Realty Pros assured is a great company for your real estate needs. I've purchased and sold multiple properties with them and it's always been a positive and smooth experience. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jacklyn when looking for my home. From day one Jacklyn was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Jacklyn was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. When the time comes and I'm looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Kevin Rybicki is an outstanding guy! Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. He got me in to see houses within hours of contact, he was very knowledgeable on every question asked, and quick with responses. Searching for a house while also planning a wedding should have been one of the most stressful times of my life but Kevin made it extremely smooth and even got the extension I needed in my contract to be able to close on our home! Kevin made it a point to stay in contact daily and to assure me if there was anything needed he would be there and able to handle it. I had no doubts while working with him. I highly recommend him!

Tom Caffrey assisted with our recent home purchase. He proved to be a wonderful choice. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient throughout the entire process. After Hurricane Mathew passed through, he came by to see how we weathered the storm. I cannot say enough good things. If you need a realtor, call Tom.

I really lucked out having Kevin Rybicki referred to me by some friends in Ormond Beach while I was looking for my first home. I constantly travel for work and was living 3.5 hours away, so getting to town to see houses was less than easy. Enter: Kevin. His knowledge of the area (he's been here a loonnggg time) and the consistent communication around what he's seeing/houses coming on the market was extremely helpful with my busy schedule. We were able to coordinate some visits to see houses in person, but he was great when it came to taking videos of houses (even during a pretty bad rain storm!) and sharing with me while I was on the road. Kevin helped me find an absolute beach side gem for my first home. Was a great experience overall to get to work with Kevin and make a friend in the process. If you're looking for a realtor who is going to go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and work hard to find you what you're looking for, Kevin is your guy. HIGHLY recommend.

I called about a listing listed with Realty Pros Assured and listed by Thomss Caffrey. I had a question in regards to the pet policy at his listing at 625 Halifax. He told me that they did not allow large dogs. I went on to explain to him that the dog is in training to become a service dog and training will be completed next week. I have a medical concern that would benefit from a service dog. He told me that I would have to get the dog certified in florida by a professional and that none of that online bs service dog certificate stuff would work. He was very short, unprofessional and uneducated. I searched the web to try and find a florida doctor, state program or professional as instructed by Mr. Caffrey that could certify my dog but could not locate anything required by the state of florida for service animal certifacation. I went on to do some more research and found that there are no state schools or state certificates only americans with disabilities rules.
17. Does the ADA require that service animals be certified as service animals?
A. No. Covered entities may not require documentation, such as proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal, as a condition.

I was very interested in this property but decided not to move forward with a purchase on this property due to the conversation I had with Mr. Caffrey. I felt that I would have been discriminated against due to having a service animal. I choose to use another real estate company and will be closing on my new condo next week. I notified the hoa of my service animal and recieved an exemption with no hassle and no "florida certification".

Renata is the best ever !!! Goes far beyond what most realtors would do. Hopefully I won't move for awhile but if I do....she would be the agent. In the meantime I tell everyone I meet in my new neighborhood to use her if they want to move.

We found Lyn by accident, but I am very grateful that we did. She has extensive real estate knowledge and if you do happen to come up with question she doesn't know the answer to, you can be confident she will have an answer for you by the end of the day. She is very responsive and always returns calls, texts, or emails within an hour or so, even after business hours and on weekends. She listens to you and what you want, but also will offer insight and suggestions that complement your choices or bring issues or items to your attention that you hadn't considered. Her assistance was invaluable to us during the search and actual purchase process. Although we were pre-approved, being self-employed, our actual closing process was a little complex and arduous. Lyn was a true trooper and did everything she could to make the process easier for us - she faxed documents, made calls, and was a strong advocate for us during the process. As we were out of state buyers, there were many things that we needed taken care of remotely, and she was a great source of referrals for the services we required as well as arranging them herself or being onsite as our representative. Lyn is a true professional as well being personable and possesses a pleasant and charming personality. I strongly recommend her as a choice for anyone buying or listing a home in the Ormond Beach area, or the surrounding counties in Florida.

Not only did she show me houses in Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach but gave me advice on selling my home. She was in constant contact with new info concerning my situation. Cecilia gueltig is guilty of lying and saying one thing while putting something completely different on the contract carefully read every word. She and her husband lied through their teeth about everything they said. We are moving into a dump that had all the appliances taken out of it because they weren't on the contract. The central a.c. Units that were on the contract were replaced by non working ones because the brand and model number weren't stated on the contract beware very shady and untrustworthy people. If you don't read every word of the contract you will be sorry. Don't trust a word they say and make sure you get a different realtor to make your contract. This company officially puts us in the hole for 10 grand worth of appliances . 0 stars

Ironically a realty company has one of the ugliest buildings in Ormond Beach. Thanks for making Granada a bit worse of a drive because you were too cheap to hire an architect who doesn't download free blueprints from Google. This addition to our city is void of character, style, and soul. I'd die inside if I worked there.

Cecilia Gueltig is not fair. Shes and her husband David are liars. Do not trust this woman and her husband David. She claims to work for both buyer and seller. Make sure u get good RE atty. Because best friends with seller. Making fun of me at closing laughing with seller and planning to go dinner and drinks after closing in same car. But the owner Buzzy tried to make right best he could. It's just ashame 2 bad apples spoil the lot. The owner Buzzy is good guy and tried to make it better.

Outstanding to work with. I've worked with several real estate agencies and Realty Pros Assured was by far my best experience. I worked mostly with Renata Rosander and she was exceptional in all phases of the process. I also had a great experience with the rest of the team. I will definitely work with them again on my next transaction in Volusia County and cannot recommend them enough.
