Ardent CEO called me personally, and my problem was solved. Back on track with Ardent.
I had fraud on my Card and Checking account and Ardent Fraud Dept and Customer Service were the best and resolved my issue with no fees or questions. I have never had a problem with Ardent formally SB1. Everyone is friendly and eager to Help. I deal with no other banks.
I am been a member for 26 years. This is the most trusted banks around. I love that they have newer locations where you can walk-in-to and be greeted by name. That is how important their members are to them. The staff members are friendly and professional. The best bank around. Note: They do not give cash change or out at any of their locations but offer atm services for cash needs.
I tried the Car Buying concierge service that is uniquely offered by Ardent. Pete Kuryluk was my concierge and he was extremely helpful. He called and described the service in detail and started on my request right away. Pete offered advice and insight that I would not of otherwise had. I was very happy with the deal he helped me negotiate. I would highly recommend this service and Pete in particular.
Such slow service barely pick up the phone and the help they offer never works.
I have been a member for over 18 years it's no benefits to being a member. Every customer service rep I have push back. One time they can do something the next time someone new start it can't be done. I need a new debit card after being compromised I am in a state that my address is not on file without money. Customer service reps have no empathy for the issue. Closing account change to ardent credit union has been the worst transition.

Great experience with helpful staff. Lateka and Traci were so kind and they went the extra mile to help me out. I don't have a credit union here yet but this wonderful experience made the choice clear, when I am ready to switch my accounts after moving I will be going to Ardent!
My family has been a member of Ardent for quite a long time. I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler and had the pleasure of working with Pete Kuryluk as my concierge. He was very helpful and made the process of car searching effortless. If you decide to use the auto concierge service, I most certainly recommend Pete.
Slow service and the worst customer service ever omg!
This is a deceitful organization that has ripped my family off for the last time. The liar that responds to these reviews intentionally makes tall tales up, straying from the actual review topic, making assumptions on "whom" is leaving the review, in an attempt to back peddle the vile treatment they bestowed upon their former customer! I DO NOT HAVE TO STATE MY REAL NAME NOR DO I HAVE TO USE MY NAME WHAT SO EVER ON MY EMAIL!
There are many reasons not to like them. First, I was was on a do not call list with them. Yet they continue to call me and try to sell me products. Secondly, I closed an account with them. It apparently was not closed properly. I was charged $30 in fees for an account that was closed. This despite the fact I had between 125,00 and $250,000 with them During this period of time. I have respectfully requested the fees be reversed. I am getting absolutely nowhere with them. Despite the fact I have a very large amount of money with them.
I really suggest you stay away from them. Their customer service is really terrible.
I have had Ardent Credit Union (formally SB1) for almost 16 yrs. and I love that I can do almost all transactions online and that the shared branch is right down the street from work, always a pleasure to deal with them as well. I even convinced my elderly parents to join.
Staff is professional and courteous. Not a long wait when calling and you will speak with someone at all times to assist with your concerns. If looking for a place to bank, I recommend them.
Customer service truly sucks.
First, I tried to set up an IRA CD with their promotional rate. I filed all the paperwork to have funds transferred from my other IRA account. That went into a black hole and never happened.
Recently, I chatted with a customer service rep and after I posed a question she "disappeared" for at least 7 minutes without as much as a BRB.
