Perfect hotel with great service and the staff are extremely professional and helpful.

Location is good near the twin towers
They have a great lounge which I enjoyed all of the time in my stay.

Luxury Hotel at Kuala Lumpur Malaysia: If are visiting with family , must book SUITE , which a sufficiently large living place with drawing and dining place with two separate bathroom , moreover its at city centre, walking distance from Petronas Tower

The food sucks. For 2 days we noted during the conference that food does not fit a 5 star hotel. Its not about variety rather the taste was horrible. The plates were unclean. I was shocked of the low standard. Pipes in the toilet was broken. There was a power trip the first day that resulted in the conference being delayed. Light were burned out here and there. Shocking that a 5 star hotel have such poor environment. Car park in level 3 smells and have no lights in the morning..
Stayed in this hotel because it's our airline panel hotel. Good 5 star hotel. Room is big & spacious. Swimming pool is very beautiful with nice landscape. Buffet breakfast was good with many choices. Very recommended hotel.

Asked for king bed but given 2 singles. They did upgrade room though.
Attended wedding dinner at the Ballroom. The food wasn't up to par with the ambience. Our waiter, Pretom was really attentive and courteous. Kitchen was slow. Long wait between courses.
Not as brightly lit as it could have been. Food was sub par for such a banquet event. And there were no tissues or drinks at the banquet... Biggest disappointment of my life in terms of hospitality

Location is good.rooms are big clean and cozy. But staff is very helpful I just say this first row. Breakfast buffet so far best I ever had. Price is yes higher than average but for my opinion it worthy.i enjoy alot to stay here. Definitely recommended.

Hotel is well located and the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good of varieties. Rooms are perfect. There have a rooftop pool and bar with a nice view on the city. Gym is below average. Overall a very good hotel that I would return too.

Very nice hotel The attention is expectacular, they treat you like king. A beautiful view of the Petronas towers. It is not very central. The sushi restaurant of the hotel normal and quite expensive for the prices of the other restaurants in Kuala Lumpur

Had a free upgrade to a lifestyle room. Not much difference from the superior but it had a couch.
It was an ok hotel but had some minor issues with the toilet bowl leaking. Location outside of Bukit bintang center but you can either take a Grab or the LRT (about 10 minutes)
It's under repair, so the new apartment is in good condition.
Clean, cozy, very close to local landmarks (KLCC, KL Tower, etc). Walking distance to Quill city mall. East wing room is recommended since it is facing Twin tower perfectly.

You have to call numerous times before you can get your room. Really spoil your holiday mood.
Renaissance KL Hotel
1. Hotel guest also need to pay RM10 parking fees.
2. Bathtub Stopper not working
3. Coffee maker not working
4. Dust at all the corners
5. Street Food is much better than the food at Temptation Restaurant
However the staffs at Temptation is really helpful. All others services are below 3 STARS. There are a lot of better choices in KL. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE.
I dont really no about the hotel but the area is good for visitors to stay n visit KL
I entered via Jln Ampang to meet a guest but was told to take one big turn to park my car as they closed the entrance to the car park due to some work being carried out. They could have made the existing two ways into one ways for cars entering via Jln Ampang and placing guards to control the traffic but never took that initiative.
Averege old hotel but kept well, view is good that was view from my number, the window was not so clean

Very large hotel situated with two if its sister hotels in the CBD of Kuala Lumpur. It's not too far away from the Twin Towers (300m) and transport is easy and close by. The rooms are old and a little bit run down but the pool is really quite good. Really good views from the room windows.
Location is great. Pools are very good. West wing lobby is under renovation. I got a renovated room on 26th floor which is very nice. Club lounge is nice too.
Centrally located in the city with lots of attractions around. Decent place to stay. Nice staff.

Pretty good but they have a lot of renovation work left. The staff are quite helpful.
The stay itself was pleasant but the check out ruined our entire experience with the hotel. We ended up paying double the price for the rooms that was confirmed upon the checking in. Without any reasonable explanation they have charged us for the things that we have never agreed on. It's a shame. Never booking with them again.
Hotel Renaissance is in the heart of Kaula lampur city. Great rooms and superb room service.
Only problem I find is less number of south indian food served here.

5 star service with amazing lunch/dinner. The facilities are amazing also including sauna jacuzzi steam room and swimming pool. The open bar serves lovely bbq and alcohol
Always come to this lovely hotel while in KL. Lovely staff and perfect facilities. The rooms are generously large. The location is very convenient and breakfast is fabulous.
