Our home was built in 1929. A beautiful Brick Tudor in Ballard, WA. I received a flyer from Renewal by Anderson, spoke to my wife briefly, and make an appointment for consultation. Ryan S. came out within 3-4 days of initial contact.We sat down, discussed the project, went over costs, and signed the contract. Very painless agreement. Betty, our project manager, checked in with us, and kept us informed as to when the install would take place. Our windows were custom built, and the guys started the removal and install on Monday (20JAN20). Vantha M. and Eleazar T. arrived on time, walked the property, and began the project. They were very mindful of our yard, plants and trees with putting down protection inside and out. The first day, they had removed and replaced all windows on the second story level, as well as all windows in our dining room. The second day, they knocked out the living room, bathroom, kitchen, and one of our bedrooms. Today, they were done by 1:00p with our second bedroom (office) including a new set of French Doors. We had 22 windows plus the French Doors in total. I am still amazed how they were able to get everything done so quickly. Plus, I have to add, we had some serious rain and wind the past 3 days. But this didn't stop the crew. Once install was complete, Vantha M. walked the entire house with me, and showed me how to use the windows and doors. Before the install, our heater would run once every 20 minutes to keep the temperature at 68*. Monday night, with only the upper level done, our heater ran twice all night. As I type this review, I don't believe the heat has ran since they finished installing the French Doors 7 hours ago. Amazing value for cost so far, and I know our gas bill is going to drop tremendously. Excellent job by the entire RbA crew. I highly recommend, and would be willing to show off my windows to anyone on the fence with making a decision.
