We really enjoyed our stay. Room was great, bed was great. Staff was very nice. Looking forward to a future stay.

The location is great. Short walk to Universal. Parking is so so. The room was kind of small. No microwave available. No parks benefits packages, but you can get in an hour early to 2 parks.

We are here for the Drive, Chip and Putt competition. Parents, a different location!

Nice, kind of disappointed in the so called "arcade" and mini put-put more gear for big kids.

Place is awesome. Fountain and stream in the lobby is sweet. Enjoy

Nice hotel with friendly front desk staff. However, almost every time I've stayed here, there's been an inexplicable issue that feels to me like lax mgmt. Heater doesn't work, housekeeping not cleaning the room without being asked to do so, parking issues etc. The location is great, views not bad, food is usually quite good, and friendly staff, but a streak of incompetence lies in there somewhere.

Great experience. Bob Hope section took us over an hour. Different interactive things to do. True golf nutts will need two days to get everything in. Golf courses near the hall of fame are amazing.

This one is for Kesheem, the young man that attended to us on evening of Nov. 9th, 2017. I can't say enough about this young man's customer service. From the moment I arrived with my husband to this hotel, as we waited in line, I began to observe his demeanor, great smile, and amazing care for the customers he as attending. I have yo say he gave each person his undivided attention, and treated everyone like million dollar people, no exceptions! When he took care of us, he was just a attentive and so well educated, well spoken, and great class! This young truly holds poise and character of a leader. Thank you Kesheem. Great hotel to stay at. Anytime I am in St. Augustine Florida this is the hotel I prefer to stay at. Great service all around.

Great Service, Beautiful Views Near Attractions, Very Upscale .

In this day and age where 3 star hotels are receiving 4 stars (such a shame) this is a Very solid (legitimate 4 Star) hotel (and that's because only hotels like the Ritz Carlton rate 5 stars).

This was our first stay will Definitely won't be our last!

Golf was challenfing. Food at clubhouse was delicious.

We stayed in a beautiful suite. The room was nice, service was great. The price was pretty hefty for what we got, no breakfast included, but it was a comfortable bed and a great shower. Aveda toiletries in the bathroom. Our room had a single cup coffee maker, coffee and tea included, and a mini fridge. The kitchen didn't answer when we tried for room service, but it seemed to be a busy night. Overall, pleasant stay, but for the price.

Great Place... Good Walking and Running around the lake area. Great food choices... Oh yes... GOLF.

This place has problems. I stayed here for The Players Championship and had a decent experience. When I came back from the final round of the golf turnament I discovered that my $75.00 Players shirt that I had purchased from the tournament store and a Under Aurmor belt had been stolen from my hotel room. I have been in touch with costumer service and have not gotten compensation. They need to get a new manager.

Simply stunning!! Everything from check in to the waiting area to the rooms are fabulous. Very comfortable beds, ample space in the rooms and great customer service. They have a small convenient store on property that serves Starbucks coffee. Close to the main highway and restaurants. The views are out of this world!

Nice resort, food was not good, bed were hard. Very clean, super nice personnel. Pool was the best I have ever seen.

Driving through the resort was beautiful. The hotel lobby was beautiful and was a great place to relax and everything you need was at your fingertips restaurant, starbucks, gaming room and more. The room was spacious and the views from the room was amazing. This is my new go to spot when I visit St. Agustine. Loved it.

My mattress was a little rough and the top bed spear needed to be changed. The food was great. The people working was also great. Basically need new mattress.

The staff is very accommodating and the amenities are nice. I loved the gym. They even have a game room. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was somebody else's hair in the shower. Most everything else in the room was nice.

I attending this hotel for a convention and found the cleanliness and service of the support staff to be really stellar. They kept the show running smoothly and despite a few minor setbacks with the snack bar food availability, they really were great hosts.

We visited WGV Renaissance for my daughter's gymnastic competition and the experience was great. The ballroom is was located in was beautiful and the gymnast check in area was very easy to find and go through. I can't say much about the rooms or anything but parking was easy to find and there were plenty of places to snaps beautiful pics.

What a great location. Staff is a plus. First impressions is everything. Yhe first ones you meet is Johnny or Mark of the Valet staff. Great folks to know. If you need anything ask, they will bend over backwards to make sure that your needs are tsking care of.

They are nice. Nothing really special. Clean, nice a room.

Been twice now business and pleasure. Both times the food downstairs was great. In house bar staff were great. staff working the conventions were nice. Rooms were clean and pool was fun!

Dirty Room, From the peeling tub to the un-wiped bar, purely disgusting. Oh yeah WiFi is $13 extra for the "Premium Internet"...SLOW!!!! I wonder if I can get my money back from this dump. Do yourself a favor...book elsewhere.

Played Slammer and Squire course. Enjoyed the course and amenities.

Great place to stay, the only negative is that you have to pay for Wi-Fi. You would think a place that looks like this and in the area it's in would offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

It was my first stay there. The staff were pleasant, the room was clean, and the food delicious.

The location and great, the property was well kept, and the staff was pleasant. Thought the rooms where clean and comfortable, I didn't give 5 stars since the rooms were a bit dated.

Great service stayed well after closing hours at the bar to accommodate our company Christmas party and we're very friendly/professional.

Although I didn't actually have the pleasure of staying here. I thoroughly enjoyed attending the Jacksonville Tattoo Convention held there. This was the second time I've attended this convention here & the location is stellar. When spending the full day at one of these events, it's nice to be able to not have to leave location to find sustenance or even areas to relax for a bit. Would definitely recommend staying here for more then a day.

Boardrooms and bathrooms were clean. Lunch was delicious and well delivered and cleaned up. All employees were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lovely and the staff were sweet. The only complaint is the convention staff seemed displeased to work this convention.

The WGV is just an amazing place! From Caddyshack to the Renessaiance hotel to the IMAX and the hall of fame, it's a must visit!

Quick one night stay, but the room was clean with nice amenities. Only 20 minutes or so from historic St. Augustine. Bed was little hard for my liking, but I understand everyone is different. Would stay again.

We stayed at Rennaisance x 1 night. The first room we were given was not cleaned and the bathroom was plain filthy with hairs in it. The receptionist
gave us another room ( after their housekeeping checked it to make sure it
was cleaned)...same chronic old, looking dirt stains on the bathtub and the carpet was still not vacuumed. The bathtubs are very old since

$171.52 /night. Not worth the the quality. The staff was nice but the hotel smells old. Its old glory is gone.

A great experience including golf museum. Far more than I was expecting.

Huge location nestled in between some of the most beautiful golf courses in the state. Spacious meeting rooms and attentive staff. Definitely would attend another event here

When making reservations we put in that we preffered a king size bed. When we got there I asked for a higher room and asked if they had a balcony room. Was told they were all out. The room they gave us was by the elevator so requested a different room. Said they didnt have any because they were sold out. The room they gave had to have been the worst one they had. The small sink by the coffe maker didnt even work. The one in the bathroom you couldn't shut completely off. The tub/shower faucet could only be used for a shower. The tub spout couldn't be turned off to take a bath. The balcony didnt have a table and chairs, which every one around us did. We called and asked if we could get a set and they said they didnt have enough for all the rooms. Really?? I've spent WAY less for better rooms at a Super 8.

Amazing place. Great staff. Darnell and team at the lobby bar are as good at it gets! We travel frequently and have not have bartenders as friendly and attentive as they are here.

I enjoy my stay at this resort with a beautiful lobby and amazing service. Great place for a get away. Quiet with balcony and restful views of the sorrounding.

We only spent the day there. Great golf museum including history of the game. There is a golf challenge there and a few other activities. Great clean facilities. If you love the game go at least once.

I was there last night room 820 the room was disgusting dirty the bed full or hair and dirty !!!!don t wast your money to go to this place I talked to the manager Jenny !!!!to change the room she didn t she s unprofessional and rude !!! The manager of housekeeping staff is nice he apology he cleaned the room .
