Staff and management very kind and helpful. Detailed information provided for my computer repair needs and upgrade. Opened my laptops in front of me and provided very detail information throughout the assessment regarding the issues and repair requirements.
I appreciated this service style very much. Great down home, friendly customer service that makes you feel like family.

Michael and his team always get the job done right. They stick with you till the job is completed. We have this weird, old sticker printer that we use for business that quit working that I thought was done and he was able to figure it out by contacting the printer support team.

Oh my gosh! This place is the greastest. They help me out to get my computer back up and running again. I was down for 3 weeks. Our system was running slow to start with, then Microsoft released a bad Windows 10 update on the night of Oct 5th and we couldn't even get logged in Saturday morning. We called Redmond Computers and not only did they offer to pick our system up for free, but when we received it back... I have to say it is running faster than when I first bought it. They have our business for life...

These folks came out right away, same day we called, and made the hook ups we needed, quick and easy. Very helpful, I would definitely call again

Finding Michael and Krystle was a heaven-sent gift. They are always there for us and in such a timely manner. Years ago, my partner and I published a local free newspaper and in so doing had the need for computer help often. Never found anybody who was as willing to help and truly cared for their customers, no matter what time someone calls or emails. They sure are Johnny-on-the-spot and so respectful and compassionate dealing with customers' problems and solving them quickly.

I needed a desktop computer for my office. Michael set me up with a whole new system. The price was good and the service was great!

Michael was totally awesome! He stayed on the line with me and helped me set up my new Mac computer. He was professional but very fun at the same time. He made it very simple to set everything up. Highly recommend. Michael is "old school" customer service, that you don't see anymore. He's never to busy to listen and help you. He's a computer wiz and I'm so glad I found Redmond Computers.

Just when all hope was lost, these guys came through for me. Unbelievable service and extremely skilled at what they do. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and again. I wish more companies had their type of work ethic and personal service.

I went to Redmond Computers when I was having computer problems on a recommendation from a friend. I really thought my old laptop would have to be replaced as there were several issues going on. The guys at Redmond Computers had my computer fixed in two hours and it has worked great ever since. They have a really great support system in place and have been a real pleasure to work with! If you are looking for a computer store, just stop here. No need to go anywhere else. I checked out other stores and just had a good feeling about this store. It worked out perfect.
My computer needed fixed and they checked it out and helped me make decisions about what I needed. They are very fast and keep you updated. My computer came back better than when it was brand new. I'm so happy with the results. Wonderful people to work with!!!!!
