I have become a few hotel club member, Marriott is the worst I've ever seen.
1. Calls, no response
2. Booking, no response
3. Enquiries, no response
4. Complaint, no response
You have to call numerous times before you can get your room. Really spoil your holiday mood.
Renaissance KL Hotel
1. Hotel guest also need to pay RM10 parking fees.
2. Bathtub Stopper not working
3. Coffee maker not working
4. Dust at all the corners
5. Street Food is much better than the food at Temptation Restaurant
However the staffs at Temptation is really helpful. All others services are below 3 STARS. There are a lot of better choices in KL. REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE.
