So, I met with at least five different companies before going with Andersen. Actually I had given up because no one wanted to to the job right. When I found that Andersen uses Cardinal glass I was half way home. But most importantly Andersen understood the challenges I faced and was willing to go the extra mile to do a proper install on one whole wall of windows that reach up to a 15' peaked roof. This was not an easy job to measure or install. The guys who came out, Josh Z, Johnny R. , Steve and Oliver, were go-getters. They knew when something wasn't right and they always corrected it. No other company was going to do the work these guys did to set the windows back so they were flush on the outside. There was nothing plug and replace, this was a remodel. I got what I wanted. Yes it cost a little more, but believe me, it was worth it. You have to know that the installation and drive was where Andersen shines. I'm a fan of the guys who came here, and of Andersen.
