Modern, clean, upscale hotel. Polite and efficient staff at the front desk and restaurant.

It would've been a 5 but we had to go to the front desk not once, but twice because our key card wasn't working. Other then that this is definitely a place on my list to stay at
Wonderful spot, very clean, comfortable bed and the breakfast was very nice.
Nice rooms. Door locks sometimes awkwardly lock though.
It was a very nice hotel with a nice clean room. The only problem was the smell. It smelled lime roach spray.
I only popped by to pick some people up, but it seemed pretty comfortable and the people I picked up enjoyed their stay quite a bit. Its close proximity to the subway was also really quite convenient.
All I can say is that the hotel is awesome from indoor ambiance to suite room and breakfast food it's like we want to stay more days to explore the modern style hotel...
Worst experience ever. Got yelled at for a mistake made by the hotel staff. Never treated like this in my life. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
No free WiFi and no complimentary breakfast, no cofee ! Hated the place
The room is kind of plain but looks great when decorated and the lights dimmed a little. The management is easy to work with and the bartenders are fun and friendly. The dinners were prepared perfectly. Everything flows nicely from the cocktail area to the main ballroom for the dinner/dancing.

Checking in was quick, although the front desk didn't seem to want to answer a couple simple questions of mine. Clean room, spacious, comfy, I'd certainly return.
The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are nice and modern. The reason we stayed was the park, sleep, fly option. We left our car in their covered garage and took a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour (at 330am!) and brought us right to our terminal. Not too expensive, either, considering I would have paid, at minimum, $70 to park at the airport.
Getting run down, restaurant is below average and the rooms are noisy and it's expensive. Their gym isn't great and the executive lounge needs a face lift. Good location to airport...that's about it
Location is great, we wanted something close to L station so we could walk to it. Room was decent. There's where the positive comments end. We used to stay at another property close to a station, this one was a bit closer for only a bit more so we thought we'd try it out. Either it wasn't listed or I missed it, parking is 30 dollars per day, the other property had free parking. Slow internet is free for Marriott rewards members, if you want anything worth a darn you pay for it. Everything is extra, I'm surprised I didn't have to put a quarter in the toilet. I can't stand places that nickel and dime you with everything. They know what they want to charge for their rooms, but they know they'd get less guests. You'd think then, that this would be a ritzy joint. To be honest, the lobby was nice, the room was pretty standard just several floors up and suffered from the same problems you might find at less expensive properties. Cracks in bathroom tile, light switch that doesn't do anything, finishes of some things worn out, terrible pillows. I'd find little reason to go back, the added expense of parking did not make up for the small reduction of a walk to the station.
Clean, large rooms. Pleasant staff. Good restaurant downstairs.
Both staff and hotel are topnotch. Very well taken care of property and easily accessible to both the cta's blue line and buses. Will stay here more for sure.
Room 722 has a great view out the window but can hear plans fly by from time to time. The pool and gym are very nice.
Fold out bed didn't have sheets on it mattress was hard. Room service brought sheets up and just handed them to me every other hotel I stayed in put sheets on for you. For the price of the stay and charge for parking garage you would have thought they would have put sheets on.
It was a little hard to park due to the traffic, but once it it was easy to get in the hotel and out of the event.
Really nice hotel. Rooms were very clean and the bar area was extremely nice. We didn t have the breakfast as we went to have breakfast at a different location so I can t say much T.I that. Only thing is there was a group of 3 older Caucasian men (my sister and friend are African American) and they began to flirt with us and buy us drinks (no problem there)..but they thought we were tipsy enough to go back to the room with them. We told them we were going to our room to freshen up and we laughed all the way to the room and made sure we double locked our door. Lol!
United cancelled my flight and they booked this hotel for me. It was beyond my expectations. A suite with basically everything you may look for in a hotel room: desk, iron, coffee maker, compelete set of shower needs and so on. It only missed safe or I couldn't find it. The room's ambiance was elevated with a big wall poster. Oh and I ordered a side salad with grilled chicken from the restaurant and it was devine.
Very comfortable pleasant service, clean environment
I had great service friendly employees but not so clean bathroom
The neighbourhood (aka the airport and landing planes!) was a bit loud in the room, but I've never stayed in an airport hotel before so couldn't compare it to others. The hotel room itself was gorgeous. I was on the 14th floor in a beautiful room/suite. The bed was very very comfortable. The bathroom with walk in shower was my favourite part. It was wonderful and felt very luxurious compared to most hotel bathrooms and showers. The only downside was that there was no heat in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that it seemed I couldn't watch TV at all, only paid options. And the fact that Wi-Fi wasn't included for the room was very disappointing. I thought that was pretty standard these days in nice hotels!
However the staff was very pleasant and the room very comfortable for an overnight stay. Overall a great stay.
Stayed for a quick overnight after lots of travel, was pretty slick and clean. 10/10.
Excellent hotel and service. Great location to public transportation. Will be back
Clean, attentive staff, concierge level well done. The parking garage is crowded with small stalls and limited spaces due to being shared with office plaza next door.
The hotel is nice. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Friendly staff who are quick to help. I would recommend this hotel.
Stayed all week and attended a work event at the hotel all week. Hotel was awesome!!
Wonderful experience with great accommodations and service.
My stay was very short after getting in late driving to Atlanta....clean
First of all,do not be biased-this place is not 4 star and barely been(probably about 10 years ago )i really took some time to think whether i should really give such bad review or not and decided-yes.there are a plenty of 3 star hotels in the area(i have lots of reviews with attached photoes)that will provide you with way better services.
Minuses:the stuff is rude(maybe they do not like new yorkers, here are sone phrases i ve been told during my three nights stay it s your personal issue (asked for a coffee machine because i have class at 7 am online,i do not want to go sleepy downstairs and btw buy coffee in starbucks since they should provide it with a cofee machine in the room
Is there anything else,i have to help other customers (when asked for my Bonvoy number so i could use wi fi free), i am not sure if they can do that (when tried to book a housekeeper ONE DAY AHEAD(its a requirement)there is no coffee as it usually is in a lobby and no microwave to warm up food.there are pics of the room if you re still interested be sure to bring your own coffee there are garbage bags left for me in a bathroom,so cute)
Pluses:gym and pool open, great view from the upper floor, quiet, spacious room, two closets, nice bed and linen ,nice hairdryer sufficient to serve long enough to blow-dry long hair,Mariano s is just across the road via subway pedestrian bridge
Reliable and consistent. Very chipper staff. Feels nice and high quality.
Beautiful hotel. Lots of amenities inside the hotel and things to do in the surrounding neighborhood. Very close to the airport and free shuttle is available. Staff is friendly and works hard to address anything you have. Not too pricy for the location.
The room and amenities were clean and the staff was helpful.
A very nice room, comfortable bed, easy going lobby. A very nice hotel in the Ohare area. Stayed for a park and fly the night prior to a trip and all went well. Check in was very quick and parking was easy in a garage.
Great hotel. Rooms are pretty quiet considering all the air traffic overhead. Otherwise the hotel was excellent.
The facilities were well kept up. The rooms were spacious and affordable. There was also a pool and a sauna.
Modern, clean and well-layed out hotel with friendly staff. Only downside is that the area is "developing" which limits diverse eateries within walking distance.
Feels like a city loft apartment . Beautiful decor, staff is nice, shuttle service is always on time and train blue line within waking distance . I love staying here when I come to town
The hotel is on a great location. Close to the casino and a lot of options for meals... the rings were clean and spacious. The service was great. The manager and employee and the front desk were both very nice and helpful.
Great room. Very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were quite large.
Beautiful hotel great location to blue line quiet area indoor pool was very nice
Room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds are fantastic. Shower was nice. Couldn't hear airplanes at all unless you were outside, which I was surprised about. Staff was very friendly. Vending machines were all "sold out" so I had to buy a $4 soda from the market in the hotel but everything else was fine.
Ordered room service twice and both meals were nice.
Stayed in newly renovated floor. Beautiful ambiance, wonderful customer service. Ended up there after flight was cancelled and they were amazing.
The room we booked was very clean. But we had hard time to check-in. The staff at the front desk couldn t find our confirmation # from Expedia. And I think the parking fee this hotel changed is too much. Anyway we had a good time to stay there.
Also I found out later that the hotel charged me extra $15. The lady told me that I owe them $35 for parking when I checking out. I even told them I have Bonvoy account for free internet. But they still charged me $50. The hotel was good, but the staff are crooks, not user-friendly, and not honest.
This cannot be a 4 star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature control worked perfectly. Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Whenever you call, whether it's from your cell phone or the room, they take 2 full minutes of ringing to answer. Every Time. I called before I got there with some questions and the lady pretended like she couldn't hear me but responded to all my non- hotel related questions perfectly. On arrival I asked about any fees I would/may be charged, as I read online there is a $35 parking fee. The clerk simply stated they were temporarily charging my card $50 for incidentals. (Which is actually low) I had to ask specifically about the parking fee for her to even tell me there is a fee and other nearby parking available. I found permit free street parking a block away, which isnt bad, as the garage parking is also a block away. I also saw another guest checking in that was not told about the price of parking when they specifically asked. $13 fee for wifi. Don't expect a kitchen area or even a microwave or coffee maker. They just have a WARM mini fridge. Called down to ask about a room with a kitchen area and was told they don't have any, but they didn't offer me the use of the microwave in the lobby until I specifically asked. I also asked for more towels (as they give you only 2) and they never came. When I finally went down to get them personally I was questioned about how many people were in the room and why the 2 towels they provided weren't enough before I was reluctantly given the towels after he made sure to note how many he gave me. I also asked about laundry service, and was given a flat no, and again had to pry to get a reason, as it was one of the reasons I booked. They said it was closed for COVID which I understand, but again, an attempt to provide me with clarity was not made. Tvs in the room were very small and the alarm clock was not functional. $13 fee for wifi. The little lotion bottle was USED. Nasty af. Not coming back.
Very nice rooms, recently renovated. The in room dining options have been greatly improved since my last visit here.
Only stayed one night- service was okay, room was okay, nothing exceptional. I'm not from the area, so I'm not a big fan of paying $30 for parking. The room was clean, which is always a concern.
Room was wonderful but shuttle from O'Hare to hotel was inefficient and stressful.
Nice hotel, very spacious bathrooms and rooms, check in team adhered to my profile requests (not always common). No complaints!
Let's start with the hidden charges: $30 per day parking - okay fine, you'll pay that anywhere to park in Chicago HOWEVER we arrived at 11:39 PM and at checking out they had charged us for $30 for that 20 minutes of parking and refused to take it off or put prorate it at all. Then, they charge you for housekeeping which is a complete joke. We would have declined if they had given us the option. Everytime our room was freshened up they would take all towels and not give any new ones so we'd have to call for towels every time. Literally the only noticeable difference to our room after the "freshening up" was folded toilet paper, missing towels, and blankets pulled back up on the bed.
Now on to the cleanliness: the grout in the bathroom was dirty and stained, the in room advertisements and room service menus were crumpled and dirty, clearly reused many times. The hot tub and pool were cloudy, green and smelled. The pool area is incredibly dangerous, very slippery. Both of my children and I slipped as did several other people I witnessed while there. Both my children also had random hairballs stuck to them while at the pool too, gross.
In summary, you're really not saving any money by booking here as they'll get you for everything on-site anyway, not the cleanest, and certainly not the most friendly. Look elsewhere, you can definitely do better in Chicago.
Attended for a wedding. The food was delicious and the event space was perfect for a large group (250). The cocktail hour in the lobby was also great for the event. All the staff was friendly the entire night.
Not enough towels, no sheets for sofa bed, door to restroom wouldn't close
No complimentary wifi , ridiculous parking charges and very rude staff
I had a great experience staying here. The hotel is so beautiful from the lobby to the room, it s very well done. The rooms are like small apartments rather than just a bedroom. There s a living room opening up to a desk/office area, bathroom and a room all opening into each other like a circle. The room was clean and the service was great- I have no complaints!
Helpful and friendly staff. Hotel shuttle that runs on the hour and half hour. There is a restaurant and bar on the lobby level. Modern and spacious rooms.
Lame. They charged me $50 as a deposit for the room, which was not reimbursed. I called them three times already. They always say they ll be taking care of it, but they never do.
They provide a really poor service. The manager there is unprofessional, arrogant and condescending. He needs to learn a lot about customer service. I definitely do not recommend. There are better options in the area.
Parking is $35 a night per vehicle-no microwave in room, cabinet falling off, really horrible customer service.
Stopped in briefly to warm up. They even offered me coffee to take with me for the rest of my walk home. Wonderful staff and a beautiful lobby!
Consistently excellent. Clean, great rooms. Price is right. Service at the bar...meh, not great: overpriced and understaffed. Please note: that is only the bar.
Nickle and dime you for everything. I've never been to a hotel that makes you pay for wifi or parking. My sheets haven't been washed as I see stains in them, even after room service. The place looks nice, but they make you pay for it
Great employees. Clean hotel. The only bad thing was they didn t get A&E
Called the hotel within a couple hours of leaving behind an expensive gift just before Christmas, staff wouldn't let me talk to management or cleaning staff. I stayed on hold, left messages, called at the times I was told to call to reach someone, called at least once a day for two weeks, was continually given the run around and unable to speak to anyone willing to help. Even being gold members and staying at this hotel regularly I still experienced the worst costumer service I've ever had staying in a hotel. Cancelled our stay there for the following week when no one would let me talk to management or give me straight answers. I definitely would not recommend staying here, I will continue to call until I can reach staff that will take the issue seriously and contact corporate offices to make them aware that this location will not let you talk to management or cleaning staff when needed. Not how a business should be run and not happy with the experience at all.
Friendly staff, but check-in took way to long. The desk person moved very slowly, while the lime got longer. She was alone, and there was a couple checking in that play 1000 questions. Also a flight crew was checking in and that took a long time. I am an elite hotel member, and no acknowledgement or thank you that is fairly standard.
