Well. What a horrible experience. NO ONE is going to believe me but its the truth. Today 10/07/2013. I received a call at my home from the office cancelling my 9:15 appt. My daughter took down the message. I called back and the one lady Helen said no the appt wasn't cancelled. Noone called me she said. Are you sure. she was already annoyed it seems so treaded liteley. I wasnt understanding the call and she placed me on hold. She said well it was cancelled because you didnt have your daughters MRI done. She said my insurance co are fighting and they wont pay for it. I said yes I had it done last week. The insurance companies called me and they gave me certification numbers and I have a letter that came in the mail stating the cert number. She said NO you didnt have an MRI. Yes I did Knowing how frustrating Monday can be for the phone girl up front I asked to speak with the woman who called me about me certification. She didnt let me get a word in. I was like... ok... but.. I didnt. Then I said time out Im trying to talk to here I am not sure whats going on. I dont know whats going on. They speak loud and over you. BRenda got on the phoe she said she was the office manager. She said the girl before me was not loud. Brenda said Perhaps I need another orthopedic dr there are plenty and that I didnt have to come there. I said NO Im coming in.Went in they were all smiles. I thought what is happening. I called larchmont imagaing and they said they dont give you images unless the doc requested but they give reports. I dont know how it all works. Larchmont said they didnt request one. Heck regional didnt even know I went. We get there. We wait and was put in a room the nurse comes in and says its fine she will get examined and we will get the report. OK everything fine. Well the doc comes in and tells me (raises his voice and says I was rude to his family staff. Mind you my daughter is in the room. She was the one with the injury. I said wait I wasnt rude. He also speaks over me I quiet down because now Im shaking and he hands me the report. He says do you want me to examine your daughter I have things to do he didnt have time for me because I was rude. I couldnt even get a word in. I sit in shock and I decide NO i grab my daughters crutches and he came after me. HE wanted the report that was in my hand. But i was soooo scared of him. I crouch at the door and say dont touch me I will call the police. I run out with my daughter shook and scared. What happened this morning. I was crying hysterically and someone said that place isnt very good.

The team is great but trying to get an appointment is like pulling teeth no one ever answers the phone in the physical therapy department and even if you leave a message they never call you back you literally have to call the main branch and be transferred in order to get through and then you become position 4 or 5 and wait your way through

I have been a patient here for a few years as have my sons when they end up hurting themselves and i have never had anything less than a great experience. They explain everything as they go from pre-op to post-op to testing etc. Will continue to go to to them for all of my families orthopedic needs and highly reccomend Dr. Garcia for any knee problems you may have.

I've tried to call the Cherry Hill office at least 20 times and the prompt does not work. I've left several messages with several people just to pay a $32.89 bill. I got one call back two days later and yes I did not have my into on me. There customer service is poor. When I reached someone they put through to voice mail. I called at least 7 times today trying to get someone to take the payment. When I got through they told be I can bring the payment to the office or mail it in. I have an HSA card. Just poor service.

Terrible. I'm just learning my pain doesn't matter and they don't mind there is no customer service and you will wait for ever in the waiting room sometimes with no seating. If you have better insurance look elsewhere. The condescending APN Tessandra told me numerous times how she hated my insurance while giving poor service. She actually told me another Dr could go ahead and give me the help I needed very unprofessional. I'm still suffering and looking for another doctor ASAP. I didn't ask for this I also wanted to see a Dr. guess depending on my insurance I get whomever. Good luck.

I have been comming to this practice for years and there is no place else I would go. The doctors are great.the the staff and Ms Tessandra,it's worth the wait .Thats why there are so many patients, everyone gets the attention they need. If you don't like the wait go somewhere else!!! And Tess and the Dr Gliemers have always went above and beond to help me and I would like to thank everyone there!!!

This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had in any area of service. I'm still left without full mobility after knee surgery and have to seek rehab elsewhere. The staff is lazy, disrespectful, and act as if you are a burden to their time. I checked into the desk at the start of my appointment, and they send me off right to the bike, and tell me to do the same routine I always do, without any checkup on my range of motion, how I am doing, or my progress in general. Regional Orthopedics's staff needs to go relearn how to properly care for their patients.

Have received excellent treatment over the last ten years, including two meniscus procedures and and annual, routine knee injections of a gel lubricant. Thanks to the treatments I am able to enjoy a very active lifestyle. I have always had good appointments: readily available, friendly and courteous staff, and competent medical care.

They don't even deserve one star! The facility looks like it could be in the center a third world country. It's falling apart and it's filthy. Its a three hour wait to see a doctor. The staff are lazy and ignorant. They do not follow up with scheduled appointments but they will call you after you did not show up only to blame you for not making the appointment. I literally argued with the receptionist for 5 minutes about why I missed my appointment only to realize it was completely my fault. I was so aggravated with the service they provide I called to cancel my surgery. The receptionist didn't even bother to ask why she just said OK and hung up on me. IT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO PAY $65.00 TO FIGURE ALL OF THIS OUT.. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROTHMAN INSTITUTE. MY SURGERY WENT WELL! GREAT FACILITY AND DOCTORS.

While this is a very busy office and you sometimes may need to wait, Dr. Kaliny and Tess always spend as much time as I need to discuss my care. The real STAR is Sabrina, who waited at the office for me tonight because I had an issue with a procedure I had this morning. She was there with my husband and I until after 7 PM helping me. She always has a smile and a kind word. She is a blessing!

TERRIBLE! It's really a shame because the Sewell office is absolutely wonderful! Dr. Gleimer, Vince, Abby, and all the therapists are so helpful and actually care about their patients. That being said, the Cherry Hill office is on the complete opposite of the spectrum! You wait hours in the waiting room for your appointment. Everything seems to be a huge inconvenience for the staff, and Dr.Kalini is only nice to women and is just worried about flirting with the incompetent med assistants.. my husband has been #1 scheduled for an appt. WHEN THE DR WAS ON VACATION! #2 scheduled for the dr when he was doing sugies that day (not even in the building). Meanwhile, he leaves work early to go these appointments.. One of the nurses actually had the nerve to tell my husband "be careful you don't overdose", WHAT?!?! Slipped/herniated discs with nerve damage and 3 unsuccessful epidurals, all while working full time doing construction everyday. What a joke! You can also bet on seeing a show in the waiting room by one of the random crackheads in there on any given day! What a disappointment. The sewell office is wonderful, I just hope Dr. Gleimer does some house cleaning over there!

Only half of the staff were wearing masks the day I was there. One, who was wearing a mask covering her mouth and not her nose, was lecturing a patient about safety of the patients. I had an 8 AM appointment, by 8:30 the waiting room was packed with too many people and I was still waiting. Wait time has been consistently at least 30 minutes beyond your appointment time for doctor Padulla since he started there. I will never go into that place again.

Loved it there. Tore my acl/ mcl/ and meniscus about 5 years ago. My doctor had me do a month of physical therapy prior to surgery and was walking again up until it was time for surgery. Post surgery was only on crutches for roughly 2 weeks and then later on my knew was scarring faster then they though so had to have another surgery to scrape the scarring. All in all I was back to full activity in 6 months which I was shocked about as I thought it would be longer. When I thought I re-tore it about a year later had no problem getting an appointment to check on it which it was fine. The office does tend to get busy but that should be expected as with any doctors office. My advice, always show up earlier then your scheduled time and you'll be fine. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The doctor do a good job but as for getting paperwork done is not one of them. Their policy is that it takes 7-10 days for the paperwork to be filled out, it has been 3 weeks and it still has not been done.
I might be unemployed due to the paperwork my job needs that is not done.

I wish I could give a negative rating. These people should rename the office to be The Great Extortion office ? Every penny they charge upfront & then only they schedule an appointment for the next visit. They won t send a reminder or an email for an in coming appointment. And Incase you missed that due to bad health or a back pain they quickly & for sure quietly send forward your case to QAR, the recovery agency, without notifying you even.

The fees paid to agency & paperwork to recover $ 63.58 is not worth the effort & if explained through a statement or email can be amicably settled too but no, they prefer litigation, court, lawyer. When I got the statement after 5 months, now I wonder what the heck.

Anything but great service is there motto. A series of bad (1/5) ratings don t deter them either in this regard. Someone with little pride left, managing the center, would care but then the whole idea is to harass patients & such people won t deter even if they are time & again reprimanded.

Irony is I can t say run as fast as you can from here, because most whom come here come on walkers or stretchers And you are sitting duck, waiting to be fried.

I do agree the process to my appointment can be a wait but let me tell you out of all the doctors I have been to in over 13 years, I have had the most relief from my pain because of what Tess has ordered for me. I like the fact that they want to get me off of pain drugs that can be harmful in the long run. She gives me a real check up. All I have to do is point to a part in my back That hurts and Tess knows exactly what part of my back needs the help. I couldn t tell you enough on how this was the most relief I have had from any doctor. I would sit all day and take attitudes from anyone who could help me the way they do. I can t speak for everyone there because they had messed up a few times with my medications and scheduling. I ve had to sit on the phone awhile but that s because they are so busy helping other people. In my opinion they are that good. If your just looking for drugs this isn t the place for you but if you re looking for some real relief I recommend it. Let s not forget the man of my dreams at the hospital who does the back injections. Thanks Doc you truly are the BEST!!! I have prayed a long time for the relief he gives me.

Was reffered here by Kennedy ER. Was told that I don't need an appointment and to show up any time after 9 am to see Dr. Gleimer.
BS. I come in and tell them that I was reffered and was informed Dr. Gleimer wasn't going to be back for another couple days. Yeah that's the hospitals fault for reffering me without knowing and the reception staff at Regional Orthopedics was exceptionally rude about it.
They needed to make me a new patient account and so one of the receptionists calls another one over to help with it and her response was "well I'm not dealing with that. Get *insert name here* to do it. Was he reffered by the hospital? Where is he anyways?"
I was standing less than two feet in front of them on the other side of the desk.
More comments were made and altogether they we're treating me like it was specifically my fault for coming in without an appointment when it was the hospital that sent me.
They scheduled me to come back in on Friday but I am never setting another foot inside their offices.

Dr. Paiste as a surgeon was superb with my 90 year old mother - does incredible work and has a great "bedside manner". This is why I am so surprised that the rest of the staff at this center simply lack compassion, understanding or even the most basic of courtesies. They have no problem talking behind people's backs where they are completely audible, show no kindness or care towards patients and I would even call in to question their basic competencies. Given the number of 50+ year old patients, you would think they would be a bit better in assisting older patients. In addition the facility is not handicapped friendly - lack of front entrance access, doors that have no electronic openers and are heavy and difficult to maneuver. Again great doctor/surgeon, but a horrible post-op center. Staff need a major attitude adjustment - from front desk to medical assistants.

After months and months of being treated like you are crazy, pain cannot be in all of those places and let's give you another shot that will work! Give us more money, ok that one did not work let's try another, and being told you are to fat to have surgery. No connection or communication between staff. You are left hanging. I had to go to another facility who within a 10 minutes evaluation had me set up for surgery. Do not put yourself through this!!

Be prepared to be on hold for at lease 1/2 hour each time you call. My husband was referred to Dr. Gliemer for surgery by our family doctor. When we called to make an appt we were told we have to see Dr weissband first. Why? Because he sees all new patient first. Oh, I see, waist the patients time and make more revenue for the practice. Why Dr. Weissband? He is not a surgeon. Oh, again, revenue for the practice.
We are still in a pandemic. Why would you make a patient come in once then twice. Oh, money over patient. Not my idea of good patient care. Also, staff not very friendly on the phone. No thank you....

If you see the doctor it isn't too bad. But if you see a P.A. forget it. This woman told me my pain was not real and that 99% of the population has what I have. She seemed so aggravated that she had to see me I felt as though I did something wrong to her. I left feeling worst emotionally than when I went in. She threatened me saying the doctor was going to yell at me at my next appointment. I've been cancelling my appointments ever since.

This is the worst doc office i have ever been to. I never met the doctor doing a surgical procedure until they was about to wheel me into surgical room. Typical wait time has been between 2 to 3 hours. Then they make you feel like you are in the wrong for being angry. i have been dealing with this for about a year and was prescribed pain meds, 5 day script that made me sick. 2 week later i go back for follow up and tell the physicians assistant who is the only person i ever see when i go in that they make me sick. she said ok and that was the end of it no alternative meds or nothing. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to this office since February of this year. Dr. Anette Brzozowski is absolutely amazing, but I recommend to see her in a different office. I gave them fmla paper work, I had to wait almost three weeks, not the 7 to 10 business days they calm. I was told to call and leave my info for them to complete my temp disability forms. I returned to work in march and still haven't received my Temp disability because they haven't comepleted my paper work. I had a recent appt and asked about the paper work they told me it's a $20 fee to complete paper work. Very poor office management and lack of communication. And why a fee to complete paper work??

Here we go again!!! This office is just ridiculous. I got a letter from Temporary Disability yesterday saying they haven't recieved my medical information. I call the office to see if it was done. The lady informs me she was just about to get to it right before I called. Then she says she tought I went back to work cause she doesn't have my records. I tell her I've been out of work since 04/28. I check online to see if the paperwork was done; didn't they input the wrong information. I do not have a heel spur. They really need to get their front office under control. Shouldn't my info be in my file?? Not understanding @ all...

I called as per the insurance company and was told to call and make an appointment since my elbow was in severe pain and I was told that they would not see me since I did not see him first I figured that since I was a past patient they would give me the appointment I was asking for when I spoke to a office manager I was spoken down to when I asked if Dr Kahn would please give me a call back she got rude and hung up on me. If that is how you treat people. I am sure the Dr will never see this and I won't here from them again but they should be embarrassed by the way they talked to me. I called the insurance company back and could not believe it.

When you leave the appointment in tears, you know ...

When you leave the appointment in tears, you know it's bad.

I had an appointment with one of the Dr. Gleimers a couple months back. There's more than one, which makes it horribly confusing. I can't speak for the other, but if you see an older gentleman with a beard, brace yourself.

He fancies himself a comedian. His comedy, from my experience, consists of dismissing a patient's concerns, ignoring any options for how to handle life between the visit and the [potential] procedure, and forcing your joints into painful positions while making glib comments to his PA. I'll give you an example. I had been living in pain for about 5 months at the time of my visit. I had a job that I love, but it had me on my feet for 8 hours a day. He made assumptions about where I work and what my job entails based on my job title. Both of his assumptions were incorrect. It took his PA pointing out that my job exists at more than one location. I asked about a gel I had heard about that numbs pain. His response: "Well, your insurance won't cover that. As far as pain management, you could get a new job." I responded with silence. His PA saw my discomfort and decided to reiterate the suggestion.

Another example: it turns out I had a physical/medial issue that prevented me from fully extending my knee. During my visit, he extended the joint as far as he could. As I sat there, white-knuckled, grimacing, unable to speak from the pain, he turned to his PA and said "See? You just have to earn their trust!"

This meeting took place 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment and it ended with him saying he can't help me and I should see somebody else.

By the time I left the exam room I was insulted and in pain. I walked away in tears. Both Dr. Gleimer and his PA seemed OK with this result. This is on top of the support staff that is clearly overworked, frustrated, and miserable.

I wound up having surgery from another doctor. There was a LOT wrong with me. And yet, when I mentioned pain management, Dr. Gleimer's attitude turned on a dime. He stopped trying to be some bit-rate funny guy and immediately acted like I was some druggy who was worse less than the dirt on his shoe. It seems like if you mention pain at all, you're immediately pegged as a drug-seeker, no matter how legitimate your issue is.

Avoid this place, avoid this doctor, go somewhere else, anywhere else!

Wosrt Office Ever! Unprofessional treatment of patients, unethical billing practices, promise not to put you on narcotics then accuse you of being a drug addict when they change your perscriptions (yes, PLURAL) 3 times in 2 months. Then they discharge you when you question the changes. Dr.Mohseh Kalliny himself told me the duragesic patches he put me on are "bullsh**" and all the insurence companies care about is getting you the cheapest meds. Then he called me a drug addict when I told him they don't work. They don't even know who they're talking to on the phone. He tells my wife "I know your husband, he walks with a cane." I don't, BTW. And on the discharge paper work they have my date of birth WRONG!? Who did they discharge?! I hope some old bastard with a cane doesn't walk in and the Dr be like "WTF are YOU doing here, drug addict!?" Then Dr.Mohsen Kalliny told my wife he can recommend plenty of doctors that just write perscriptions because all I want is drugs! I'm STILL waiting for the list! I'd get better care from a mob doctor. If anyone can recommend one I'm sure these idiots can give him/her plenty of business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR USE WEB MD!
