Called Redmond Computers in panic as they were open earlier than other places and spoke to Michael who was calm and assured me I had not ruined all three of our computers and everything would be ok. He came out to my house, cleaned up the mess I had made on my new computer, wiped an old one and took the seriously messed up computer back to the shop and it was fixed a day later. All is well, and I know who to call now; no more stress. Wonderful people.
