Very much enjoyed my movie experience here.

Very much enjoyed my movie experience here.

The theater seemed to be very clean. When the lines at concessions started to get long, they opened more registers. The cashier even helped me get more for my money which is always a plus.

My favorite thing was the self service ticketing so we got to skip the line there. All in all we will be back!

Your food service was offering a combo for $10.49 and all employees said there was not a deal like that available and the next option was $16. They said that deal was not available and your managers blamed it on corporate not updating screens, but they had no fix for the screen deal advertised. If your advertising a deal then you should honor the deal that is advertised. OR have a fix that ALL employees are aware of. The lack of knowledge and awareness is poor and unacceptable for the price that is being paid. You have a wonder why people stay home and ignore theaters it's bc of terrible service doe outrageous price being paid. I will promise that I will NOT return to another Regal theater with this kind of disappointment.

We enjoyed our first family trip to the movies in 2020. The renovations look amazing. The staff really made us feel right at home; this entire review is to thank the lady who showed us around and made us completely comfortable. We look forward to coming back soon!

Large multi-theater complex located in Turkey Creek shopping center. Pleasant staff with typical movie snacks. Arrive early for newer releases seats fill quickly. Comfortable stadium seats with high backs and good sound. Depending upon the movie, there are various levels of viewing-e.g., normal, 3D, IMAX, IMAX 3D, RPX and RPX 3D. RPX stands for Regal Premium Experience.

Clean, functional, great staff. Lost a star for movies being too loud ( e.g. 85 dB) and management says they are within parameters set by the company. Now I take earplugs, and I've seen another moviegoer with them too!

This theater recently started requiring you to pick your seats when purchasing your tickets. You are then expected to sit in your assigned seat(s). I'm not a fan of this concept because you have no idea who is sitting in front of you. So if you are short or have kids and a really tall person is in front of you then theres nothing you can do about it. It's also leading to entitled people picking seats at box office and then coming in theater and asking other guests to scoot down into seats that neither of them have or to swap seats with them because they like those seats better. I had a group of 5 ask me, my husband, and son to move for them, which I politely declined to do. They had the opportunity to pick their seats just like we did. We are now going to a non regal theater where they do not have a seating chart that has to be followed. And their concession lines are shorter than Regals too.

Went to IMAX movie and the picture and sound are excellent as you would expect. Friendly and courteous staff. Two issues though: the price is becoming prohibitive for a family at nearly $20 each for IMAX 3D tickets, and if Regal is going to continue to sell assigned seating it needs to monitor the correct seats in the theatre instead of relying upon customers to ask other customers to move from their seats.

Came to see Dunkirk in 70mm and not only left seeing a great movie but knowing what theater I will be going to in the future. The ticket booth very pleasant to talk to and the audience in the theater was so respectful not to talk and comment during the showing

The only reason I keep coming back to this craphole is that it's the only large format (ie Imax, RPX, etc) in town. The customer service is always awful. On my most recent trip I came after work with the intention of eating at the theater. After purchasing my ticket and waiting in line at the concession stand I'm told that the kitchen is closed. When I inquired as to the reason, I was told that the kitchen closes after the last showing of the night begins. This policy is understandable, but the showing I was attending had not yet started. I pointed this out and was told, "I'm sorry...I don't know what to tell you." Unless seeing a movie on a large format screen is a priority, AVOID THIS TERRIBLE THEATER!

This was a really nice theater, although their sell of alcoholic beverages was not greatly advertised because my husband and I wasn't aware of it until we were leaving. Other than that it was nice

Nice, comfortable seats. Very high quality, high definition video. They can handle very large crowds and big box office movies. I live about 50 miles away and this is it venue of choice for the Star Wars series. You can pre-order tickets in order to insure you have seats when you get there which are assigned.

This is one of the best Movie theaters I've been to, and that's saying something, cause I'm a movie buff!!! It's huge and their concessions are how they should be. Loved this theater!!! All others are being judged against this one, lol.

Very cool theater. Loved all of the cool lighting. However, me and some friends drove all of the way from Nashville to watch Into The Storm in Dolby Atmos at the RPX theater and there was absolutely no difference between Atmos and the regular surround sound. I don't think they even had the Atmos turned on. Absolutely no sound coming from the ceiling speakers at all. Also, the projector lamp was much dimmer than the IMAX theater.

The best theater in Knoxville with the only IMAX, RPX and now ScreenX projectors in town. When you get a chance, you must see a movie in ScreenX format. It's not perfect but it does create a truly immersive experience.

It's a cool theatre and always gets the big movies. I love the Imax. My only suggestion is to maybe offer food delivery. Having actual meals takes some time to prepare sometimes and it would be nice to not have to worry about missing anything. I love previews so there is a reason to this request. I've seen other theatres deliver the food. Overall it's great.

Great movie theater is always clean as well as their restrooms. I love it, because you don't have to stand in line to purchase tickets or gift cards. You can use the kiosk inside, or go to the service desk.

Terribly rude people got there early and found a couple seats and then the staff came in and told us we had to move or go get a refund cause those weren't our seats even though they never said anything about the seats being reserved when we bought the tickets ! So we had to drive 30 min to a different theater just to see the movie!!!

the new system implemented by regal cinemas of numbering and assigning seats has caused many unnecessary problems while trying to enjoy a movie. i ve always enjoyed the free seating of regal, which allows for large groups of friends to see a movie together comfortably. recently though, the assigned seats have caused many issues in seating large groups of people. as everyone in the group cannot be expected to show up at the exact same time, staggered arrivals make the ability to sit together increasingly slim. this new system also creates an opportunity for other customers to be incredibly rude and creates situations where people are very stingy with seating and don t allow for larger groups to rearrange themselves, even when other space is available for the smaller groups. i hope you will consider this. thank you.

This is one of the best theaters that I have been too (and it is also more expensive). However, the last time I was there, the previews played for 19 minutes before the film started. That is simply too many previews. I think that 5 or 10 minutes at the most is acceptable.

Very big! Used to go here a lot years ago when I'd go out to Turkey creek more. They play a lot of movies that won't appear closer to me but it's a shame it's so far out I've never had a bad experience here though which is good.

Best theater ever!

Best theater ever!
My wife and I Love this theater so much we actually walk from where we live (around 3 miles) to escape for awhile and watch a movie. It's the walk back home that's not so good, Haha. However, maybe when were able to afford a vehicle, the whole experience will be much better.

This place is definitely one of the best places to go watch a movie in Knoxville and the surrounding areas. It has a premium feel with premium movie seating and experiences with audio/visuals.

The staff does not engage as much and the only people you will talk to are the cashiers. The management and staff are very cliquey and do not pay much attention to patrons that are walking around in the foyer area.

It's really awesome if you have an appetite and don't want just popcorn drink and candy as they offer meals including chicken tenders, hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos etc. But definitely expect to pay the price for that premium at the movie theater.

If you catch them on a lucky weekend or weekday there are a lot of movie premieres with famous actors that come to this Regal often as this is the headquarters for regal Cinemas. Little old Knoxville does have some hidden gems within it and this theatre is definitely a catch

Really debated on how to rate this because I honestly don't know if individual theaters have any say in pricing and pricing is huge here from the ticket to the refreshments.

We have been here twice since moving here and it is a nice theater. It is large which can be concerning for safety but they seem to do a good job with security in the lobby. It would be nice to see security outside where you buy your ticket, as well as an attendant coming through during the movie a few times. Especially for new releases where it is very busy and other patrons dress up in costumes. Also it's a bit confusing to us that you have to purchase your ticket outside, which was an extremely cold wait this past winter.

We saw the newest Star Wars in RPX 3D and Black Panther normal. Besides the 3D of Star Wars we didn't notice much of a different for the RPX, yet the ticket for RPX only is still more expensive. The ticket pricing isn't as frustrating to me as the refreshments, though I feel for those with children who want to just go and see a movie.

The refreshments are outrageously priced and very ill depicted/described. Always ask to see what you are buying if you've never purchased it!! The Cheetos popcorn is awesome but you get so little compared to even the smallest regular popcorn that is similarly priced. We saw the sweet popcorn option and ordered without asking and it is a cone of caramel corn (again small portion). As we all know they sell candy that you typically get for $1 in a box for $3.95, which just sucks. Last time I wanted to splurge and get the frozen yogurt. Luckily they give you a plastic container that they put nachos in, in addition to the frozen yogurt cup because it is a small cup the size of an infants fist.

I've been really wondering if they check bags for outside food or drink or if you can bring your snacks in because the quality and price of the food is just not realistic.
