenges with our wiring and some Dry Rot. They found solutions for us and our new kitchen window looks like it has always been there. Ryan M. and Todd were always on time, great communicators, steady working all through the day, so respectful of our home, leaving everything spotless.
We are now considered other windows. Andersen makes an excellent product.

We are absolutely thrilled with our completed master bedroom oversized window installation project. The quality of Renewal by Andersen s window far exceeded our expectations. The draft and noise reduction were noticeable and notable the first night. We did not hear cars driving by nor the local pack of coyotes. And we were thrilled to be throwing autumn blankets off, instead of pulling more on.
As far as customer service, we were listened to and handled with respect every step of the way. Everyone was patient with our many pre-order changes, as we figured out through process of elimination what type of window ultimately was most suitable for curbside appeal yet met our functional need for the most light and fresh air possible. Our designer Mike was understanding and patient with all the iterations leading to our final decision.
The install crew, consisting of Cody G and Bryan, impressively accomplished what was estimated to be a two-day job within one day. They were extremely professional, cordial, expedient and tidy. And Cody G took the extra step of explaining every action being taken along the way, prior to the completed project window care instructions.
Cody thoughtfully left everything marked and easily accessible for our electrician, who came by the next day to rewire what had been moved to accommodate the expanded window. Lastly, the crew chief who came by to check on their progress, Matt V, was also extremely professional, expedient and cordial.
We are excited to see what the warmer months will bring, when we can open this window, enjoying more fresh air than ever before through the nearly invisible metal screens plus experience the heat reduction from the triple ultraviolet coating.
It really is true; you get what you pay for. In past, we used Milgard and have had their windows fail and have had to argue with them to have them replaced only to have them fail again. We did have a freak tempered glass failure a couple years ago with one of our older Andersen patio doors, but they replaced it quickly with no quibbling.
Given the high quality of our old patio doors and this new window, along with the equally high quality level of service, we will use Renewal by Andersen for any future window replacements.

FANTASTIC - normally I don't write reviews. However, my on-going experience with Anderson Windows has been exceptional. We have had three series of windows replaced by Anderson and this last install was done by Lincoln and Andrew - excellent install technicians.
Our house is a 1964 unique architectural build and overtime Anderson has been faced with walls out of plumb and square and very unique framing. Lincoln and Andrew arrived, well prepared and with very specific plans to tackle our replacement challenge. They kept me informed regularly as they work progressed to let me know the challenges they were working. I really appreciated being consulted with and having the chance to weigh in on decisions on how to deal with our homes unique issues.
They were very connecting guys and I especially enjoyed the fact that they loved their work and seemed very happy with their craft and the company. I think this and their ability to deal with our homes unique problems without skipping a beat is why we have been loyal Renewal by Anderson customers.

I wish I could give more than Five stars to the crew who did my windows (Lincoln, Estabon, Brandon). They went the extra mile for me. Since I work from home, I needed them to do my office window one day while I worked out of my temporary office. Then they could do the other window the next day. They kept all my interior protected and clean by covering everything in plastic. They had to work around a hot tub on my deck, and did so without damaging the cover! They even accomplished the job 1/2 day early! I would not hesitate for a moment to use them again. They have my highest recommendation.
The entire process was a positive experience. Starting with Sarah, my sales rep. She thoroughly answered every question and concern I had. Betty, my project manager worked around my schedule and was able to make a change I needed after having final measurements. I was kept well informed through the entire process.
Nice sales rep named David came to see us. No pressure, but your going to drop about 2000k per each window that opens. I was thinking 1000-to 1500-I have 42 windows in our little bungalow-is it really worth that? We live in a temperate climate. Just think windows are over-priced in a moderate Seattle climate.where they are not a necessity
