5th wonder of the world! Truly a place to stop on your way back from vacation. Red Savoy's is always a busy place. I also got a shoe horn here, it is metal and not plastic! That way it doesn't brake. Got a good deal.

This is an interesting location to visit - a very well built up industrial town for being in deep rural Minnesota.
Fun small town with a great history and there's tons of museums and sites to see. Great place to go on a date or even a small adventure.
Open floor an is easy to navigate and still social distance. Personalized service on main floor AND attentive associates on Outlet floor. Giant boot in the main lobby and small museum were nice distractions during my hubby's hour-long shopping trip. Shoe care products and insoles available, including top-of-the-line $70 insoles that my hubby regrettably fell in love with. I was surprised to discover they also sell hides that didn't make the boot-building "cut." (Sorry about the pun.)

I have only dealt with the company online, as I live in Santa Fe, NM. They were courteous and understanding of my situation. They offered me free return shipping, which I appreciated a great deal since I'm a student living on loans and the shoes I received were a gift (that I could never afford.) The shoes are AMAZING. Some of the best hiking shoes I've ever had.

Bummed. I was definitely surprised they don't allow dogs in their stores. Turned away business because they said other shoppers might be fearful of dogs. I feel in this day and age that was a poor excuse.
Soo helpful. I walked in and was greeted immediately. It took less than 20 minites to find my new shoes!!

Was here last April so when was on vacation went back to visit the area. Found a lot of places to visit if and when I'm back there there are few more places want to visit. I also found the people there very friendly, which make me want to go back there. There are many places to eat, shop and they made me feel at home. It seamed like a very nice community. Did some gambling there the service at the casino was great the newer rooms in the Wolf Tower were awesome. I found the lagoon was nice the hot tub was great. The bar was convenient and served food also. There is a water park not very big but will keep the kids occupied. They comp a room to us and also gave us free bands to Lagoon.
Scored all of these in one store--the perks of living near Red Wing, MN.
Well worth a trip if you're a fan of quality boots. The gigantic boot is fun, and the main retail space is cool, but the best part is definitely the outlet section in the basement. It's exciting to head down and see what shoes have found their way to the discount section. There were plenty of b-grade shoes at nice discounts, but the discontinued styles are where it's really at. I managed to pick up a pair of Iron Rangers for half off just because they have a different style of sole. Now that's a great deal!
If you like their shoes you need to go to the basement and check out their factory discounts.
And don t forget the picture with the giant boot. Ask for the old lady.
Shoutout to Herman! I am very indecisive when it comes to boots. He helped talk me through each pair and how to best care for them once I got them home. These boots are QUALITY. Much better than buying a cheapie pair of booties every year.
The staff were all incredibly kind and their COVID safety measures are top notch. Highly recommend stopping in for some new boots.

Love red wing shoes, but the store has a lack of service. 2 employees for a full store, and we couldn t try anything on. Consider staffing better.

Great customer servuce. They knew I wasn't planning to buy shoes until next year and didn't try to pressure me into buying, just wanted to ask me preferences and tell me the different options should i want to return here or to another location. And we were asked if we needed help by 3 or 4 people. All had the same no-pressure to buy attitude.

We went here just because we stopped in town and felt we should. It was great. The 30 minute video that describes the boot making process in detail thoroughly mesmerized us. Nice museum displays upstairs also, and the giant boot, well... you must see it.
Great place to buy expensive footwear. Your wallet will hate you at first and thank you down the road.
Enjoy going here. I find it expensive but, the best quality in their boots and shose makes it all worth it. They have excellent belts that they also make right there in Red Wing. Don't pass on a chance to go there.

Got some new boots was a little tough finding my size but staff was wonderful and willing to help me find the right size and the style I was looking for definitely coming back for my next pair again!
Very pleasant experience in getting both my, and my spouse's shoes fit. I was surprised, but pleasantly so, by the recommendations the sales people made as they were VERY attentive to our long term comfort and satisfaction over selling 'the highest margin' products.

Went these during the factory sale in October and the place is full of awesome looking boots that are comfy and stylish at a steeply discounted price.

Loved the museum upstairs. The "how it's made" video is amazing. The large boot just inside the door....amazing. Boots are pricey, but the quality is there!
