Cecilia Gueltig is not fair. Shes and her husband David are liars. Do not trust this woman and her husband David. She claims to work for both buyer and seller. Make sure u get good RE atty. Because best friends with seller. Making fun of me at closing laughing with seller and planning to go dinner and drinks after closing in same car. But the owner Buzzy tried to make right best he could. It's just ashame 2 bad apples spoil the lot. The owner Buzzy is good guy and tried to make it better.
