Crestview water sewer is horrible, they dont send ...

Crestview water sewer is horrible, they dont send paper bills to their customerz but expect them to have the bill paid on time. I recieved a disconnect notice in my email amd it was filtered to the spam box, sonif inwasnt cleaning out my spam box i would have never saw this. I would never let my bill go beyond past due i have 2 small children whonneed the water/ sewer. Ive called crestview to see of there was adifferent way to get the bill here and of course they (lori lucero) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didnt help me at all and it has basicallu been a nightmare dealing with this company. I cant wait to move of the crestview water district.

Lori is giving the company a horrible name. They do bad business and it's disappointing that they are the sewer water company we have to use. I have tried numerous times to get a billing issue resolved and get no where each time. It's sad how much people don't care about their customers or business9

I used to live down the street (55th & Federal) an...

I used to live down the street (55th & Federal) and had a $15 per month water bill with Denver Water plus a separate $15/month sewage bill. Now I'm with Crestview water, my consumption is the same but my water will is $80 per month (without any yard watering). I know of people that take their laundry to the laundromat because the water is so expensive.

You give us water, which I won't complain about, but unless I come there with cash, you charge a fee for payments of all other types. Credit Card, ACH, phone payments....it just excessive when people have to work. I bet if all of your customers boycotted your payment systems and came in there to pay, you'd get tired of it quick. It's kind of predatory how you guys do it, taking advantage of the more vulnerable people in our community, like shut-ins, elderly, handicapped, full-time workers, etc.....
Thanks for the water, but ditch the ridiculous fees. It costs me just as much for a year of payment charges as it does for an entire extra month of water. Crazy!

this company decides that they can charge you for ...

this company decides that they can charge you for disposal water for a whole year based on three months of the year i had a water leak in my toilets that was corrected after it became aware to me. i called crestview about it they did not care and refused to adjust my bill i paid 120 a month for water in a three bedroom duplex for a year when i only used 5000 units of water a month this company is a ripoff and there customer service stinks!!!!!

I want to Thank Bob for helping me out today and to let him know this review does not reflect him at all. However, Lori is the one who this is about again. She gave me problems with my bill about a year ago and now she is up to no good again. She will add late fees to your account when you are not even late. I went to pay my bill today and my bill is not due until the 28th but bam there is a late fee posted to my account. Apparantley she made a mistake with my account and someones account and applied a payment to the wrong account and then tries to justify herself by adding late fees to which ever account she feels like. She could have had the common courtsey to call or email and let us know she made a mistake and that we still had a balance that is due when she found the mistake. But she did not she thought she could pull a fast one thinking she wouldnt be caught. So please fellow consumer pleaae be aware of how shiesty this person is and watch your account very carefully. Thanks

I would give them 0 stars if I was able. Crestview, instead of giving me a heads up or courtesy call that I may have some leaking water somewhere in my home, they let my bill rack up to $200.00 for one month! It is usually $72.00 a month , even in the summer. I wish our neighborhood could use another water & sewer provider. I would not have chosen this company for myself.

The staff at crestview water are wonderful and pleasant people to work with I have never had a bad experience with paying my bill but I PAY it on time they are very helpful, they give a lengthy amount of time to pay you bill and they also send out a courtesy call a few days befor so u shouldn't have any reason to get shut off pay your bill on time and there should be no problems , the staff are wonderful keep up the good work you are all doing a great job

If I could give them 0 start I would!! Worse company & worst customer service ever!! Whomever works for that company should be remorseful. We do have two accounts with this company and we pay our bills through bill pay. We are very specific when paying online. We make sure that the account numbers are listed as well is the home address. For some reason they apply both payments to one account. We never received any notification nor phone call that our bill was past due. They just placed a notice water shut off. We called the number on the notice and basically they told us that there was nothing they can do about it until the next day. They were rude, unprofessional and they care less for our tenants. I just wish we could switch to a different water company.

I was initially frustrated with the my experience ...

I was initially frustrated with the my experience with Crestview. However in the end I had a positive experience. Based on all the negative feedback on this site I thought it would be good to balance it out. My title company failed to transfer my service from the previous owner on the account. I never saw the bills and was charged a lot of late fees. Getting to the bottom of this took a little digging but both folks I talked to on the phone were very helpful and easy to work with. They provided me a refund for the late charges that were not due to my fault.

Now I did dock them one star for a poor online user interface. I had to call in order to get a password to logon to my online account. Once online the interface wasn't very intuitive and lacked all of my billing history. I think this is a major area for improvement. Based on the previous reviews this seems to be an area where they have already made improvements but they just aren't there yet. It should be much easier to do everything online including set up autopay through ACH online.

Hours are ridiculous if you want to actually go in...

Hours are ridiculous if you want to actually go in and pay your bill for people that have jobs! They only take check or cash and try to charge you a fee to pay online or with a debit card. Not to mention ......the rates are ridiculously expensive . Way to make it super inconvenient for everyone Crestview Water!

What's to say their people are rude. They are miserable fat women that have no customer service and that are lazy as hell. This office is being run by monkeys. They all have to take lunch together where the whole office shuts down from 11am to 12pm. They have no online bill pay and it's obvious they are operating on a shoe string budget. I think it's time to file a complaint with the BBB. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

Something is very fishy with their billing and cost of water compared to uh...anywhere. Also, there website is horrible and the ability to pay online doesn't exist. Would be nice to have something updated to this decade.

How can you make it so hard to pay my bill. I am literally forced to give you money and you make it the worst part of my month. There is no way to register for an account on your website so how do you expect people to log in if I can't create an account. Your phone system takes longer and is more confusing than I have ever used before. Who every you paid to create this system should be imprisoned and put in solitary confnment.

If I could give a zero I would, worst customer service I have ever had. Never knew anyone could be so heartless, but I guess they just don't care since it is a service that people have to have, so why should they care.
